I thought I'd give online ordering a shot. I tried it other places and it's gone pretty well. However it did not go well here. I placed my order 25 minutes before I got to the store, was even late for my quoted time, and the order still wasn't ready. They seem very on organized. One of the workers was even asking who was filling online orders, and everyone ignored her. They all seem to be too busy with the line, which I understand but kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online. There was a long line, the line ended, so I decided to get in line as that would be more efficient to get my order. Then the worker gave me attitude Because I went in line to get my order, where as the other worker was amicable to this. Overall was quite a port spirits, I definitely will not be going to the Chipotle again, nor attempting to order online as it seems to be more efficient to Just wait in line like normal. read more

The staff here act like the portion size gets taken out of their own personal checks because this place has the SMALLEST PORTION SIZE I've ever seen from a Chipotle location - so stingy when I ask for double PINTO BEANS and you find the need to 1/3 scoop each time - pure craziness here! Stingy stingy STINGY with the meat and fajitas most of all - they act like I can't see what they are doing. Lastly, to the Spanish girl with the ponytail who rushes you down the line and doesn't take a BREATH and puts legit 1/2 scoop of anything you ask on - you should pay for my next bowl because you are STEALING from your customers. I never take time out of my day to write a review but this was insane. I work down the street from this location and I often order the same bowl for lunch. Today I ordered the exact same as I always do & my total was $26.67. When I got my food it was entirely wrong. My name and order were on the bowl yet the entire bowl was the opposite of what I ordered. When I tried to call this store I was sent to customer service who basically told me there was nothing they could do and that I should reach out to uber eats, so I did. After a long conversation I finally received a refund for $6.87. Where is the math in that? When I complained I was told they could not issue a second refund and would have to take it up with the store. So finally I go to the store where they automatically refused to do anything about it, the entire staff gave me exhausted looks and the to go lady immediately tried to rush me out the door saying there was absolutely nothing they could do. It wasn't until the manager came out that they decided to remake my bowl immediately. The manager hadn't even said anything! The to go lady's entire demeanor changed when he came out. And when she finally decided to remake the bowl for me it was 90% toppings barely any steak or rice. This store is absolutely ridiculous and the vibes are horrible. Food, service and ambiance all need to be improved. I drove 34 minutes to get a bowl and should've listened to the previous comments. The line was absolutely dirty. They were out of both beans, lettuce and sour cream. They had no chip bags prepped. The girl on the line got snappy with my husband because he was looking at what was available and she basically told him to back up even though the person in front of us was done. Someone needs to get involved with this location to turn it around because none of the employees here were friendly or looked like they enjoy their jobs whatsoever. This time it was a young Spanish girl with a pony tail that was just throwing my order into my bowl saying "what else", "what else". She gave one order so much more than the other one too which I didn't appreciate. They were really nice to me, and even let me ask a few small questions, because I couldn't remember the names of some of the things I wanted. As far as Ambiance goes, it was definitely chill. Awful experience! Put in an order with Uber eats and waited an hour and a half with multiple drivers trying to pick it up but the wait time was too long. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!! This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. We are passing through on our way home from thanksgiving break and are very disturbed. For starters, the parking lot is small, congested and poorly designed. Upon entering, we are greeted by a chair with a sign that says the can only accept online orders. We place our order at 5:56pm for pickup at 6:10pm. I went to check on our order at 6:06pm and 6:11pm, it wasn't until the second time that another customer (thank you Yolanda) told us standing around that you have to PERSONALLY "check-in" and let them know you're here BEFORE THEY WILL begin making your order. I get up to the line at 6:23 and the guy looks at me, and I look at him I tell him my name and he types it in, prints a receipt.. then says nothing and walks away. I stay there because excuse me? He comes back and kindly says, "I'm gonna get her to make it, it'll probably be just a couple of minutes". Meanwhile, customers are getting upset and disgruntled at the realization that they have ran out of mild salsa and chips! So now all of the people who have been waiting are can't even get what they ordered! (Including us). I have two hungry kids, I'm hangry and I want to go. This is preposterous and very sad to see. It is 6:36pm and still no food. Update: 6:45pm -have food and had to wait again for forks and spoons. Tonight was the last straw when they gave me sour cream instead of salsa...usually they leave the salsa off altogether when I order through the app (not even like I was talking to someone on the phone--it's literally checking boxes!). Not every Chipotle is created equal. Here's what I can say about this one; if you come 30 minutes before closing you'll find that they've put things away. I definitely understand preparing for closing but in my case I needed to pickup meals while a family member was in the hospital. I feel like they always slop the portions on your plate like they hate their job. They give you very little meat but will put more rice in your bowl. I'd love to have tomatoes that aren't spicy so that my daughter can eat it but they dont offer that. They do have several options to choose from which is nice. The sweet corn is delicious and my favorite part of the bowl. Guacamole is $2.15 extra for a tablespoon. It's definitely not worth that. Overall, I wish the employees were friendlier and the food was fresher. It's been consistently underwhelming each time I've visited while in town. I know Chipotle can taste way better than this because other locations prove it. read more

Overall the environment here is great, compared to the Barracks Road location which is constantly packed. Even at peak hours, the line is quite manageable. I have, however, on a couple occasions felt they could have been a little more generous with their serving sizes. Just another, mundane, slow Monday for the Japanese man. He just got out of a job interview and lo and behold-- he did not get the job. His car had been rejected from state inspection, he had been told that the total cost of fixing all of the issues would cost up to $1500. Things seemed pretty devastating for the man, until he realized the building he was driving by on 250. It was Chipotle Mexican Grille. "Man, it's been like, two weeks since I ate at Chipotle", said the Japanese man. Without thinking twice, he pulls into the parking lot, shifts his car to park and shuffles casually into the building. Inside was a familiar yet, welcoming feeling; clean, immaculate tables, the smell of steak cooking on the grill, and the smiles of the employees, eager to help make this man's day come out of its dark limbo. He orders a burrito bowl with extra white rice, chicken, black beans, hot salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. He could tell that this was the right choice, this was what needed to be done before the day was over. The staff treated him with the utmost respect, and as he walked up to the register, the manager asked him if everything came out okay. He told her that everything was absolutely perfect. This man's day was about to be made. All jokes aside, awesome experience from me. I see a lot of negative reviews on here but of course all opinions are subjective; and they get a positive one from me. And a BIG shoutout to Tawni, she has been an amazing manager. This chipotle location specifically is amazing! Most of the college students go to the location in the Barracks Road Shopping Center, so the line at this location is short and fast.
