I don't usually post negative reviews as I understand that you can't please everyone all the time and people are human, they make mistakes. The only reason I'm posting this is because the lime rice was very undercooked. I tried to call the store to let them know so customers wouldn't complain, but I called 5 times and it sounded like someone would pick up the phone and not reply. This place is MAD CROWDED. Between 11:45 and 1:15, expect to stand in a LONG line (you can avoid this by ordering online through their website or via their iPhone app, however if you order stuff from their "secret menu" you won't see those items. duh, it's a secret.) When I'm in the mood for their fairly limited menu, this place can't be beat. The portions are generous but not too generous, and it's good quality meat (the beef is a little tough though). I like to order their vegetable bowls and ask for all the salsas to jazz things up. Even though I like this place a lot, I have to say, I like Baja Fresh and Qdoba more. If I were eating meat, I'd have to throw Anna's Taqueria in there too. They're all good though. read more

With reviewing restaurants like these, it's hard to really judge the food. The quality of the food is pretty standard wherever you go. So, I will review this establishment based on everything else. During lunchtime this place get's super crowded and parking can suck, but people come in and out, so this place moves pretty fast. It was pretty standard seating, in terms of Chipotle standards. The main high point of this Chipotle is that the lines move fast, parking is actually readily available (even during rush hour), and there are other nice restaurants nearby and a mall. read more

Okay so I order from Chipotle fairly often, normally from Woburn but other locations as well. There have been three separate instances that I've placed an order online during open hours (usually 1/2 to an hour before they close, say on a Sunday) and it says they're open on their website. It lets me place the order. I go to pick it up and find the place is CLOSED. THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. Unacceptable. If your in the area, bypass Burlington, drive up to Woburn, the food is made better there anyway. read more

Well that was gross!! Ordered a burrito with half chicken and half carnitas. The server scraped the bottom of both containers barely getting enough meat for a total of a half serving from each. The burrito was watery and disgusting. Chips and salsa were not edible due to the amount of salt caked onto the chips. Why I gave this chain another chance is beyond me. As noted by a few of the other reviews; parking can be a real challenge at this location. However, up side is that this location is always busy and the staff does move you through the line very quickly. I think this location does do a very good job with cleanliness and quality of the food. I would second the post by a yelper that wishes there was a frequent buyers club! read more

Go to for quick lunch or dinner when in the area. Appreciate that I know what I'm getting majority of the time, sometimes portions vary based on who is serving you but overall good. If I have a choice I prefer this location over the Woburn location based on friendliness of the team and consistency of the food and experience. read more

Just had this place deliver - OMG the most disgusting, horrible bowl of garbage I have ever seen. The dinner was probably dropped as the bowl and cover were all smashed - when I opened the smashed bowl all that was in there was not recognizable as something one would eat - in fact one could not identify any of the items. Don't bother ordering delivery they can't get your order right. Chipotle is pretty consistent. I like it because it is filling and healthier than many fast-food lunch options. I went in here at the end of the lunch rush. My boyfriend and I go to this Chipotle a lot after work, and it seems like they are always out of something or something is wrong with our order. Tonight they were out of guacamole and corn, and failed to tell us until after our food was started. Another time they were out of rice, and another time it was chips. I would understand if they were just running behind, but each time they've basically told us they were completely out. One time, I ordered online and paid ahead, only to find out there were no chips. Oh ho ho ho ho HO!! This review has been a long time coming. Chipotle is everywhere and is hugely popular which baffles me - every time I've been there I am disappointed. In short, the meat quality here SUCKS. I eat a lot of meat, chicken, and fish and I actually have a clue about how to pick good meat and cook it. Chipotle and I DO NOT have that in common. Their god damn meat is not fit for human consumption. My first experience with Chipotle was at the Nashua, NH location. I ordered a "BOWL" with beans, assorted veges, hot sauce, DOUBLE MEAT, and guacamole. My reaction was, "This is fucking CAT FOOD." I was pissed. Second experience was at Burlington after purposely avoiding all Chipotle for an extended period of time. Same meal with DOUBLE MEAT (chicken and steak). Same general reaction - "This meat is DOG SHIT awful." One of the pieces of "steak" in my "Bowl" was totally UNCHEWABLE. I made a real effort to break this piece of "meat" down with my teeth, and I COULD NOT DO IT. It was actually like chewing leather - impossible to break down with my teeth. And it had a weird taste to it. Maybe it was leather, who knows. I don't know why I gave them a second chance - there WILL NOT be a third. CHIPOTLE - get your fuckin ACT TOGETHER! I've never seen a place so incredibly dirty. The prep counter is always cover in food or some sort of liquid. The employees never clean the counter before starting food. this is in regards to the burlington mall road chipotle. My company ordered a big lunch order from them this afternoon resulting in a $120 bill. We ordered 12 bags of chips and only received two. half of our orders were wrong. and they charged me $9 for a small small cup of queso. when I called to complain and ask what they could do, the guy hung up on me and then they never picked up the phone after that. We will never be ordering from them again and we get a big order once a month. They lost our business and our respect. Horrible service. read more

This is by far the best burrito place I've been to, and I've tried many (Qdoba, Beantown, Boloco, Anna's, Felipe's). The service is fast and friendly. The food is hot, tasty, and reasonably priced. They will always change their gloves for vegetarians if you ask them, counters are clean, they are as quick as possible (even as people are really slow ordering), and there are always seat. I've been a fan of chipotle forever (when I lived in Florida and Bostonians didn't even know what chipotle is.) I hate writing reviews for chains but the staff at this location really impressed me. I convinced my brother in law that we should get take out from here and he was nervous because he is very allergic to gluten. My google search told me he'd be okay. I love Chipotle. Like, a lot. Like, I chose Chipotle as my dinner on Valentine's Day when the man said I could have anything I wanted. Yeah, that much. And this Chipotle is my favorite. It is the best location I have been to. The people who work there are super friendly and helpful and the food is consistently excellent. I have been to a few other locations where people just seem grumpy and where the quality of the food is not as great. I agree with other reviewers that parking can be challenging and lines can be long during busy times but that's to be expected. They do a great job keeping things moving. As someone who works in the area, they have amazing quick service and really can get people in and out when they are on their lunch break. The food is typically fresh and the staff is decently friendly. I typically get the food delivered to my work place. I'm super happy that they have a delivery service. My only quarrel is how much it cost to get the food delivered but, I guess that is the price you pay for not wanting to walk/drive over there. read more
