Even with the restaurant being completely empty. It's like 4 PM on a weekday. But you know what, I respect a policy if you have one. But it was more about how rude the person was. Needlessly rude. I didn't even argue. It wasn't until she was equally rude to my coworker that we just looked at each other and thought "what the hell is going on? What did we do wrong?" We won't be going back there anymore for the company outings. Not really missing out on much.

Went in and ordered a "Quesorito" - aka a burrito with a melted cheesey tortilla base. They made it completely wrong and then tried to charge me for a cheese quesadilla and a chicken burrito for $12!!! I've never been charged for two items when I ordered one before nor have any of my chipotle ordering friends. This is a suburban white location - just go wit the burrito bowls here because they can't do much else right. They don't have anybody that knows how to make/roll a burrito. The manager told me to email him. I walked out immediately. Points to take away: Poor Burrito Knowledge No Tenured Employees Nobody that understands customer service. For the record guys - you make a quesorito with ONE tortilla not more. You fold it over and press it - when done open it up then place the burrito contents inside THEN you wrap it in foil and put it on the press a second time. They didn't come close to doing any of this and when I complained the said eff off you're paying the $11.66 for this. I turned around and walked out. read more

I recently visited a Chipotle and was impressed by the overall experience. The service was good, with friendly staff members. I admit like the other reviewers this place is very crowded during lunch hours, but the staff are very friendly. I even recall one time they made a mistake on my order and gave me a card redeemable for a full-loaded burrito. Definitely good stuff! Also the ingredients they use in Chipotle is top-notch for a fast-food joint. There are better burrito places, but not in New England. California has Baja Tacos which is better, but I wouldn't fly across the country to get a burrito although I have considered it once or twice. There burritos are soo good I get one for me and one for my dog Lupita. In any case this place is good but wicked busy most of the time. read more

I am vegan and I love love love bean burritos, I have gone to this restaurant twice and had a really bad experience there! Their guacamole is gross, then all the food, it was mostly cold. Then tonight the kid looked at me, while "wrapping " the burrito and just pushed each side of the bread inward like it would close, and it fell apart on me. He couldn't take it back either, I will absolutely give it one more chance, but I can't help it if it sucks again, I won't go. read more

To make it even worse, roughly the last inch on BOTH ends of the sandwich was basically bare bread -- no turkey, no avocado, no tomato, no ingredients at all. So not only was the sandwich already severely underfilled, a decent portion of it was literally just bread. For $15, I expected a fresh, filling sandwich with a reasonable amount of ingredients, not something that looked like it was assembled using the absolute bare minimum. Potbelly should be embarrassed serving a sandwich like this and charging premium prices for it. There are far too many better lunch options out there to justify paying $15 for brown avocado, a few ounces of turkey, two small tomato slices, and several bites of plain bread. Definitely won't be ordering this again.
