I would give ZERO stars if possible. Taco Bell is trying their darnedest to go out of business. Kiosks to take orders and no personal interaction is not the dining experience I would want. The icing on the cake was that they have stopped offering cups for free water but instead make you buy a drink or bottle of nasty Dasani water. The food quality has gone way down. I opened a mobile pick up and asked for very specific sauces which first of all were out and asked for replacements with spicy ranch and they repeated it back to me and ended up giving me SOUR CREAM. Bad attitude in the drive thru window is a recipe for loss of sales. I mean come on. I get it, people have bad days, but don't wear that stuff at your job. It's not my fault. I'm just there for some quick tacos and such. I place my order, drive up to the window, pay the young lady, and then I'm getting my drinks stiff arm style. They were slamming my palm before I could close my grip. Then the bag come out the window and I proceed to check for accuracy because it needs checking from my experience. After I take a quick inventory I look at her and said, thank you... she blank stares me, and I thought she didn't hear me and I say it again. She looks me in the eye and shakes her head then closes the window on me. I could have just kept on my way, but I said, "not today". This is what I tried to submit to their survey site, but I got timed out after I had already tossed my receipt... so maybe they will read it here. The cashier told us she didn't know what was in the new special menu item the triple melt nachos, 'because she doesn't really eat here.' After completing our order we looked for a table to sit at and every single one of them was dirty even though we were the only ones in the restaurant when we arrived at 9pm. So we wiped down our own table, and so did the two other couples who came in after us. Wiped it all into the floor that was covered in food. After receiving our food, we noticed that the nacho bell grande had meat and nacho cheese on it, and nothing else. My husband brought it back up and they asked him what he wanted them to add. They loaded it with onions and sour cream, it looked like a white and yellow unappetizing mess. So I brought it back up, opened it and ask the boy behind the counter if it looked like something he would want to eat, he agreed that it did not, and asked what I wanted. I asked him to just remake it. I sat down and waited, ate the other food we got. The burrito I got was ripped down the middle and spilling out ingredients, but since we had already complained, I just wrapped the tin foil around it and did my best not to get it all over me. It was difficult to eat. I got up 10 mins later to find out why our nachos hadn't come out yet, and the boy turned around and said, 'make those nachos.' And the girl rolled her eyes and her body language clearly indicated that she was annoyed any didn't want to do it. It was still lacking in toppings, but we just decided to eat it. My husband got two durittos tacos locos and both of them were broken right down the middle. The attitude of the employees is hard to handle. They clearly do not value their jobs. Like we are somehow privileged to be in their presence. But what really makes this experince the most annoying is that it is ALWAYS like this!!! I don't eat any other fast food. This is the only healthy fast food out there, and this is the closest location to me... and yet every time I come here I get treated poorly, the food ends up being a disappointment that we almost always have to bring back to the counter for some reason or another. You also can't get out of the bathroom without touching the handle which is obviously a health concern considering the employees are touching the handle in the bathroom and then handling our food! I have written a negative survey about this location before when the manager was rude and rolled her eyes when I returned my food after it was made wrong. Yet she still works here, the food is still made like crap, the restarant is still a mess, and the employees still have terrible attitudes. I wish you would do something about this, it is a real issue!! This location has 3 stars on yelp, and I think that is generous. I will be posting this survey on yelp after I submit it here. Please do something about this place... a new competent manager would probably do a world of good! read more

I was here on a week day night for a much needed study snack. The service was quick, I was the only one in the drive thru line, and the lady taking my order was very patient. I decided to try some new things, besides my go to crunchwrap supreme. Bad decision. I wanted a fresh tasting burrito. Note to self: when you want something fresh tasting, go to Chipotle. Stick to Taco Bell for the junk food mexican. All in all, it's a good experience and much better than the Taco Bell on Jefferson Davis, which seems to never have what I want or able to accommodate me. I'll be back. A year ago, I think they found mold or something inside the Taco Bell and had to remodel. I ordered the double chalupa box; After paying for the meal the cashier handed me my drink but the lid wasn't on all the way so it ended up spilling down my arm and into my car. This wasn't bad but they could've offered a free menu item to make up for her mistake. What really angered me was the fact that both of the chalupas were placed upside down in the box... so by the time I arrived back home all of the sauces had seeped out of the chalupas. I've been to quite a few fast food places in my day and this Taco Bell is by far the worst of the worst. One day they won't have sausage for the breakfast menu and the next some of the machines will be broken, and that's IF a hon even comes in before 8 to serve breakfast. The workers are lazy and disrespectful, the management is nearly non-existent and the food is way below average. There is a McDonald's and a Burger King right across the street and a Wendy's practically next door. I suggest you go to one of the other restaurants. This Taco Bell is a disappointment and a disgrace. You never know what problem will occur when you pull up, but you can be damn sure there will be one. read more
