I have never in my life given a one star review, there's always a first I guess. First there was almost a fight between an employee and a customer because the customer thought it was ok to curse at the employee. You had patrons feeling very uneasy and then others left. They complained they were short staffed but two men had to talk the lady into leaving the building before the cops were called. We waited in line patiently, the employees were not rude but there are only so many excuses you can give over certain things. The area was nasty, nothing was clean, food everywhere. One employee knocked over drinks in the little fridge in front of the cash register and left it like that. Facial hair was not covered during prep. I did appreciate the man washing his hands before going back to work but I did not appreciate them pulling an already dirty bowl from under the table to mix up a "fresh" batch of white rice. We ordered our food to my better judgment. I should have asked my spouse to just pick another place but we were already at the front when I finally took notice of the back. We decided to go outside and dine since the inside was in so much disarray. Jokes on us, it was just as dirty. I used napkins to cover the tables so my items wouldn't get dirty. He ate, I tried but couldn't finish knowing everything that I saw. If I had seen the reviews for this place before trying it I would never have come. Stay away for your own health. We thought the food was very good; could have been warmer, but, we did take it out so maybe it was just the trip home or the cold items on top of our bowls made them cooler. I did order and paid for chips which were left out of the bag :( If you want a quesadilla, you have to order that online. Can't order that at the restaurant (odd). We will eat here again. read more

Went here for my second time ever having chipotle. I've always been skeptical about this place after seeing horrendous reviews of what people find in their food as well as how sick it makes them. I thought today I would give it a shot and boy am I never eating chipotle again. Tore my stomach up and was 99% sure I just witnessed my first food poisoning experience. I know it was the food from here because that was all I had eaten other than a simple breakfast. Stale chips, not clean, and they cook veggies on the same grill as meat without cleaning it. Beware vegetarians.

Ok so, my mother took a questioner on here. And we were honest, the tables were dirty,they never had forks, and they need someone to clean every once in a while. Me and my friends are on vacation and decided to try the chipotle down here, we was very disappointed to find that our orders were missing food and the team members seemed aggravated to give us our missing items. We were very upset with how the place was in general, the floors and tables were dirty and there was stuff all over them, the team was also talking about my friend waiting outside with her dog, calling her dog dirty nasty and hairy which I mean it's a dog it's gonna be hairy and it's outside not inside your store you don't have to talk about her dog like that. This is hands down the worst Chipotle ever. I paid $14 for rice, chicken, queso, and cheese, and they barely gave me a real serving I finished my bowl in 6 minutes. The rice is always unbearably salty too. It sucks that this is the only Chipotle near me while I'm at college. Poor excuse of a manager yelled and cursed at a poor confused older gentleman for confusing the "pick up lane" as a drive thru. Instead of politely helping the confused gentleman she proceeded to give him the worst attitude possible and the proceeded to boast about being the manager when he asked for one. This chipotle has been hit or miss since it opened but tonight sealed the deal for me not coming back. I am the only one in line, I think the lady working the line is new but she was very nice. I asked her for extra rice and she gave me like a normal serving but then her trainer/manager comes over and scolds her for it and proceeds to take a spoonful of rice out of my bowl right in front of me. The young lady is obviously scared of getting scolded again so I proceeded to get the most minuscule portions I've ever gotten. I got my wife Guac on the side of her veggie bowl because she doesn't like having it right on the bowl and apparently according to the manager it is only free if you get it on the bowl. That's the first I've ever heard of that and if you order through the app they won't charge you for it on the side. Total scam. Will not be returning. Would rather make the drive to VA and give my money to Moe's. I hope that young lady gets a better job elsewhere because she was nice. read more
