This is absolutely THE WORST CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM!!!! Never ever come here! not just service is bad, EVERYTHING IS BAD! first of all, it has less than a 2 star rating. run away while you can folks! we waited at least 20 minutes for our food, and 2 people in our party waited an hour after being told 3 times their food was going to be done or was "being made". BS!! One of the workers practically threw a water at my mom and was very disrespectful to everyone. they made us order online and took super long, I WANT A REFUND! half their fountain drinks did not work, and they didn't have ice and refilled it half way through when we were there. once we actually got our drinks, there was dirt inside. also, the chips would bend instead of actually being crispy.. awful place, ruined chipotle as a whole for me. there was only ONE nice guy working there, and even he told us the other workers sucked. bless him, and this restaurant should be gone ‍. the atmosphere of the place showed all the people wishing they never wanted to order and wished they just went to the panera down the street. read more

Reading the other comments has at least given me some insight into why I just had quite possibly the most offensive customer experience imaginable at this location today. I honestly do not want to spend the time typing out the incredibly terrible way I was treated here so long story short, the staff yelled at me, and cursed at me in front of my children, who are both under the age of 4. I was hoping to not have to do the "these are swear words, don't say them" conversation until elementary school but thank you Beverly Chipotle for ensuring that conversation happened today. You know management, training and culture are really bad when you ask for a managers contact info to discuss a poor experience and people on the staff don't give it. I eat at chipotle often, however, this is the most disgusting fast food place I've ever eaten at. The trash cans are overflowing, food is left on the tables, there is spilled food all over the floor where they're preparing our food and the cashier is standing, and there are no napkins available for customers. Frankly, the toilet was cleaner than the restaurant itself. Not only will I never return to this particular chipotle, but it makes me wonder how any management company could allow this to happen. read more

Zero stars!! That was the worst experience at any Chipotle I have ever had!! Staff was rude and there was plenty of staff just standing around. My daughter and I both ordered a veggie bowl only to find out they were out of most of the ingredients. There was no carne asada, queso, grilled vegetables, sour cream and black beans! I asked for queso, grilled veggies and sour cream and they just looked at me and said they were out. No attempt to replenish! To top it all off I found a hair 3 bites into my bowl! ive ordered from here a hand full of times and my order has never been correct. The rice is always cold and undercooked. I payed extra for guacamole and 2x portion of meat but didn't get that, that's terrible business. ps. Never had an issue with any chipotle locations until this one. I should have checked my online order before driving away but had to leave and pick someone up at the hospital. When I got home the containers were both incredibly light and when I opened them the portions are ridiculously small. I also had clearly listed in my order wanting chicken as the protein and there was none of it in my burrito bowl. Asked for extra lettuce and mild tomato salsa and literally had the smallest bunch of leafs and smallest scoop of salsa. My husbands was just as disappointing. I paid $20 for it, what a waste of money. I'm not going to drive back because I live in Somerville. If I'm ever in the area again I'll just go to north shore mall instead UPDATE: Wow it gets worse! Genuinely do not know how this location is still in business. For months I could not figure out what the hours were. One day they'd be open the next they wouldn't. Never changed the hours online. They now have a sign on the door saying they close at 5pm everyday, however I pulled up at 2:30pm the other day and they were closed. I'm assuming this is a staffing issue? The last time I was there they were out of all plant based "meat" options and chips. The place is always filthy. Food crumbs and garbage everywhere. I'm sympathetic to certain struggles at the moment but communication and cleanliness are not one of them. As a gluten free vegetarian I love chipotle, it's one of my only go to quick service options. I think this Chipotle location has management problems, and/or quite possibly cannot find staff. Turn around seems high. They do service a lot of area college students and families, and are usually busy. I have no problems with the food. Yet, several weeks ago, I went in and noticed that all the meat items were missing (except chicken), and the sofritas left in the container was turning brown. Yesterday, I ordered online and went to pick-up my order - but the restaurant was closed. A note on the door said to call their corporate number to get a refund. So, why did the order even go through if they were already closed? Today I called their customer service number for a refund, a robot said I had to have my order number. No real person, robots. So I went into my email, got my order number and called them back - real person came on the line and seemed very rushed. She then told me my refund would come through in 5 business days. I can wait, but it seems a bit whacky that the order went through in the first place - since the restaurant was already closed. I will say that the people who work the line have always been friendly, but as a former food business owner, I see they need help with organization. Quite possibly, Chipotle needs to pay people more to keep their employees. read more

The chipotle in Peabody is WAY BETTER. The service here is bad. The food is not cooked right. It takes forever. They asked me to put on a mask which is unlike any other restaurant in the area. This Chipotle in Beverly is consistently bad. As I sit here writing this review I am waiting for one bowl that I ordered for pickup 43 minutes ago. This happens ALL the time. Takeout or fast casual pickup should be stress free and consistent. This store is incredibly poorly managed. To boot the portions can range from okay to 1/3 of an order. Again no consistency. I ordered on the chipotle app for pickup and it said the order should be ready in 15 minutes on the pickup shelf but believe it or not when I got in there 15 minutes later my order was no where to be found, instead I was met with a crowd of people also waiting for there orders. The quality of the food is good, but the quantity is horrible. I placed an order online for 2 burritos and 2 burrito bowls. All had a protein with various veggies and other options. The meat was basically non-existent. Maybe 2 tablespoons. Skimpy on the lettuce and cheese. No sour cream on one order. They were out of guacamole (how can a Mexican restaurant be out of guacamole - and not the first time!!). I sent a complaint to the company and they *generously* said they would add a side of chips and guac to my bag when I order next. Wow, can you spare it? And will you have guac when I order? I will never order online from them again (even with my free side), and will find another Mexican place to be my 'go-to'. read more
