Worst experience at chipotle or ordering through an app I've ever experienced. At around 10 AM I used the chipotle app to create an order for a quesadilla. the app said it should be delivered by 12:45 PM. at 12:45 I checked the app and it said that my order had not only not been picked up but, that driver hadn't been assigned to pick up. I tried to use their chat feature through the app to figure out what was going on with my order. it kept on asking for a confirmation number- that I should've received in an email from chipotle I checked my email I have not received any confirmation from them. I stated that in the app chat, it kept asking for it, leaving me no way to move forward since THEIR app had failed to send a confirmation email. Then I looked online and there is no customer service number for chipotle that I could find. So I called the chipotle where I placed my order. the manager stated my order wasnt there so must have been picked up -even though the app showed they were still waiting on a driver. from there I asked for a refund since there was no way for me to track when my food was actually going to arrive. I was told by the manager that they did not offer refunds and that I would have to go through door dash to get a refund. I explained that the order was not placed through Door Dash and that this should be solved by them since it was through THEIR app. If anything they should have had to contact door Dash... bit now it is 1:40 PM I have not received my food - I'm assuming because they let somebody pick up my food who wasn't supposed to. All I know is they placed an item on their menu that you can only order online ( quesadilla ) and their online app sucks ... and they don't verify who is picking up food which they are supposed to. terrible service honestly Makes me never want to order chipotle at all through an app or in person again. read more

The workers at this chipotle location are incredibly patient, kind, and deal with so much on a daily basis. It's unfortunately not uncommon for me to enter and immediately see customers belittling them or being straight up rude. Do they get lines? Of course. Do they run out of food? Certainly. What restaurant doesn't? I give these employees major props for keeping their cool while handling some of the most disrespectful people I've ever been around or even being nice to them. read more

We had our online order supposed to be ready at 6, we waited for 25 minutes, and we didn't say anything bc it looked really busy. Eventually when I decided to point out how long we were there, they told me "you should've said something" and then proceeded to chuckle about us standing there for so long with the workers. While I was here 6 kids came in and didn't order anything. They loitered in the seating area. One didn't even have a shirt on. No employee said anything. Right before they left I got asked if I could give them any money. The manager should be fired and every employee who just stood by should be reprimanded. It's not hygienic and says a lot about how this location is run. I'm sure Steve Ells would be thrilled. Go to golden valley or Brooklyn center. Sould have known by the 2.4 rating for this location. It's all over google that this particluar store is horrible. Please learn how to follow the guidelines typed up for you on the wall, by the company! It's literally right there step by step! Your white rice was literally hard and undercooked, the hot sause was runny or watered down, the guacamole tasted bland and your chips were drenched in oil. I will never patronize this store again!! If you cannot read the directions on the cooking cards/sheets, there is no reason you should be making my food!! Very disappointed I wasted $26-$27 on two bowls and a children's chicken quesadilla; why don't you make normal chicken quesadilla's at this location? And why in the heck do you have to order "online" to get a normal adult sized quesadilla?? But, in store you get a small taco sized shell with chicken in cheese in it. (insert eye roll here) Get it together Chipotle, you used to be the #1 quick and heatlthy alternative place to eat. I used the online ordering which I was super excited about because I love Chipotle but I don't have a long enough lunch break to drive over there and get it. The online ordering was easy but the rest of the experience was terrible. The driver delivered it without half of my order and when I called the restaurant to have them send out another driver, I waited on the phone for 15 minutes, spoke to 3 different people and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. They told me that there was no way to refund it without me driving over there and that they couldn't send over the missing components of my order because its through Door Dash. They refused to take care of it in a way that was acceptable. They told me they could possibly send out the missing food if I go online and place another order. I was furious about the whole situation and the fact that there was no resolution. Don't give them your money. Their customer service is terrible and they don't really care about their customers, evidenced by the fact that they made me wait on the phone for 15 minutes and still couldn't resolve the issue. read more

Smallest portions of ever got a tattoo Chipotle charge me the most I've ever paid anywhere $14 for one burrito marked up everything I got double meat chicken and Barbacoa of course she charge me for the barbacoa and then immediately after it started having stomach cramps and then got severe diarrhea I recommend not going to this location they are horrible, and I complained a few times and all the lady said was sorry and didn't change anything just push me out of the line read more

The food was as good as any other Chipotle location, but the service was slow and disorganized.

My order had a pickup time of 9:45. I got to the restaurant at that time and had to wait until after the closing time to get my food. They had no tomato salsa or guacamole left so they didn't put it on my salad, but they did not tell me. I had to point it out myself and when I said something, the cashier rolled her eyes and walked away. The "manager" came out and asked me very rudely "what's the issue?" I told him I wanted a refund for the guacamole I paid for and had to go back and forth with him about it for 3 minutes before he gave me my $2.20 back. As someone who has been eating at chipotle since before I could remember, I'm appalled at the service and quality at this particular location. Not to mention, the restaurant was filthy. There were no clean tables, the drink station was filthy and there were no forks or straws and the staff in general were dirty looking. I will not be visiting this location again. read more

50% of the service is horrible, 50% of the food is badly prepared (chicken dry or steak has run out, etc...), and the counters are ALWAYS dirty. The food stations and the silverware/pop machine station are always scattered with food spills and unorganized straws, napkins and plasticware. They were out of steak last night, and TWO cooks were in the back in the open laughing and goofing off. I cant believe the way I was treated on the phone when was talking to a General Manager at store # 0764 located in Crystal MN. his name is Jose Ramirez. I was telling him what was going on...(that the person bagging my chix fajita bowl messed up my order and put a pork bowel in my bag that was the person in front of my son who picked it up for me. ) He interrupted me and got loud and was making excuses why this happened. He asked me when my son came in and i said right when the store opened. he said well it was slow so this shouldn't have happened. and he said that he wasn't going to do anything for me because i was mad that they made a mistake on my order. He said a whole lot more then hung up on me. I have worked in customer service for most of my life and feel that the customer service is very much lacking to me at least. The tone he was using with me was soooo unprofessional and disrespectful. i told him time and time again in our conversation to change his tone with me but he wouldn't. he said your the one raising your voice, all i was trying to do was talk over his vice so he would find out the whole story i had to say but he kept interrupting me. Well, it's still Chipotle. However there is a complete lack of urgency on the part of the employee's, be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more. The garbages are typically overflowing and the tables are seldom clean. Waiting in line is like witnessing a live taping of "The Real World" where they give everybody token jobs, except it turns out to actually be an episode of "The Chapelle Show", although it wouldn't take Dave Chapelle forty-five minutes to make a burrito. read more

A while ago I had experienced a bad visit with this location when they tried to charge for extra cheese and the manager made a very big deal about it when I pointed out they weren't supposed to charge for that. I complained to corporate I got back a nice letter emphasizing there should not be an extra charge for cheese. I started going to chipotle again slowly. First other locations, then eventually back to Crystal. The manager changed and we thought it would be better. It's not. This last visit my husband asked, as he always does for a slice of lime. The manager said no. He said you don't have limes? This is a Mexican restaurant... What about for margaritas. Manager said yes they have them but they are very expensive and corporate told him not to give them out. My husband offered to pay extra for them and again was told no, absolutely no exceptions. I mentioned the email I had received from corporate earlier regarding this type of thing and manager told us corporate must have changed since I received that and this was a corporate directive. He would not make an exception. My husband went next door to Aldi's and BOUGHT a 19 cent lime. We all used this lime and he brought it to the management to make sure they knew our family of 7 will be going to Qdoba from now on.... over a 19 cent lime. He callously said that was our choice and he was fine with that. The woman in front of us at the register was told she couldn't use her coupon for chips and guacamole because she needed to buy another meal for that. She looked confused and he added kids meals don't count. She also said she wouldn't be back. There are too many options out there and we won't be back. read more
