The manager still have yet to address us and the problem with their workers. Poor management skills, problem solving skills, common courtesy, respect, customer service skills. We still wasn't compensated for our time wasted. My perception there was absolutely no shift leader, manager, general manager on staff, so a bunch of children was left unattended the whole night shift. Whomever the owner is needs to rethink who his management staff is from the head on down to the shirt leaders are!! When you have the rite management stage then you are able to have the right crew members and the rest of the staff all the way down to janitorial staff!!
