I tried their limited flavor crookie which was Dubai Chocolate Crookie. The pistachio and chocolate spread tasted just perfect and the crookie was so soft. It tasted amazing and I loved it. Had lunch in the area and decided to get some cookies from here. I opted for their thin chips in chocolate chip, confetti, s'mores & oatmeal. The service wasn't very friendly, I got 4 cookies and she could've told me about the buy 5 get 1 free deal but she didn't. I thought the cookies were only ok- nothing special, just tasted like regular cc cookies. The oatmeal one was good and the other 2 were too sweet for me (kids liked it tho). My husband and I have come here for a little dessert many times. We share one cookie usually and they are generally very fresh! We appreciate the different flavors, and have tried everything from baklava to rainbow to key lime to s'more and traditional chocolate chip. The rainbow cookie and s'more are particular favorites of ours. The staff is also always friendly and they are in a convenient location right in the heart of Garden City. Amazing cookies. It's not my first time having Chip City cookies and definitely won't be my last. I love that they have rotating flavors each week and yet still have their staples on the menu. Their cookies are always fresh and warm when you order them, decor inside is cute, and the staff here is friendly too! There's a few seats outside and parking in the back so it's definitely an easy spot to stop by at. The cookies are always the perfect texture of crisp outer edges with the soft and chewy interior, the best combination in a cookie. I've tried a few of their flavors already and I love that they always come out with new and interesting cookie combinations but you can never go wrong with the classic chocolate chip cookie. Their cookies are also huge too, so it's well worth the price given that most cookies in NYC are around the $5 price point now anyway. They also don't skimp on the ingredients / fillings! read more

I found out about Chip City from a couple on YouTube ( Devour tv ). I googled it and saw there was a location not too far from my house. So I decided to give it a try. Walked I. And it a teeny little place BUT cute, clean and bright! The workers assisted me right away and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Got home and cut each cookie into 4 pieces so my family could each try them all. They were HUGE! Absolutely delicious! I randomly check their website to see their weekly cookie lineup. They advertise gooey, I would say more under baked and I think its a little too cakey for my liking. Comes out to a little more than $4 a cookie. Rotating flavors, we had confetti, chocolate chip and pumpkin spice latte. I'm not a coffee fan, so the pumpkin spice was too bitter/coffee heavy for my liking. The clerks were bringing some out of the oven as we salivated. Our eyes were ooogling and tasting before we bit into one. I had the s'mores flavored one. My friend girl had the chocolate chip and the pecan pie. She cdnt help herself. They are warm, gooey and delicious. Parking is great. It's in the Trader Joe's parking lot. But beware Long Beach road can be busy depending on when you go. The only downside: you may not get the flavor you want at the time of your visit because flavors rotate weekly. Paying cash is preferred as you pay less for the cookies than with a debit/credit card. read more

HUGE, soft, delicious cookies! One of these cookies by itself is enough to be its own meal! They definitely don't skimp with these, so they're 100% worth their higher price. They have just enough flavor without being too overpowering and more than enough chocolate chips without losing the rest of the cookie. They come warm and soft right from this store as though they're fresh out of the oven. If you need to wait a few hours before eating them, I recommend microwaving them for about 30 seconds when you're ready to take a bite. I do it with mine and it's amazing! The folks working at this location are super nice too! I was greeted immediately with a smile and a friendly welcome from the worker at the front counter, which won my heart immediately. The staff are awesome about explaining the different cookie flavors and which ones they'd recommend. They also do a great job keeping the place clean and put together. The eating area is quite small, which is perfect for a casual date or a bite with a friend, but not ideal for groups. Saw a long line of folks lined up outside when I was parking and upon returning to my car, fear of missing out absolutely made me join the line. Well that and the fact that I'm dating the Cookie Monster and being that it was the say before Father's Day, it was the prefect way to be sweet on him. You pay for 5 and get 1 free and that cost agouti $22. As such I went all the way in. I got Bae the ultimate chocolate chips (2), got his son who has a ton of allergies the egg free/ vegan version of the same. Additionally I bought the blueberry, cookies and cream and cheesecake all for the greater purpose of sampling them. These are not your made from pre made dough type cookies . As I share previously, they're pretty dense in weight and texture. You can slice them without them crumbling. I ended up cutting two into slices of what ended up shaping like biscottis. Again, they never crumbed. The chocolate chip had a lot of chips and packed milk chocolate flavor. The blueberry was lighter with plenty blueberries and seemingly had a lower sugar content. The cheesecake was intense. Not for me. Overall, this is a great addition to the neighborhood. The service was good. Because it's so small holding only about 3 customers inside at a time- the ambiance is quiet and fast paced . One sassy elder was overheard saying it's great but it's not Levain. They rotate the flavors weekly, so there is always something different each week. Picking them up in the store they are served warm as ready to eat. You can buy by the cookie or choose to buy a box of six for buy five and get one free which is about $25 and change. You can also earn rewards with every purchase by signing in with your phone number. The cookies are about the size of a fist and are soft and gooey. My husband is a fan of the classic chocolate chip and s'mores cookies. I actually love their newest cookie the coffee crumb cake cookie which is a sugar cookie blended with coffee and topped with caramel. It's a small shop, so it can get a bit crowded if a large crowd comes at once. Service is great here from the staff. Parking is either on the street or in the back lot. They have some other choices -- good and bad. Carrot Cookies. Cookies and Cream. Corn Bread. They rotate the specialty choices. My first trip found the cookies perfectly a bit undercooked. They were moist and intoxicating. My second trip found them a bit browner and firmer. I prefer a bit gooey. This is a massive guilty pleasure place. They're essentially walking distance from French Workshop (my go to for dessert) but this is a different vibe entirely. You need to take your cookie choices to go. This place is the size of a Starbucks restroom. If the street parking is locked up there's a massive lot behind the place but you have to walk through a narrow pitch black alleyway to get your cookies. The cookies are great. read more

The chocolate peanut butter was a favorite and the cannoli tasted as it should with a hint of toasted pistachio.
