Yea the wait time can be a little long but 1) they just opened and getting in the groove and 2) THEY ARE WAYYY QUICKER than the one on ponce. Haven't been in 2 months and when I finally make a return this is how I get treated ordered a rice bowl with double chicken and the chicken was barely even double (meaning not two full spoons) and the put a red tag (meaning to charge me for double chicken) the man with the dreads and eyebrows piercing VERY RUDE messed up this man burrito and when he try to ask for my gua since the guacamole literally came off his burrito they charged him for double guacamole... lastly when I got to the cash register to pay I asked for 3 vinaigrettes... seeing that there was vinaigrettes in the visible fridge and she had gave some to 3 customers before me she basically lied in my face... 0/10!!! I ordered my food online at 6:15 and put that I would like to pick it up in the Chipotlane at 6:50. I arrived at 7:00. I waited 1 hour and 37mins. Luckily my daughter was driving but I got out the car and went in since my pickup time had already passed. Spoke with the manager and his response was if I give you your food then I have to give everybody else there food and we are very busy so me talking to you is not helping. At that moment I asked for a refund. He said do it online while he walked away. It took everything in me not to curse him out. I walked out and immediately tried calling corporate. No working phone number. When I finally received my food after 8pm, they did not have any tops to cover the food so it was wrapped up in aluminum foil. Just ghetto. The worst Chipotle on the east side of Atlanta. It's a new location but it has the rudest, most unprofessional staff and the dirtiest food line with burnt fatty chicken (always) and no fajitas (ever). I've never seen a chipotle with so much fallen food debris on the line before. They are consistently out of the pertinent ingredients no matter what time of the day you order. It's so extremely disappointing...don't waste your time, energy nor money on this location, go to downtown Decatur or conyers. Went there today and they had the worked inside but no one at the drive thru and door was locked. I waited for 8 minutes at the door then made a call to see if I could order but no answer. The people who work there were all inside while everyone was at the door. They never looked at us or told us if they were closed. You would think the smart thing for a business if they are unable to help people would be to put a sign up. Instead they ignored customers and turned money down. I have been to many Chipotle locations and I've never had as many issues as I've had at this one. You can only place to-go orders for the drive thru on the mobile app. Every single time I've placed one, I've waited over 20-30 minutes for my order (after my selected pick up time). The workers are super kind and I've never had any issues with them personally. However, I never receive the right order. They're either out of chips, or they forgot one of my toppings. Tonight was kind of the tipping point for me. I waited 40 minutes for my to-go order (my original pick up time was 9:15). So I finally got my food 5 minutes before they closed. No chips. No corn salsa. No sour cream. No queso. Instead of refunding a small amount they gave us two tortillas to "make up the cost". I don't know why I keep giving them chance after chance. From now on, I'll make sure to go out of my way to visit another location. It's just highly disappointing since this is one of the healthier food options on Wesley Chapel Rd. They cannot keep up with the foot traffic during lunch hours and they forget about the folks waiting at the drive-thru. Corporate needs to step in and help this location! read more

I am highly allergic to guac. I placed an order online for a veggie burrito. In choosing my toppings, I KNOW I did not select guac but it was on my burrito. I spoke to the store manager and explained that I cannot eat my food due to my allergy and asked if my food could be replaced. I was basically told too bad, I need to purchase another one because they made it to my specifications then he rudely walked away in the middle of my statement. I get company policy but customer service should also be priority. I ordered my food online and my order said it would be ready at 9:20. I got there at 9:30pm and the drive thru was very long so I proceeded to go inside. I then waited inside from 930pm to 9:55pm just for the manager ( a heavy set man, his hair was cut and about 5'4) told me he was canceling orders when I was already told from another young lady my order should be up pretty soon. He was very nasty and rude and using his hand gestures at me. He was rude at how he spoke to me and I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe due to how his hand gestures were and how he handled the situation. I also am appalled how I and along with others in the establishment was dismissed by his rudely manner and how are orders was canceled by this gentleman. After asking can my order be made in person after waiting a additional 30 minutes after my order was placed he then had a attitude and said no he wasn't making anymore orders and preceded to cancel my order. I also asked for his name which he refused to provide and then tried to kick me out and threaten to call the police because I was asking for my order. Bad experience every time I have went to this location and it was worse this time. I ordered my food thru the app and went to pick up the food. While in the drive thru lane I got a notification that my order was ready. There was only 1 car in front of me but when I got to the drive thru they said the food was already picked up. There was a lady puking her guts out, after leaving there, she was crumpled over on the ground in their parking lot, they had just finished eating, she had that chicken bowl. Chicken probably was half cooked or not kept properly. They're always out of ingredients, especially cheese, corn, veggies and chips. And they need to keep that place clean. Why is this the only (new) location that can't keep ingredients and can't post a notice on the door , to avoid customers standing in a line for nothing. This location is so GHETTO and severely understaffed! This is the third time that I have come to this location and see that there are only 4 employees MAX! I was so excited when I saw they were opening a chipotle on Wesley Chapel but this is the last time I will be going to this location! I will drive all the way to the Conyers location before I come back to this one. I don't understand how I can place my order online for "faster pickup" and then sit in a drive thru lane for 45mins and then when I get to the window my order still isn't ready! Not only is it not ready they are always out of everything! It does not matter what time of day you come it's always some foolishness. The line on the inside is also always very long and by the time you get up to the counter to place your order that's when you're informed of what they are out of so you wasted your time standing in line. I placed my order online at 5:30 pm. I scheduled the pick-up for 9:00 pm. I arrived at 9:45 to retrieve my order, only to be told that they were out of food for the night. The acting manager did not offer any alternatives except for me to go online to get a refund. He also suggested someone may have taken my order from the pick up shelve. Once again, how is this, the customer's problem. At this location, they placed all the blame on me, the customer for my order not being ready. To make matters worst, there was never an apology given for the situation. This location gives Chipotle a bad name.
