I love Chipotle, and this is my favorite location in Canton! The line can get very long, but it moves FAST. The inside of the restaurant is always very clean and well-maintained. The food is always hot and fresh. The location is very convenient, being in a super busy plaza near Walmart. Parking is never an issue. On this particular visit, I came for BOGO Nurse Day (one of the best days of the year!). The line wasn't very long, and it moved quickly. The employees were friendly and efficient. The portion sizes are always generous at this location! If you're a Chipotle connoisseur like me, you know that not all locations create bowls equally. This location makes sure you ALWAYS get the best bang for your buck, and I really appreciate that. My food was hot, fresh, delicious, and plentiful. Every employee that I interacted with was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in about 7 minutes. Not bad at all! I'll definitely be back. read more

This Chipotle off of Tusc is superior to all other Chipotles. The food here is A L W A Y S immaculate. Yeah they have their off days but They never disappoint. The staff is extremely nice, food is always made right and always tastes the way it should. The portions here are amazing you always get your money's worth. The line can be long but it always loves fast and no matter how busy the food is always amazing. This Chipotle location is god tier. read more

Every single time I go into this restaurant they are out of something. I don't know who orders the food for this location, but they don't know how much to order of each product. Running out of shredded and queso cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato salsa. I can't remember the last time I've been to the location on Tuscarawas St W where they've been able to make my bowl with everything I've wanted. The staff is another story. God forbid they crack a slight smile or respond to a question even. This store needs a new manager to come in and revamp the place entirely!!!!! read more

I've previously had very good experiences with this chipotle location prior to my last two experiences. Yesterday me and my girlfriend stopped in to place a to go order and waited much longer than we should've because it seemed like the staff was only prioritizing the online orders. The girl with the green hair was rude towards us while we were waiting outside, in accordance with the new COVID-19 policy. When we finally finished our order, they told us (after we already paid) that free queso was only for online orders. This was disappointing because we wouldn't have ordered queso had we known this. Also, our last experience prior to yesterday was a poor experience with an online delivery order we placed. We both ordered double meat burrito bowls but received very small portions and they didn't have the Mexican coke that we ordered. Our poor online experience is why we ordered in person yesterday. We've love chipotle and have been loyal & frequent customers to this location since we live nearby. We are disappointed with our recent experiences here. read more

I love chipotle. So this review is mainly the way my special needs clients and I were treated today. So, we go to chipotle and we're waiting outside to go in and order. Now I understand there should only be 5 at a time with the whole virus going on. As we were waiting for 3 people to walk out for us to go in without problems only two came out. There were others waiting outside too but said we should go in since we had been waiting awhile. So I take my to clients in and we're standing in line waiting. Two girls who were on breaking eating both said to me "only 5 people at a time so one of us have to leave"(which I'm legally not allowed to do) I was being nice and not rude and trying to explain to them that I can't leave one of them outside and that if we kept waiting other people were just gonna come in before us. One of the girls got rude and told me "well then you three can go out and wait for one more person to come out and then you three can come back in." I nodded politely and walked my clients outside to wait. As soon as we got out two people walked right in and the line began to build up. I just didn't understand why we couldn't just wait because someone was getting ready to pay and leave and then there would've been 5. They made my client very upset because they were excited to eat there but instead got treated very rudely. Probably not coming back to this location again. read more

Some of the staff appear to be miserable, while others are peppy and very welcoming. One young man on tort seemed very uninterested in taking my order and hardly refused to look at or acknowledge me when I was here with my mom and sister about three months ago. The food was alright, nothing memorable compared to other locations I have been to. They seem to maintain their dining area quite well for the most part, though the fountain drink area seems to always be sticky and splattered with pop. Online orders I have placed here a few times are never ready on time and both times they weren't very busy. I believe this store could improve with attitude towards the customer and more efficient with time management. read more

This was by far the worst chipotle burrito I've ever had. If I hadn't been proactive, I would have gotten a burrito the size of a taco bell soft taco. Talk about skimpy!! I basically got one small spoonful of meat that was gone in the first two bites. I had to ask for more of EVERYTHING, and each time I did, the girl looked at me like I was stupid for asking. Normally, they are very good. Food is hot and fresh and the workers are trying pretty hard to please. Occasionally, they fall short and the food tastes old and cold. I would say its great 4 out of 5 times. Lunch time is slow as usual, but thats to be expected. For fast food, its one of the only places I'll eat. read more

They are excellent in accommodating people with food allergies. They changed there gloves without questioning it (although they are not latex) and brought out fresh food to avoid cross contamination with the allergens. read more

We are a dental office that frequently order from Chipotle using the online ordering. The food is very good, however every time we order, we always have to drive back up because someone's order was forgotten. No attempt to recompense us was made today, when as usual, someone's order was forgotten. We received a follow-up call today from Chipotle wanting to know how the food was, and we told them about our problem and all they said was a flippant "Sorry about that" just wanted to know how the food was. Was not very impressed with the customer service here. I can see maybe forgetting once in a while, but not every time we order and to be so unconcerned about it was very disheartening. read more

what happened?? usually it's super stellar here. no one wanted to help anyone. the one girl that did, was all over the kitchen, refilling lettuce and trying to start orders. When she asked someone for more lettuce so she could continue with an order, they looked at her and said she could get it and then did not help anyone else or start anyone else's orders... i had to stop that employee from putting items on i did not request, and then she looked at me like i was the one who was wrong.
