I wish I could give zero. So I know chipotle is a chain and generally like it. This one is just horrible. I've had three bad experiences here and don't plan on going after the last. One- chips (you pay way too much for) were crazy over salted and limed to the point of being inedible. Two- waited over 45 minutes for my online order- after the supposed to be ready time- and watched multiple people walk in and get their food, order, walk out. There was a crowd of us who had online orders just waiting in our masks. In the height of covid. Three- tonight and the worst. Ordered basic salad bowl for mum and me. And chips and guac- I do love their guac. Guac was great. Chips were so soaked in oil you could see through them and were inedible. On top of that they forgot the chips initially (online order) so I waited in line and told them I didn't get the chips. I was friendly just had a great garden tour and tea with my friend. The girl at the register huffed at me like a literally "huff" no eye contact. Grabbed me those chips that turned out to be inedible and huffed again... I said thanks. And left. Not going back again. If manager sees this - whoever was the skinny cute black girl working register at 8:00 pm June 2nd she needs some counseling or to be fired. I've worked retail many years and dealt with horrible customers. I wasn't, I was nice, just wanted the chips I paid for. And she acted like I was an inconvenience that she shouldn't need to bother with. read more

This is the worst Chipotle in the country! Placed a mobile order for a steak bowl, picked it up and came home only to find the bowl to be mostly empty, with no steak, can count the number of rice with ten fingers, very little salsa and vegetables! What kind of an idiot made my order! This costed me $15! This place is a joke and Chipotle should serious think about closing this place based on all the negative reviews. So I will start by saying.... I actually love chipotle.... I go to this location because it is the closest to my office. They really have a lack of consistency here. A REAL LACK!!! They don't change the oil often and a lot of times, the chips are stale or just have a really bad taste because they are dark and clearly cooked in old oil. But... that's only when they actually put them in my bag after I've ordered them. So many times I've ordered them for a pick up order and they weren't in my bag when I got back to work. So the thought would be, check the bag to make sure but when you have a pick up bag and it's a big bag that's taped up... is there not a double check to make sure they are there before you tape the bag together? Last year on my birthday, I was "given" a free bag of chips in addition to my order on the app... but when I got back to work... no chips.... Also, you NEVER know when the meat will be spicy or not and I hate that. Is there not a recipe that is followed. I'm sure it should be because if i go to chipotle in another state, I would expect to get the same meal as I would if I was at home. Today, my rice wasn't cooked long enough and my chicken was spicy. Like come on now. I got this exact same meal a week ago and it was fluffy rice and great mild chicken. I'm so confused on what happens in chipotle with the recipes because the lack of consistency with the spice level is a problem with every chipotle I have been to. I ordered online on 2/5/2025, and the food was ready as promised. All the items listed on the side were placed in separate containers. The only issue I have with Chipotle across the nation is they have no standard measuring method for meats. They use tongs, and whatever or however the worker wants to grab is what you get. I often feel shortchanged and overpriced for double meat. How about adopting what Mission BBQ does when they make a pork sandwich? They have a standard cup/bowl, and the preparer places the meat in this jar/bowl, levels it, and dumps it on the bun. Perfect, consistent, and fair every time, regardless of the restaurant or who is serving it. I would visit Chipotle way more often if I were sure I would get a fair portion of meat--just my 2 cents. Chipotle needs Standard and Consistent Protein Measurements! I got a steak & barbacoa bowl with white rice, pinto beans, guacamole, fresh tomato salsa, sour cream, monterey jack, and lettuce. Their steak and Barbacoa go very well together, and their white rice is definitely better than their brown rice. I also love their guacamole. The only thing would be their chips. Some of the chops were soggy, and some had a weird amount of salt. Overall delicious meal. read more

Crunchy Rice is wilddddd! This chipotle should count its days. I just went in to order a veggie bowl only to get home and eat crunchy white rice (crunchy!!) I don't understand why this location can't get it right from having ingredients in stock (for the duration of business hours) to the food consistently tasting the same. Don't you have a recipe guide?? This location needs a Chipotle 101 course because this is not it! It's the one closest to my house, but I refuse to continue to spend $25+ for 2 meals & it be completely inedible. I don't even have the energy to drive back, explain, and get a refund. I hate to report a negative review. My recent experience was very odd with staff. I placed an order for a kids meal quesadilla. The young lady looked at me confused and refused to explain to me why she could not provide me with a kids meal and then selected my toppings when I specifically told her "sorry but excuse me I just asked for guacamole and sour cream as my side" The young lady just gave me a blank stare none of the workers would even look at me and she just ignored my request and told me my total. I didn't want to make a big deal at the store however when you are paying for anything it doesn't matter the cost it would be nice to actually pay for the items that you have selected. It's a shame because it's so close by and convenient but based off that experience I will never go back again. read more

The workers are horrible. I've come to this location many times because it's closest to my house and the young hispanic man is always horrible! He gives you THREE pieces of protein and when you ask for more he wants to claim it's EXTRA? When it's really the normal amount they should be giving to everyone. Him and the young hispanic woman were in a conversation about something completely different that he was not paying attention to what he was doing. He put lettuce on my bowl when it was supposed to be for someone else. I asked him multiple times for a side of guac and it wasn't until the cashier had to step in and tell him to get it. They don't take their jobs seriously and are always unfriendly. They immediately have attitudes with you upon arriving. I always try to be extra friendly and understanding since I have worked in food service before and I know it's not always great, but they always have bad attitudes EVERY time I go so at this point they just need another job. After boycotting Chipotle for months after my last experience, I bought lunch for a contractor doing work at our house (his request) and decided to order myself a bowl. For the first time ever, my order was correct. So, I went back the following week to pickup dinner for my family. When I arrived, the young man preparing to-go orders saw me waiting for a while and asked me for my name. When I told him, he informed me someone else had picked up my order, apologized, and immediately prepared a new order. When I noticed a side of guac missing from the bag and told him, he again apologized and gave me the guac. I thanked him for being so polite and professional. Even though it was unfortunate someone else took my original order, the customer service really made up for it. I didn't see any of the crew from a few months ago working there. The change in personnel seems to be moving chipotle back in the right direction. read more

Some days it's really good! A majority of the days they only do online ordering and they get sooooo backed up that you have to wait with lots of people while they make the food. If you do an online order to pick up always check your food before you leave. Mine has been wrong so many times! This one happened recently. (See picture that's attached.) Tacos with NOTHING but three tortillas!!!! The rice and the beans were on the side. When I showed the itemized receipt to an employee she kindly apologized and fixed it while asking the other employees how the order was sent out the way it was sent out. I was grateful for her kindness. The most frustrating though was when I ordered my kid a kid's quesadilla kid's meal inside the store about two months, and was given just a little folded up piece of warm aluminum. The cheese quesadilla. I told the employee I needed the sides and the chips (Or fruit cup.) that goes with it, and he insisted that that does not come with a kids meal. I wasn't going to argue with a 16 year-old boy, and I left. I truly regret that because my kid was hungry. I ended up pulling into McDonald's. The food is good and the place is clean! I'll definitely go back and give them another chance! I did after the quesadilla incident a couple months ago. Hopefully the bad luck I've had at this location is gone. read more

This is kind of a comparison of the two chipotles in Chester right now. You got the one down rt 10 towards Enon, in the shopping center with Burlington and Subway. Parking is a mess. Always busy. We ordered from there last night and the food was - meh - mediocre. Chicken was a little dry. We ordered two chicken & cheese quesadillas and two chicken bowls. Chicken was a little dry but the good Chipotle taste was there. Not impressed. Tonight, I had rewards so my kid and I used the rewards for a free entrée. We ordered two chicken bowls with pretty much the same thing - chicken, no beans, brown rice, cheese, sour cream, and fresh tomato salsa topping. My order was ready at exactly the time they promised. Got home to eat and ugh - eyes are bigger than my stomach so my kid will eat left overs tomorrow. Also ordered 3 bags of chips and guac and this time got all the quac we ordered. The store is roomy spacious and has plenty of places to sit and still be distanced if that's your thing. Very clean and bright. I will definitely be using the Iron Bridge location from now on! DO NOT STOP HERE! We have tried this place maybe 4 times since it opened. It's 5 min from my house. They cannot get their act together. No consistency nor leadership, just a bunch of kids/possible adults with no direction and attitude. As soon as you walk-in you are never greeted. When it's dead they are staffed, but prime lunch and dinner hours, 1 maybe 2 people on the line, with one person on prep and nothing cooking. There is Never anything stocked on the service line. They are always out of meat or have a ton of one meat and only cooking the stocked meats. Trash is usually all over the floor and dirty counters. I have talked to the manager once, and i was disregarded! This place taints the name and quality of Chipotle. read more

Not gonna lie to y'all, they're always out of something. Whether it's chicken, lettuce, rice, sour cream, these niggas is always out of something. And then they can't fucking wrap a burrito, worth shit. Like one time I asked the person to put extra beans on my order and they looked at me like . Cause they knew it would be harder to wrap the burrito. Plus they always getting orders mixed up. It's a shame, especially with majority black workers, we need to do better ya'll. read more

I was hesitant to come to this location with all the negative reviews... but I will say that the staff is fast, friendly, and the food is what to be expected. I've been here multiple times and have yet to have a negative experience. I think that everyone who has left a one star review is expecting restaurant/michelin star service- UH THIS IS CHIPOTLE. I think what people are seeing is overworked staff. That's not their fault. They're trying to make a living under terrible conditions. I've been in that position before so I can sympathize with them. They seem to be short staffed making ingredients so they are constantly waiting for more food. The tables aren't being used but they are still dirty. The last time, queso blanco was thrown into the bag and the top wasn't on, thus queso blanco was everywhere in the bag, plus the burrito was shaped like a ball and not even wrapped all the way, so when it ended up everywhere also and the carne asada was cold and tasteless. 1.4.22 4:15 PM wanted a protein packed meal after the gym. it had just snowed in va but i didn't feel like taking my shoes off, throwing on sweats in my car, and putting my shoes back on if i was only gonna be in the store to grab my mobile order for a minute. the second i walked in towards the pick up shelf, the elder employee lady sweeping the floors looked at me up and down and proceeded to yell across the order bar and registers to her coworker about the cold weather and it's relevance to my outfit. i took spanish so i automatically knew what she was referring to. she kept repeating the same bs til i walked out of the door. probably 5-6 more times. that was very disrespectful and rude and she needs to be trained BETTER customer service. read more
