I'm consistently disappointed by this lotion and their customer service or lack there of. I had an issue transpire recently where I worked with the chipotle customer service team to place an order for my staff training. Somehow the order was not placed successfully. I contacted customer service and they as encouraged to reschedule out to the store directly. The customer care person attempted to transfer me but couldn't get a hold of the store I called multiple times and couldn't get through either. So as any one would who is stuck between a rock and a hard place I decided to stop by in person and speak to a manager. For context here I started calling right at 10:45 a.m. because according to google that's the time that they open. Did they actually open? Did the staff just ignore the calls? Who knows? I get to the store at 11:06 I explain the situation and ask if they would be willing and able to accommodate. The staff same manager said they would check and let me know. To be clear here I don't want to sound entitled or suggest that they should do something id they're unable. However, i think the concern for me is the communication and care surrounding these issues are so lackluster. No clarification. Just a dismissive short we can't do this unfortunately. No inquiring about when it would be needed etc. The part that's all the more infuriating is that if I went online and placed family pack meals it would've given me the option to do so. I shouldn't have to train and coach staff on how to offer the basic level of customer service and empathy. On top the fact that anytime I go to this location the quality is lackluster. read more

I love Chipotle since it always has the most flavor & it's so filling. For $10 you can get fed like a King (or Queen) & I've never had any issues with my orders. I do advise that you order in store instead of an online order as I find it can be quicker and fresher. I've had issues with online orders in the past as it is slower & there's only one person usually doing all the orders. Other than that, I really enjoy coming to this location! It can get very busy during rush hours around 8 PM so be ready for that.. a long line for a place like Chipotle makes sense since the food is so delicious. read more

First time eating at this Chipotle, last I tried it was online order only. Okay, fair the system goes down I just ate somewhere else in the plaza. I went today and we can now order in store, awesome. Got my burrito bowl no problem and they put in an item I said I didn't want, whatever it's cool. Went outside to eat with my classmate and as I was eating my bowl I spotted a dead fly. Pretty gross since they just swapped out the lettuce while I was in line. I would say I am a relatively easy customer, just replace my bowl without lettuce and I'll leave it at that. Nope, I wait in a long line for a second time only for the lady to look at the dead bug in my food and act annoyed and frustrated at me. As if Im not frustrated with the situation, its my first meal after a 14 hour day and there are dead bugs in it lol. You ever just really want Chipotle? Because that is exactly what happened to me on Saturday night and it was an urge that I allowed to take over. I ended up coming here around 7PM on Saturday and the place had a good amount of people in it. Chipotle is like the subway of sandwiches if subway was actually good and reliable. The staff was friendly and they were quick to make a packed burrito bowl with sofritas, sour cream, lettuce, corn, cucumber, cheese, both styles of rice, both styles of beans, and probably something that I'm completely forgetting but it's not important, because what's important is that this bowl punch my hunger in the stomach and did exactly what it was supposed to do. The sofritas are full of flavours and it's hard to even imagine that they are vegan. The rest of the bowl blended together nicely and made for the perfect quick dinner. Overall, you kind of know what to expect when you go to Chipotle and this location gets 4 starts out of me for quality food, friendly service, and a clean establishment. Frequented this chipotle when I was in college as it was right near where I lived. I loved that they are open until 10. I would stop here before going to campus to pull an all-nighter. The food is always decent. Sometime in the late afternoon/evening the food isn't always super fresh. There have been a few times where my rice was undercooked or the meat was dry and old tasting. Not terrible, but not how it should be.. Recently, I tried the carne asada. Great flavor and nice cuts of meat. It was pretty dope. Usually, the meat has fat or tendon left on it (chicken or steak), but I didn't get any of that this time. I usually always ask for extra meat and beans. Guac is a MUST. Definitely will be back here again because I love the food and it's on my way home from work. Seems like the employees just don't seem to care about the food here, though.
