Upon receiving a free queso app notification today, we gave this location another chance, after being disappointed in the past - our last visit being almost over a year ago. Sadly not much has changed consistently having issues with food quantities and being out of items. We ordered through the app for pickup through the drive thru. The large nacho bags are 1/4 of the way full, the bowl we ordered, not so generous as well - we ordered double protein and I would have expected more. I ordered a 32oz mandarin agua Fresca which we considered not even ordering bc we remember them always being out a year ago. The food was promptly available through the window. The staff asked which drink I wanted. When I requested mandarin Fresca I was told I ordered a fountain drink (label does print as 32oz) but the app reflects being able to order 32oz Fresca and shared that's what I ordered. Also to note the cost is the same for a fountain drink vs Fresca. I was then told they were out of lemonade. I inquired specifically on the mandarin, watermelon, berry, and was told they were out. The staff then went out of sight and filled the 32oz cup 4/5 full bc she said that's all that was left. Overall would recommend if an item is not available it should be reflected on the app to prevent delay at the window. Wish the best for everyone working here, but it just wasn't the best and I doubt we'll revisit for another year, sadly. read more

I don't understand how this place could be totally out of chips and guacamole at 6:00 PM Friday. I ordered and paid in advance on line. When I arrived at the drive thru window I was told that they were totally out of both items and that I could get a credit on my credit card. Since my experiences at this store have been so poor I don't want "points" for free chips & guacamole in the future (with an expiration date on the offer), I just want my money back for something they failed to provide me. We weren't too impressed with our in-person visit to at Chipotle location. There were no customers in line when we arrived and it took a few minutes for us to be greeted, even though there was a worker at the register on his phone. Many of the ingredients seemed to be out or close to being out. The trash was overflowing and many tables needed wiped down. We also didn't love the language that we overheard from the workers. The food is good but the customer service is probably the worst I've ever experienced. All but 2 of the workers (Ben Culp and Josh Allen) are the most extreme lazy people I've ever seen work a job, I've ordered online here and picked up from DoorDash dozens of times and not one time was the food on time in fact at minimum it was 25 minutes late, the most being an hour. When you show up, no one acknowledges you, they're playing music from their phones sometimes, and having loud conversations not doing their job. It truly amazes me how terrible and slow the service is, nothing seems to be done about it ever. read more

PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST. I ordered the veggie bowl, pick it up and come home only to realize they had chicken and everything else I didn't ask for. So I go back to the store and the guy at the register looks at it and says I'll make you another one and it'll be 10 mins. I go back to my car and return in 10 mins, they start to make my order and the guy who handed over my food says "I am sorry the store is out of cheese". I says "No problem" and come home only to find out my order had rice, beans, guac and sour cream and nothing else. No fajitas, no hot salsa, no cilantro lime rice and no cheese. It was plain white rice not even the lemon cilantro rice. This place ruined chipotle for me. They had the nerve to charge me full price for crappy food. Abysmal is the only word that comes to mind. This restaurant is Slow, dirty, and never stocked correctly. I routinely wait over 10 minutes just to begin my order. Like every chipotle these days the kitchen is mass pandemonium with everyone running around but nothing getting accomplished. Regularly, other patrons look irritated, annoyed, and generally perturbed at how slow, cumbersome, and exhausting the process is just to pay 20 dollars for a burrito. Ironically, in a recent earnings call the CEO of Chipotle said they are fighting the "perception" that their menu is 'expensive'....i would argue people are tired of standing in a dirty store for 10-15 minutes just to pay 20 dollars for a burrito. They don't know how to make food, how to treat customers, or how to take care of the store. Came into this chipotle at about 2:30pm on a Sunday. It was not busy. My friend mobile ordered a bowl with 3 things: sofritas, cheese, and queso. I have no idea how long it took because she had to go up and ask them if her order was ready because they just never put it out. But turns out it was ready and the guy just pulled it out... Anyways we got it and there was just no sofritas. This man really handed us a bowl with rice, cheese, and queso. So she goes up and is like, "I asked for sofritas. Where are the sofritas?" The man that was assembling bowls was just doesn't say anything and looks to the person that appeared to be a manager. The person who looked like the manager said "We're out of sofritas" I don't understand how they thought it would be ok to hand it to us without the protein, no heads up. But she didn't even say "oh let me give you your sofritas" no, my friend had to ask her to get her sofritas. After she asked for sofritas she was like "would you like another protein?" And my friend said no because she is vegetarian and asked for sofritas. And it's not like they were fresh out of sofritas, they just needed to cook them up... so they made her a new bowl and this took 35 minutes. During thus period of time, we saw a lot of other frustrated customers, many/most people mobile ordering had to ask for their bowl and one lady got a completely different bowl than what she asked for. And it's frustrating because they are doing this to the customers who are mobile ordering thinking that they can mess it up with no repercussions. This a lot of the time they were wandering the kitchen on their phones and this confused me. Anyways! we actually may never know how long it took for them to make the bowl because they didn't make it until she walked up there and asked when her bowl would be ready and then a lady whips it up in front of her. And during this 35 minutes my other friend went to the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the women's room. So basically if this chipotle is the closest to you and you think going here may be more efficient. It won't. It will not be more efficient trust me and they will probably find a way to screw up your order unfortunately. read more

This was our 5th visit in a row where there were issues. The last four times we left, but we had a child with us today, so we stayed to order. First, there was only ONE worker. He had to do it all. Because of this issue there were no vegetables (onions, peppers), no rice, no cheese, no chips.. The store was filthy. Right when we were leaving with our bare bones order for our child another worker came in. The other four visits they were always missing a main ingredient. The one, and only, worker can not do it all. On top of that the credit card machine was not working, so it was cash only. That is at least something out of their control. The owner and manager of this business needs to figure out if they can run a restaurant that is successful, because right now this is a failing business at best. When I finally got to the window, I sat for another 10 minutes before asking my name for my order. It was ready and cold. As a shareholder of Chipotle stock, I am embarrassed by the cleanliness of this unit. We arrived at 11:30, before the rush and nearly every part of the store was filthy including the men's room. Service was equally as poor. Then to add insult the store leader decided to turn the music up in volume which was our ticket to leave as well others. Not at all welcoming. This chipotle has the rudest and most inconsiderate employee's! My fiancé and I came into this chipotle at 4:15pm and we were first in line to order. Only two employees present who looked to be the cook and the person on the line (and what looked to be a new hire with hair down to her butt, not tied back, and in the food area. As we waited we watched the line worker helping the new hire clock in with no regard for the line of customers waiting to order. As we continued to wait he ushered the new hire with her hair down to the back room and was barely audible in saying "be with you in a while"...... excuse me lol? We waited about 20min while watching the line worker complete online orders and the cook pace back and forth staring at the line of people. Only once we decided to leave did the cook begin working on the food prep work. This locations management needs to do better. I understand a lack of employee rates right now but they need to keep these stores staffed properly and pay employees more if they are unwilling to work. The entire chain seems to be going down as this has been the case at multiple locations we've been to lately. If you can't have enough staff to run the location with the demand of people it should be closed for the day. read more

As much as I hate to say it. I think I'm done with chipotle. The Robinson location is filthy and this location serves sub par food. My guac was almost black. It looked like someone took a poop in the middle of my bowl. I scraped off over half of it. Also the entire bowl is rice. I maybe had half an ounce of actual chicken in my bowl. $16 for black guac and a bowl of 90% rice that I could have made at home for under $1. Probably the worst Chipotle in the state of Pennsylvania. Constantly has staffing problems causing everything to run slow. Don't even think about ordering from their pickup lane, you'll wait 45 minutes for your order, even if it's ready. I don't think they understand that they can have cars park if their order isn't ready. This means that if ONE order is held up then the entire line gets held up. If a manager happens to read this here's some advice: Just close down the mobile ordering at this location since y'all clearly can't handle the output. read more
