Came for the BOGO for Friday the 13th. They didn't have staples like White Rice and didn't tell those of us waiting that they would be doing a hard stop at 4 pm until about 3:55 when many had been waiting for close to half an hour. Not sure why this place has really bad reviews. It's always been pretty solid and you may occasionally get a worker who isn't very enthused or shorts you some ingredients but if you kindly ask for more, they almost always oblige. I ate here three times in the last 6 years. I am not a fan of Americanized pepperless Mexican food. The last day of December 2019 I came here with two of my coworkers. It was 1:10 PM or so and there was no line. The last part before paying at the cashier I told the employee I want salad he went straight and covered my box, So I thought it's not part of my order or something.... I wasn't sure.... Next to me my coworker also ordered more salad or lettuce he went again and covered it and she yelled at him "salad, I said salad I like salad!". So he re opened her box and out more lettuce. I like Chipotle but this location needs a ton of help. The floor hasnt been swept in days. No clean tables. Service was slow which I understand because of the broader labor shortage but the prep line was really gross. The manager was on the phone the whole time and the staff wasn't sure how to operate the register. If you can't be fast because of staffing, please be clean. read more

Got a barbacoa burrito bowl, there was barely any meat or beans, it was 80% rice and considering I added fajita veggies and guac that's saying something. Paid almost $15 dollars for a bowl of rice with maybe two tbsps of meat and beans on top. Unreal. read more

Awesome promo going on today & they were super busy line going out the door. We moved pretty quickly and the employees were super nice. I'm sure exhausted. One customer was being really unreasonably rude and the employees and manager handled it gracefully. If you're ordering digital take out, expect 30% to 40% smaller portions than you would normally get when they make it in front of you. If Chipotle wants us to support them as a local restaurant, they might want to take care of their customer base instead of short serving them. I pay extra for extra and am more than happy to do so. Give your customers what they are paying for. It seem's to be this location I have the problems with. Suggest trying another location to avoid disappointing. read more

First they had no black beans and the server was scooping every little bit of it to fill my bowl when clearly they needed new beans. I ordered online for my family but I wanted a Quesadilla (since they don't have those online). So I walked in and they've been serving people on the line for a few days now since the Coronavirus order has lifted. So I walk in and I'm greeted to angry customers waiting for their online orders and the staff yell at me that I can't order from the line. So I get my online order for my family and just decide I'm not eating tonight. When I'm back home I grab the bag and go to bring it inside and the entire bag ripped because they had left a burrito bowl upside down where the sauce dripped into the bottom of the bag causing it to rip. Chipotle has always been hit or miss. This is a pretty good location, but not above the pitfalls of any other Chipotle. Sometimes food is more flavorful, other times it's kind of bland and tasteless. Often it's ice cold by the time you eat it, because the add-ins are cold when they go into it and the meat, rice, and beans have been sitting out for a while. This being said, even "meh" Mexican food is still good, and I keep coming back every so often. Pro tip: vegetarian burritos/bowls come with free guac. And if you're obsessed with cilantro like I am, you can ask for extra on the side and they will give you a little cup of fresh cilantro leaves. The last time I was at this location, service was not outstanding because all the employees were high school students who seemed infatuated with each other. My food had a very strange, almost chemical aftertaste, but I had a feeling that letting an employee know would yield no results, so I didn't bother with it. But this location does get props for being across the street from a Starbucks, so I can enjoy a frap with my burrito bowl for previously unattained levels of basic-ness. read more

My grandparents house is near here and whenever I go to their house we usually get chipotle at this location, whenever we do we get the order messed up terribly. Chipotle's food is pretty consistent from store to store. So this one is no different than the rest in terms of food. But this particular location seems much more disorganized than the rest. They always seem slow and run out of certain food. But to give them the benefit of the doubt, I only come here about twice a year. And those two days I come, it's because they're giving my work a deal of 'buy one get one'. Bonus star for hooking up the staff at the school I work on those long conference nights. Worst experience at chipotle or ordering through an app I've ever experienced. At around 10 AM I used the chipotle app to create an order for a quesadilla. the app said it should be delivered by 12:45 PM. at 12:45 I checked the app and it said that my order had not only not been picked up but, that driver hadn't been assigned to pick up. I tried to use their chat feature through the app to figure out what was going on with my order. it kept on asking for a confirmation number- that I should've received in an email from chipotle I checked my email I have not received any confirmation from them. I stated that in the app chat, it kept asking for it, leaving me no way to move forward since THEIR app had failed to send a confirmation email. Then I looked online and there is no customer service number for chipotle that I could find. So I called the chipotle where I placed my order. the manager stated my order wasnt there so must have been picked up -even though the app showed they were still waiting on a driver. from there I asked for a refund since there was no way for me to track when my food was actually going to arrive. I was told by the manager that they did not offer refunds and that I would have to go through door dash to get a refund. I explained that the order was not placed through Door Dash and that this should be solved by them since it was through THEIR app. If anything they should have had to contact door Dash... bit now it is 1:40 PM I have not received my food - I'm assuming because they let somebody pick up my food who wasn't supposed to. All I know is they placed an item on their menu that you can only order online ( quesadilla ) and their online app sucks ... and they don't verify who is picking up food which they are supposed to. terrible service honestly Makes me never want to order chipotle at all through an app or in person again. read more
