A young boy interviewed me for 5 seconds, he did not tell me what a day at Chipotle would be like, he did not discuss wage, he did not discuss anything besides my availability, and only wrote down the days I have off at my other job as my availability. I think he did that because I told him I do not plan on leaving my current employer. Then he was being so sarcastic not even paying attention to anything I was saying, he just kept saying "yea mhmm". He also ended the interview saying "well I have other interviews thanks for coming". This location is still relatively new. How do you have such bad service, food and atmosphere so early??? The lady literally just needs to scoop food. It was so apparent she didn't want to be there. The way she scooped the salsa, she didn't drain any of the liquid out, which made my bowl watery and gross. We did come an hour and a half before closing time, but come on. They ran out of rice (I only got one small spoon for my bowl), no guacamole... how do you run out of guacamole. They had to use this huge salad lettuce. Which doesn't sound bad, but it's too large to mix in the bowl. As a result, she ended up putting about 5 pieces in my bowl. I tried 2 different lemonade, and both were sour, then I tried the minutemaid, and that was water. We sat down to eat there, and all tables and the bar stool were disgusting, so we left. BUSY location on weekends, but that doesn't stop the good quality offered by this Chipotle location! Parking can be a madhouse; the restaurant is located in the middle of a busy shopping center. I was tempted to try another location or different restaurant when I saw the long line- but to my surprise, they HANDLED it very quickly. I had a larger order for my family of five and the employees were able to get it done fast. The dining space is relatively small for how busy the location is- but not outrageously tiny. The service at this location is absolutely EMBARRASSING! Everyone is just standing around and working at a snail pace while the line is out the door. They don't have any manners and get an attitude when you have to get their attention when asking for something because they're too busy talking to each other about personal drama. Occasionally service or administration is so bad as to render every other component of a typical review irrelevant. I ordered for delivery lunch for my support staff. Six lunches. It was supposed to be a little bit of nice camaraderie for a hard-working group of people during a particularly difficult time due to the stressors of Covid. It was also my way of saying thank you to some excellent staff members. When the order came, it was missing two of the lunches. I called to tell them, and employee "Dalton" said that his driver had forgotten the third bag and that it was at the restaurant for us to pick up. I asked him to please send that bag to us, using the same or a different driver. He consulted his manager "Will Casey" and reported to me that "it doesn't work that way." They "only send a driver out once per delivery" because we only paid for one delivery. I tried to reason with them and tell them that we paid for a complete delivery but they said it didn't matter; we could either pick up the food in person or not, that was up to us. So, I personally drove 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back and picked up the other two lunches. It was now, of course, past the lunchtime for the support staff. No apologies, only hostility at my indignation for having to pick this up in person when I paid for delivery. read more

This location was a disaster. We ordered on line and the app said pick up in 10 minutes food was not ready until 1/2 hour later. The restaurant was dirty and unkept. Garbage was over flowing out of the cans. There were no utensils or napkins out. The staff was unfriendly and slow. Our rice bowl was placed in a bag sideways and handed to me so the food shifted and stuck to the lid. Chipotle should be embarrassed that there are not higher standards and more diligent quality control. During a dinner rush or lunch rush a manager should be on duty to ensure quality. read more

I would call myself a one-trick pony when it comes to Chipotle because when I go I order the same exact thing every single time. I usually get Chipotle through DoorDash when I am at work, and the service is fast and the food rarely disappoints. Today was another instance were I decided to treat myself with a sofritas bowl and a tortilla on the side (talk about 2 meals in 1!). My food arrived within 30 minutes of me ordering it through the app, and I was able eat my food while it was still warm. A+ all around. The taste of the food is consistently slamming and my bowl was packed to its aluminum brim. I ended up in a tiny food coma after making my DIY burrito and loved every second of it. This location is usually always busy if you stop into the restaurant, but ordering the food for delivery has rarely given me complications. I absolutely love Chipotle and would eat it on a weekly basis if my wallet (and stomach) allowed it. Chipotle is the perfect place to order from if you want a filling and flavorful meal. Chipotle is easily one of my favorite restaurants and many of my friends and family already know what gift cards to give me during the holidays. 10/10! read more

Filthy and Disgusting: I was there yesterday around 6:30pm. Over half the tables were unavailable because the chairs were already flipped over on top of the tables. Every single other table was absolutely filthy and the entire staff/cooking/prep area was equally filthy. When I cashed out, I asked the cashier if she could clean a table for me. I've recently been on a Whole30 diet which is basically a restrictive 30-day elimination diet and Chipotle has become my new best friend with their Whole 30 bowl (available via app or online). Love the the guac has no added sugar or preservatives and the pork doesn't have any preservatives. Value-wise, I'd give a 3/5, but food and taste is a solid 4-5 for me. It's a chain, but higher quality ingredients and being on top of dietary trends to offer something for those on a diet which makes it difficult to eat out earns them points in my book! read more

Ran out for lunch on a Thursday around 12:30pm, and while it was pretty busy, there were no lines!! I ordered a salad, added steak to it, cheese, guacamole, tomatoes and some peppers/onions. The setup is pretty efficient and they move you right down the line pretty quickly to the cashier. Once I got to the cashier, my total was a little over $11.00!!! For a salad??? So I paid it, and left. In my opinion, this was not a good price and absolutely not the best "bang for my buck". Had I added more ingredients to my salad, such as beans and/or rice and the kitchen sink, I would have been much more satisfied with paying $11 for a lunch salad but since I'm not eating beans or rice, I found my salad to be way too expensive for a salad that's mostly lettuce. After eating my salad, I was still hungry :( Good news, you can get in pretty quickly during lunchtime. Bad news, it's pretty pricey. This was almost a 1 star experience, but what saved it were the professionalism of employees today and the food was decent. But the ordering process has become a complete mess here. So, you wait in line, maybe 10-15 minutes during a busy time, and you get to the food prep area to place your order. In my case I was ordering a burrito and 2 kids quesadillas meals. So he starts making the burrito, and tells me that the quesadillas have to be ordered online. So, how does this work? So, I check out with my burrito, move to the corner of the room, and separately order kids meals, while my kids wait another 20+ minutes for them to prep that food? When I expressed that this process seems to be unworkable- how does anyone know in advanced? They said "sorry, there is no way to know, except we've been doing this since February." Hmm. Honestly that makes it worse. I get that there is difficulty with hiring now, but that really doesn't explain this process. Either remove quesadillas from your listed menu signs or put up signs indicating this rather than wasting people's time. I could have placed that quesadilla order whike waiting in line. Thid especially doesn't work ssince quesadillas are probably ordered by kids more than anyone else. I won't waste my time here again until they get things sorted out. Too bad, because I've been going here since the preopening in 2009 (free food that day when I stumbled upon the unannounced preopening, and it used to be fairly well run for years after. I ordered the salad bowl with Sofritas (tofu), lettuce, pinto beans, and pico de gallo, The sofrita was well-seasoned and spicy, and complements well with the cold and refreshing lettuce, and soft pinto beans. I thought the portion size was a bit smaller than of that in NYC, but I was super full after. The atmosphere was nice and soothing. I really like the bright lights and clean tables. So I tried ordering online from this location... despite all of my previous grievances with their portions, how they charge for fajita veggies (when online they don't), and poor service. So yeah. I ordered the following burrito bowl: white rice black beans fajitas veggies double order of chicken mild salsa cheese Well the amount of chicken I got was less than what appears to be a normal serving. At best it's barely 1 serving. So I paid extra money for nothing. This is really my fault. I should never have gone to this location to begin with after all the bad experiences. Just because it's the closest Chipotle doesn't change this location's poor everything. I will not be going to this location anymore. I will never understand the obsession with this place. Perhaps it's the fact that we had Chipotle when I was in college, and "before it was cool" we used to hang out here for some relatively cheap eats when we were half in the bag... but I just don't get it. These have popped up all over the place since then, and the idea is basically preserved... except now you have to stand in line for the same chain store food. I can tell you this much, the owners of this place are making money! The ingredients themselves are relatively inexpensive (except for the guacamole, but they charge you $2.00 for that). There staff has the assembly line concept down to a science. You can't help but wonder if the worker-bees assemble burritos in their sleep.
