Probably the worst Chipotle in the state of Pennsylvania. Constantly has staffing problems causing everything to run slow. Don't even think about ordering from their pickup lane, you'll wait 45 minutes for your order, even if it's ready. I don't think they understand that they can have cars park if their order isn't ready. This means that if ONE order is held up then the entire line gets held up. If a manager happens to read this here's some advice: Just close down the mobile ordering at this location since y'all clearly can't handle the output. read more

Family was very excited when this Chipotle opened! But this location consistently sucks. While what food they have is fresh and usually generously portioned, they have never had the fajita vegetables. For a vegetarian, this is an issue. They are also consistently low on the aqua fresca drinks, which are prominently advertised. We don't drink the usual high sugar fountain drinks. So I specifically ask for the aqua Fresca, and there is usually about half a cup available. Today, on the way in, we checked, and all 4 aqua fresca dispensers were empty. So at checkout, With our food prepared, I asked the staff member if someone was going to refill the aqua frescas. She said yes, so that's what we ordered. We sat down and started to eat. No one refilled the beverages. So I went back up to the checkout and spoke to the same staff person. She went over to speak to a manager, came back and told me that they didn't have any to refill, so we could have bottled beverages as replacements. I suggested they take down the signage advertising the drinks if they couldn't provide them. Never have I seen anyone wipe the table at this location, and on today's visit, the trash was overflowing. For some reason, and it must be a design issue, the door to this location never stays shut. We've gone several times in the cold weather and customers come and go leaving the door open. Cold air blowing in and the staff is too busy to shut the door. Granted, the customers should have common sense, but perhaps people are less apt to touch a door these days. It took 30 minutes to get my food and they didn't have chips made. The manager didn't wash his hands went right to the grill. It was visible dirty in the kitchen with trash, food and sauce spills in everywhere. The Cashier didn't plate my burrito properly And all the garbage bins were full. The prep line was also extremely dirty and had obviously not been cleaned all day. They were low on several items and out of some meats and had no guac. I felt bad for the staff. I've ordered from this location through the app a couple of times and 100% of my orders have been messed up. I ordered 2 steak salads only to get home to find both had chicken instead of steak and one of the "salads" didn't even have lettuce?? Then the next time, I ordered and paid the upcharge for carna asada on two entrees but we were given the regular steak instead. I totally understand places run out of things sometimes but other locations in the past would hold your order aside and let you know they were out of something and ask what you'd like instead, vs just putting the bag out for pickup without saying anything... especially if there is a price difference. The Chipotlane is a joke! I processed an online order on two separate occasions for pick up at the window. When I arrived there was 5-6 cars in front of me and when each car reached the window it sat there for 10 plus minutes while their order was prepared (it should have already been ready) when I finally reached the window after waiting 45 minutes I had wasted my entire lunch hour. You need to revise the system to have the orders made as soon as they come in online and if the customer in front of you has an order that is not ready, you need to move them to one of your pickup parking spots and have an employee bring it out to them when it's ready. Stopped in today for the first time since they opened and the staff looked so beaten down. I honestly felt bad being in line because you could tell they were exhausted and couldn't get ahead. We ordered and there were so many options that weren't available because they were still cooking things. It sounded like they might be short staffed. We placed an online order to pick up through drive through and waited a solid 35 minutes. We were charged for our side of chips and didn't receive it. Our bowls were both missing ingredients and were honestly sad looking. There was barely any rice, and the few bites I got were clumpy and soggy. Ordered from their app, pick up at window ordered, 2 burritos, 1 bowl. Nothing was marked, no receipt. Gave us 2 bowls and 1 burrito. Called store, no one answered. Had to go back to store they gave me attitude. Said they were out of the 1 I ordered. How would I know that? So they substituted on their own? They didn't say their were sorry or anything. This is the best Chipotle I've ever been to. I come in 1 or 2 times a week and I've never had a bad experience. It's always clean and after going to other Chipotles I can honestly say that the food at this one tastes better at this one. They're almost always well stocked and they immediately make more if they run out. Customer service is always great! Melissa and Destiny are always super nice! You can definitely tell that management cares about the store. Everyone works really hard, even when they're understaffed! Also, huuuuge shout out to Tara! She's the best! If you see a girl with pink hair, that's her! She will definitely add a bit of sunshine to your day! Definitely recommend this place! 10/10 read more

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.... The service is terrible, the workers are rude (except Melissa). Every time I step foot in this establishment it somehow manages to get worse and already upset my already low expectations. Out of all the times I have had the food here it has never once been good or fresh. This is my last time ever eating here at this location. I'm not sure if it was the terrible portions (double steak and chicken w extra rice) or if it was the rock solid rice. The rice was rock solid as to the point where it is hardly even edible. A piece of my rice had fell on the floor and it sounded as if I threw a solid object such as a rock on the ground. As if that wasn't bad enough when I attempted to place my order the worker rolled his eyes at me every time that I had asked for a double order or for more of something as he was clearly shorting me. It was not just one bad batch as my guests bowl had also been the same way (barely edible). I'm personally very disappointed as this one location makes all Chipotle's look bad. They had charged me 15 dollars for this! If I were to have spoken up I would have been met with dirty looks like and even worse service (which is very hard to beat). My husband and I went for lunch today. Our whole experience was horrible. Not sure where to begin. Service was poor. I ordered a chicken bowl and had very little chicken but tons of rice.
