Staff not attentive while I was ordering. I then paid for my meal and walked to the Hyatt that is about a 10 minute walk. When I returned to my room, I realized that I hadn't got the chips that I paid for. I went back and they were reluctant to give me new chips. I also asked for new Queso because it is going to be cold by the time that I make it back to the room. A staff member cut in front to take the last bit of steak for himself after I already told the server what I wanted, and then the server said there was no more steak. After a brief back-and-forth, the steak supposedly would be ready in 10 minutes, and the priority steak bowl was said to be the owner. No one acknowledged my request to speak to the owner. I was a bit nervous seeing all the low reviews but decided to stop in today anyways. I got the barbacoa burrito, chips with guac, tomatoes and salad dressing on the side. First thing I noticed was how clean and organized the store was. The guy who helped me was super friendly and professional, the lady who rang me up was efficient and quick. The food was definitely on par-quite flavorful and very filling. The chips were super fresh as well! Hopefully this helps out anyone hesitating to visit this location. I used to go here years ago when I worked and lived in the area; now it's still just as good when visiting. They've been quite consistent in all these years, so give it a try. Definitely your standard chipotle. It's not impressive but it's not awful. I've ordered here a few times when I've run out of time to meal prep for dinner. Service is quick but not accurate. Worst chipotle I've been to. Weak portions on meat absolutely garbage customer service

I came here with my boyfriend for lunch today and probably will never return. We debated on a chicken bowl vs. a steak bowl, and since he was hungrier than usual, we opted for a steak bowl. There were two ladies behind the counter- one lady filling up with rice, beans, and meat, the other lady filling up with toppers like salsa, cheese, lettuce, etc. The lady filling up with rice and beans and meat was super generous in her serving with the rice and beans we had asked for, but she had to run to the back to get something. She passed the bowl off to her coworker to finish off the meat and toppings. The First Lady came back with a FRESH batch of steak and filled the container up to the brim. The line was building up, so after she filled up the steak, she started helping out the next customer in line. I was excited the steak was just off the grill and was about to get my values worth. Oh boy...oh boy. Was I wrong. The second lady took the spoon and gave not even a half a scoop full. She then proceeded to go for a second scoop which I got excited for an literally added TWO TINY EXTRA PIECES. WHAT THE. Did we actually pay $10.84 for 10 little pieces of steak in our bowl? Yes, yes we did? (I measured it out at home, counted the tiny cubes of steak, and it didn't even fill up a similar serving spoon they use to scoop meat at Chipotle) Was it worth it? Heck no. I was fuming walking out... Will I return? Most likely not. This was our go-to quick spot for lunch and we were never skimped out as heavily as we were today. Not worth it. Save your time and head over to the local Rasa or Mezeh for better bang for your buck and value with your lunch money. read more

I can't even walk back to my office without getting this out I'm so frustrated. Everyone has a bad day...HELL I ONLY COME GET FOOD WHEN IM HAVING A BAD DAY..so I guess that made two of us. But the difference is....she didn't come to my office and ask for something I came to hers to patronize. Literally the worst service. I live in one of the apartment buildings next door and so of course I come here often. Their service has been horrible EVERY SINGLE TIME. They have so much attitude here and it's literally for no reason. All the customers I've seen are always kind but for some reason the workers are so rude. This was an enjoyable experience for Chipotle. I ordered online and it was ready in about twenty minutes. It was peak time -12:15pm so I expected a bit of a delay. I wasn't that bad. The only confusing part of the location is the two places designated for pick up- one is a shelf and one is like a carry out area. I didn't initially see the carry out area so I waited by the shelf for like 7 minutes. Then I saw the carry out area, and there was my order! The barbacoa bowl was pleasant enough. Not a lot to add here, really, as it's an established franchise chain. Location is convenient for the zillions of office workers in the massive Crystal City complex. As other reviewers have noted, lines can be very long but generally move fast. Service is typically good although mistakes do happen (inattention, sometimes language issues) but overall a solid and inexpensive place to get a meal. read more

Chain burrito place - had to feed my Tex-Mex craving so I stopped in for a burrito. Simple menu- pick your meat, down the line - pick your fillings, rice, beans , salsa , cheese , lettuce, sour cream , guacamole and more! All freshly made and hand assembled. They also offer burrito bowls and tacos. Add a bag of chips if you like. They also have sodas and a small selections of beers. The burrito I ordered was large and very tasty. I do wish they offered ground taco meat - I like that in my burritos . I had the shredded beef -pretty good place for a fast food like burrito . Though the burritos are large and sometimes overstuffed - they could use more meat. Also they should offer a chicken tortilla soup and chili to go with it. For hot sauces they only offer Tabasco - would be cool if they upped their game here and added a few more choices - like maybe a salsa bar !! Wouldn't that be great!! read more

I am extremely disappointed in my Chipotle experience at this location. I rarely give one star but I am so upset I can't imagine they would deserve anything better. I ordered ahead for a 12:15 pick up. My order was not in my hands until 12:25, this is not the end of the world, but annoying still. However, not only would it have been faster for me to go through the line and order the food in store, but my order was wrong! Seriously?? I paid extra for guac, there was no guac on my bowl.... I did not ask for lettuce, lettuce appeared on my bowl.... I am extremely upset about the guac and the slow service. I'm sure anyone out there can imagine the disappointment I felt when I opened my lid and saw lettuce, and not guac. The food was good like normal, however the chicken was not spiced at all and had no flavor today. IDK what the deal with this location is. I was going through the line and when it came to meat i told the lady helping me i wanted half steak half barbacoa. When she went to scoop the steak i noticed there were only a couple piece left in the tin. I ask if she had more and she very bluntly replied "NO" not a no sorry or oh let me check.. just no, and moved along. Would not recommend ordering from this Chipotle for delivery, as the staff here will make whatever they want and are unable to accurately fulfill orders. On my recent order they did not include any beans, as requested, replaced the steak I ordered (for an extra charge) with chicken, and added mild salsa I did not order... just because ? This was one of many issues that occurred from this dining experience. The largest of which causes concerns for sanitary issues that should make customers think twice about ordering from this location (especially during a pandemic). There was a large "clump" of hair in one of the ordered bowls (pictured). This makes me doubt their staff is taking any measures to ensure safe food delivery. Their management also failed to resolve the issues we had with the food, and told us to "resubmit another order so they could make another" ... no thanks. Terrible service. I get it it's chipotle but it's Friday lunch with three people in line (not busy in other words) and when I ask for sour cream, they are "out". Typically the employee gets more real quick but not these employees. She stares at me and says they don't have anymore. Disappointed I get my food and go eat. On the way out I noticed a full sour cream sitting there. Also asked for a kids meal for my daughter that comes with a cheese quesadilla. They gave my daughter an adult quesadilla with the kids plate. Just disappointing that there was no effort by the employees to correct any of these things especially when it was brought to their attention. 2 stars only because the chicken was good. read more
