Was told to try it by a friend. Fries with their "seasoning" were way too salty and not crispy enough. Chicken tenders also not crispy enough and lacked flavor. Chicken wings were sub par. We go to zaxby's whenever I'm in Georgia for a quick bite. However, they've removed a few of the salad choices that used to be there. That was really good, so it was a little hard to decide what I wanted this time because I went there with my mind on a particular salad. But I settled on the garden salad with the fried chicken cut up on top. My grandchildren got the chicken fingers with French fries. The food was good, they provided HEAVY sauce when I requested it, unlike some other Zaxby's. The service was average, worker did their job, but we did wait a substantial amount of time to be served even though we were the only ones inside the restaurant. It did provide a quiet ambiance. read more

So, we went there and they made the drive thru like Chick-fil-a like they had two lines but not the mobile thru and the workers could go outside the door. And they limited the menu, I couldn't get a Fanta strawberry, or Fanta orange, so we got a Hi-C Orange, lemonade, and a Sprite. And the decor was pretty good it was amazing the color of the building was white, red, & blue and the food was good, the chicken sandwich was good, the fries had well orange seasoning on them, the boneless wings for my son was good too and the drinks was better than ever. Haven't had Zaxby's in a while, but we stopped today for a funnel cake. We ended up getting a meal too. Food was hot and fresh. Service was fast. The funnel cake wasn't greasy and held up nicely to the caramel sauce. Chicken was good with the right amount of sauce. The drive thru and parking lot was clean and free of litter. read more

I'm not really a chicken eater and this is my first time at Zaxby's in forever it looked clean tables weren't crumby but I had a slight issue with just my order, a side of my order being a little overcooked. When I spoke about it they offered me great understanding with a smile! Even went above and beyond when we sat down and ate to make sure that everything was okay with us out in the dining room area. Worst experience ever. Instead of pulling up the car to a parking space, they just asked it to move forward which resulted in all of the cars being stuck behind it. I was then told to move up so I could get off their clock despite the fact that my order of 2 drinks had already been given to me. Every time I give this Zaxby's a chance I end up with a really sad salad. The tomatoes, for example, are always past their freshness to the point of being watery and grainy in texture. It's really unappetizing. The salads are also very light compared to other locations. Just overall not worth going if you're looking for a nice big salad. read more

I just left the drive thru 30 minutes ago. Sitting here at home mad with a deep sigh as to reminding myself why I haven't been back to this location in 10 months. First my Southern TLC Sandwich was the smallest kiddie worthy offered to any customer since I've been ordering it. Bun was kind of hard, but it was tasty somehow. My brother's Wings & Things was horribly unseasoned and dry to supposedly have sauces on all the meat entrees. I can tell someone took time to count the fries. It was exactly 10 fries on both orders. I can't make this up. I hated to get my order from the new cook in training. They can't forget seasoning. Imagine dry hot wings that are not hot at all and dry on top of it. Now the Zaxby's on Sigman is the better option if you live in Conyers. It must be a normal practice for the young drive thru cashiers to not give receipts because they know they were getting another bad online review ("Another One" in my DJ Khaled voice). Yeah, it pretty bad there. The owner must not read the online reviews for this store. This store has no hope. This is the 3rd and last time here. My first time here I order a large W/Things and they forget the toast, the fries were not crispy but very soggy and they didn't put the honey sesame dressing on my wife's Zansation Zalad or give us the citrus vinaigrette dressing that comes with it.
