This is the only place I've been to where u have to order a quesadilla on app or online. They won't let you order in store but still make. U can order everything else in store. That's not covid related just poor service. Makes no sense after waiting in line with no signs to say this is a new rule. I think they winging it. read more

If I could review with no stars I would. My first burrito had to be re-wrapped twice... maybe the guy (seemed like a teenager) was new/nervous... I don't know. The burrito ended up being sloppy still, corners hanging out of the foil. While he attempted to wrap for the second time, I asked the original "order taker", for a kids build your own.... He passes me off to the guy who was struggling to wrap my first burrito. No platters (maybe they were out) for the kids meal. Ok.... While my second burrito is being made, I ask if the original burrito can just be put into a bowl. No one acknowledges me. So I turn to the cashier and asks, "is there any way that someone can just put the first burrito in a bowl? She says "ughm .." and walks away. The original order taker says are you done?, have you paid? I say no .... He goes back to preparing other orders. The cashier comes back, I ask for a discount. She says that she has to get someone else, that someone comes, says the burritos are made no discount. The customer service received was horrible!!!! I try my hardest to stay away from blaming the color of my skin but in retrospect, no one else's service after me, bowls or burritos were jacked up nor dismissed. read more

This is literally worst Chipotle I have been to. On multiple occasions they have messed up my order, but today was the icing on the cake. They are digital only right now, but you don't know that until you walk up to the door. Today they ran out of guacamole, but didn't tell me when I picked up my order (I paid for chips and guac). I came back in the store and was like ??? Where are my chips and guac. She looked at me like I was stupid and told me they had ran out. I was like ??? Well I paid for it and I didn't get it. She was like "would you just like the chips?" Or you can go in the website for a refund. I eventually got chips and queso, but I don't understand why it's that hard to tell people when they come pick up their order that they don't have something. Of course my husbands food was messed up. The owner of this place must truly not care about business or making money. I'm gonna just drive to Hull Street or Chester from now on. read more

Glad to have this location added nearby, hope they can get their stuff together. Have been several times to pick up online orders. Ingredients have been a little short at times. Yesterday they were out of chips. It was nice to have the young lady working the online orders to hook me up. She was very pleasant and helpful, and the ingredients in my order were finally up to par. They seem to be headed in the right direction with food quality and friendly service and I hope it continues. read more

The one located on iron bridge is severely understaffed. They make the best they can with what they have. One day to another you don't know if the inside is open to place orders, or if you can only do mobile orders. Portions are hit or miss. read more

If I could give this location half of a star I would. This certain location at night time is a literal nightmare. Every time my boyfriend and I order from this chipotle they screw our order up. We pay for chips, don't receive them because they are out and don't post anything about it when you order online at this location. No one answers the phone when you call with questions, they never give us the correct sides and they never get the bowls right. Tonight, i ordered a chicken bowl, with BLACK beans, guac, cheese, lettuce, and white rice. Instead what i got was a bowl with no guac, and pinto beans. The one time they have chips, they don't include my guac, and they put like 10 of them in the bag. Not to mention they put burnt chicken all throughout my boyfriend's bowl. Horrible service and the food is not as well made in the evenings. Absolutely unacceptable. I understand food service can be horrible at night and they might be understaffed, but to make a comment on their staff at the Ironbridge location, they do NOT even acknowledge you when you walk through the door. You have to scream at someone for their attention. They also never have the bar open where you order inside, it's always to go and delivery. And it never fails that there are at least 25 people waiting in the sitting area when you get there and it takes them an hour and 30 minutes to make 2 bowls and a bag of effing chips. This location is a joke for how much traffic there is. I will never be ordering from this location in the evening again. read more

I ordered two chicken bowls, there was so little rice, we had to look for it to ensure it had been added. Very little chicken in both bowls & in the tacos, although I ordered & paid for extra chicken in one of the bowls. This is my second visit to this location. Had a similar issue abt a year ago; the manager (a year ago) was very rude & unaccommodating. I am absolutely dumbfounded. I have never felt compelled to write a negative review but I'm hoping to save people some frustration. Since my first visit to this location they have always somehow messed up my order or it's been significantly past the online order pick up time. I honestly thought it had to be because the location was new and they were just working out the kinks. I have gone to this location over 15 times because I couldn't believe that it could still be as bad as day one so many months later. I assumed that eventually they would get it together but I had to accept tonight that I'm wrong. There is something VERY wrong with this location, most noticeably the online ordering. When I show up at the pick up time it is guaranteed I will be waiting another 15 mins before someone eventually asks the order name and tells me they're "about to start" that order. Someone else mentioned it in their post but the chips are NOT good. I've never had an issue with the chips at literally any other location but these really do taste burnt all the time. Guaranteed if I order a kids meal one of the sides will be wrong, we've gotten so used to it we just roll with it at this point. Tonight I put a mobile order in at 845 for a 9p pick up. My husband arrived at 9, nothing on the shelf. It's 9:25 and he still does not have the order yet. They've tried handing him a random wrong order that was sitting on the mobile prep area without checking the ticket . It's (3) steak tacos with cheese only, chips, and a drink. Nothing fancy or crazy. I really have tried to cut them slack for being a new location, maybe COVID has made staffing difficult, etc but I'm just really at a loss for words. read more

We were exciting for a new Chipotle to open by Iron Bridge, after a few visits we are disappointed. The rices were TOO dry, the meat and veggies were very few, I would say less than half of what you normally get from other Chipotle's , we ended up with lots dry rices left in the plates. read more
