He arrived 15 minutes early the next day and got straight to work. The front door set did not work well and even the builder's QC team couldn't get it to work well. When I pointed that out to Brandon, he disassembled the lock several times and adjusting it to work smoothly. It now operates as it should. When he found that the builder installed a lever style door handle upside down, he installed it correctly. Every lock was lubricated and tested for function and fit. He provided four new keys and now the builder's master key no longer opens my house for better security. He gives a discount to veterans and senior citizens. He's very polite and courteous. I can't say enough positive things about his business ethics, his business operation, or himself. Great guy!

She said that Black Knight was "the best" and the service they use. I called him and was able to make an appointment the next day to have the locks rekeyed on a house I had just bought. He showed up right on time and it turned into quite a project. He kept after it and explained what he was doing and why at several points. AAA was unable to find an Affiliated Provider to tow my broken down car -- stranded off the freeway…read moreon EB I-40 climbing the brutally steep grade 7 miles before Williams -- back to the dealer in Prescott. The front wheels on my car had automatically locked (a feature or a bug?), and the initially-contacted Provider refused the gig claiming to be afraid of damaging the car getting it up on a flatbed -- the only trucks they use. Fred with High Desert Towing in Chino Valley eventually was contacted by AAA and accepted the gig (he told me that non-Affiliated Providers like him are a last resort, which actually impressed me about AAA since my past couple of experiences with them had been horrible). Anyway, Fred was extremely articulate, courteous, efficient, and answered all of my annoying questions as if he was training me to do the job. He employed "skates" to get the car's front wheels up the ramp and onto the flatbed without damaging it. Thanks, Fred!

You just spent a gazillion dollars on your "ride" and you're going to cheap out with inferior quality? The result may be more embarrassing than your high school yearbook picture. C'mon Man! Wise up! Installers were methodic, clean, friendly and provided helpful tips(upkeep & cleaning). Beautiful clean looking windows! The heater doesn't run as often! Already saving money! I'm definitely going to replace windows in mud room and arizona room next!
