I came through the drive-through around 4pm today and had a really disappointing experience. My order was missing sour cream , which is a staple for the bowl I ordered ,and the portions were extremely small. It honestly felt like everything was skimpy compared to what you normally expect from Chipotle. Customers are paying full price 17$ bowl, so the portions and order accuracy should reflect that. Missing key ingredients and getting barely filled portions isn't okay. I normally enjoy Chipotle, but this visit definitely missed the mark. I hope management works on improving consistency, this is a known practice in the food industry!! read more

So I went into Chipotle today ordered a salad. I requested salad dressing with my salad. Got back to office to eat my lunch. I notice the salad dressing looked thick. I opened it poured it on my salad it was very thick and dark, it appeared to have cilantro, garlic, pepper flakes and other things in it. The taste was not flavorful but was spicy therefore leaving me to eat a spicy salad, that was not ok. I could not eat that salad as the garlic taste from the dressing was over powering the salad. I'm not sure why the salad dressing was changed to this but it's not good at least for a salad dressing the garlic is a lot. read more

m convinced this location must be on a food ration. I just received the smallest burrito bowl I've ever been served at any Chipotle. Seriously, it was laughable. I ordered a vegetarian bowl--which, by definition, includes guacamole in the price ($10.39). Instead, they charged me separately for a side of guac and for a large chips and guac combo totaling $8.50. The guac I received was the standard portion that should have come with the bowl--nothing more, nothing extra. So essentially, I got up-charged for something that was supposed to be included. To make it worse, their register screen doesn't even show the full breakdown of what you're being charged. You only find out after the fact when they stuff the printed receipt at the bottom of your to-go bag. Sneaky and completely misleading. Instead of enjoying my lunch break, I'm now spending it writing this review because I'm that frustrated. Chipotle needs to fix this--starting with transparent pricing and fair portion sizes. Right now, it feels like they're taking advantage of their customers, and I'm definitely not the only one who's noticed. Do better. read more

I was in the area near by and have been craving chipotle. And I was so happy and excited that they had a chipotlane for convince. I ordered via the chipotle app. My usual chicken bowl, brown rice, black beans, extra lettuce and condiments on the side. I've never been to a chipotlane so didn't know what to expect. The app stated to just go to the window and that's exactly what I did. Waited maybe 2mins and saw a guy finishing up a bag and opened the window and asked for the name of my order and gave me my order. I checked it before I drove away to make sure everyone was right. It was about a 20min drive back home and everything was still warm and fresh. I was so glad that my bowl was filled to a good amount and they didn't skim on anything like they usuallly do when I have a to-go order. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. You guys are effing assh$les! To the max. I went in there at 7:02pm. Ordered a honey chipotle chicken burrito and they made it with the dried out, bottom of the steam table insert chicken. They then called out for new honey chipotle chicken from the cooks who, in front of us, while we were freaking still in line, while your employees were laughing, chopped up the new, juicy honey chicken and added it to the steam table. Line service was terrible. I showed up @1020 (they close @11) . They were more focused on closing than attending to customers. Line guy scraped the bottom of the barrel of rice and beans for my buritto bowl (literally wasn't enough for even ONE scoop) .. I still let it go.. I crave more veggies than anything... I asked for lettuce and there was like 3-4 leafs in the container.. I have avoided Chipotle for the longest time, do to other experiences with this franchise. Got pinged by Yelp and saw the high reviews. Decided to give it a try. Agree with the one Yelper who said workers were friendly. We decided on tacos: two barbacoa and two carnitas. Tacos were passed to the toppings guy when I noticed a teaspoon sized serving of meat and said that one looks sad and he said I got you with an additional teaspoon of meat! I've ordered online from this location because they have a dedicated digital order pickup lane, which looks like a drive-thru but is specifically for online order pickups. It's very convenient. Located in the newly developed Loma Vista area, the restaurant is very clean. I tried their limited-time Al Pastor, which was well-seasoned and generously portioned. I hope they maintain this quality and service in the future. read more

I've been an embarrassing amount of times in there first two weeks of operation! I went on day one! I love chipotle so much. It's my favorite fast food, and this location has landed at the TOP quality of Chipotle's near by. Staff is friendly and nice, and actually recognize you for being a Chipotle super fan hahah. The dining room has beautiful wide windows that let you admire the sunset in the Clovis countryside. I would frequent Sierra vista Chipotle, but now that this is near by I'll be walking here as soon as we get out of the 100 degree weather. The quality is SUPERIOR to the Herndon and Fowler location same with efficiency. I've dined inside as well as ordered through the CHIPOTLANE!! Which was wayyy cooler than expected. If you want four pieces of unseasoned dry meat on your bowl this is your go to! Good luck getting someone to help you, every-time I've been every employee acts like they don't work there and will run to the back avoiding you. Starting your order takes a minimum 5 minutes to get an employee to walk over. Overall awful experience and i wont be returning after giving this location try and try again. Im finally done with giving you guys the benefit of the doubt being a new location. Get your crap together The staff are apathetic, every time I've went they've half assed put every bowl together. When asking for normal portions they act like it comes from their own paycheck. The manager is rude and condescending and lacks the basic communication skills to manage. This review pertains solely to the online order pick-up experience. I frequent this location and have learned to stay away from the online pick-up due to not only the lack of portion sizes in your order but the apparent difficulty of managing who ordered what. Multiple times, I've ordered the exact same thing and have gotten wildly different orders. I once ordered a chicken bowl and got a bowl of (I'm not kidding) some white rice, like 6 black beans and a heap of sour cream. I couldn't even begin to comprehend how a malfunction like that was possible. When returning my order, the cashier (bless her heart) didn't even check the order when I explained the mix-up. Without even checking the order she states, "You ordered a chicken bowl and there is a chicken bowl in here". If she had taken the minimal effort to just check the order, she would have seen that it was more a salad with no chicken and a salsa I didn't even order - if a customer is returning to fix YOUR screw up after paying $25 (including a damned tip), the very least you could do is just check the order instead of attempting to deflect responsibility and give attitude like it's coming out of YOUR pocket. Again - this is solely my experience with the online pick-up. The in-store experience is always great. Staff is mostly very friendly, fast and attentive. 5/5 in-store, 2/5 (being generous) for online pick-up. Still recommend the location - it's chipotle. The best thing about chipotle was the size of the burritos they were huge!! They could barely close them. One time they had to get another tortilla to double wrap it. But that was the past. Not sure about all but this location made very small burritos. They were even tight with the rice the cheap filler. You're watching them put a little scoop of each ingredient in these little mounds. They don't spread it out either. So you get a few bites of rice a few of beans a few of salsa and a few of meat. Little burrito with a big price. I asked what gives and they said "inflation dude" I said then just raise the price so at least you pay more but still get that big burrito. It's a rip off now. Won't be back to this location. Hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. You would think they just opened tonight but have apparently been open for a few months? Waited in line 20 minutes just to get to the front of the line and be told they have to wait for rice to cook and it's going to take 25 minutes. Which is odd because the gentleman who seemed to be in charge took a tub to the drive through and kept serving Drive Thru and To-Go orders. Waited the 45 minutes to get a burrito. No offering of a soda, water, or even a sorry while we waited. It was also a fund raiser night and I was in front of the last guy to have that honored but let him go ahead of me cause he was big mad. Didn't have the energy to argue with the gentleman the manager left in charge that I was there before the end of the fundraiser. Seriously the worst location in Clovis. Was excited since this is closer to my house and they have the drive thru lane but it's awful. We tried it when it first opened and we had three items with carnitas and it was almost all fat and had to be tossed. The second time was last week and my kids meal was missing the meat when I got home. Tonight decided one last time and today the carnitas is so crunchy and dry. It's so inconsistent. We'll be driving to the one further away just to get decent food. Spending $50 for dinner and it being trash is disappointing. read more

Worst chipotle, went in today around 630. Team member that helped me was rude. I asked for burrito with white rice and black beans. She literally was scraped the bottom to give me black beans.
