This was awful. We waited for Noah and the other employee to stop messing around behind the counter for 4 minutes before being served, then he gave me a half of a scoop of each ingredient I asked for, the burrito was literally 80% wrap, 20% food. It also was not cooked well. I made him re-do it and the employee was laughing and obviously annoyed but I literally showed him there was nothing in my burrito. While waiting for that, I watched 4 other people go through the line and have to ask him to add more to their portion size. I will not be coming back to this location. We go to chipotle almost an hour before close. I do understand cleaning could be hard with people in there but considering you don't close for another hour than your customers so not hear you complain about them being here or them being an inconvenience to you or cleaning up taking everything out of the line like cheese, sour cream, etc away from the bar where u have to walk away to get it to put it on my bowl. We go to a lot of different Chipotles around this area and only come here very occasionally. However, our latest trip was a delight. The food is great, as always; it's the music that really made me a fan. Unlike the music playing at most other locations, which tends to be loud and obnoxious, sounds almost like wannabe-clubs, the music played here is chillout electronica that really enhanced our meal experience. And the employees were so polite. Can't say enough good things. If this is the music played here all the time, this will be our go-to location even if we have to drive a couple of extra miles past other locations. read more

I use to love this chipotle. But today was quite literally the worst chipotle I have ever had. I went there for lunch after work and got my food to go. My chicken did not taste fully cooked, it was mushy and was SO bland. They didn't have fajitas. And because of the chicken I threw my whole meal away because it wasn't worth risking food poisoning. Either way, I reached out to chipotle online and currently I am being interrogated about asking for a refund for my meal. They have asked me THREE TIMES for the location and I've given them the location each time. They asked for a credit card statement which I sent. And then she said well we need the EXACT time you were there. When I wasn't given a receipt or even offered one. Pretty wild experience. As a rule of thumb, I try not to give low ratings to places on Yelp unless I feel it's absolutely warranted - it is absolutely warranted. Stopped in for a quick dinner to go, the worker up front told me to wait just a moment - I then found out it was because he was off and wanted to make his to-go meal. He took several minutes to do so while conversing with his coworkers and subsequently arguing about how much he made in tips that night. It took about five minutes before I was acknowledged by a second worker who then began to prepare my food. I was the only customer in the store for the entirety of the exchange. Each time I have been in here, the employees have been lazy, rude, and swore loudly in front of me, acting entirely unprofessional. This reflects poor staffing, and also poor leadership. A one star is probably too high of a rating for this Chipotle location. The food always looks like it has been sitting around for days. The line employees just slap the food on with out any regard to correct portioning. My GF on multiple occasions has ordered extra rice and when we get the bowl there is about half of a regular portion. The workers are clearly not held to any standards or expectations and management seems to not care in general to be a good food experience. I've never been a huge fan of Chipotle in general..even though I've always been surrounded by people who were obsessed with it. It's just not my type of food. Don't like burritos (unless they're made a very specific type of way)..don't like beans at all..rice? eh. Their chips and salsa were always alright but not enough of a reason for me to want to come here just for that. My family decided that this is where they wanted to eat over the weekend so I was a good sport and went along. Looking over the overall crappy reviews this place has received..I wasn't expecting too much. But you know..going in there with low expectations made the experience better than I expected it to be. We seemed to arrive just at the right time. There was hardly a line when we arrived..but by the time we sat down to eat the line was pretty long. Always a good feeling to get to a place right before a rush hits. I decided to try to create my own burrito..hoping I could pick the right ingredients to make it decent. I chose steak as my protein..a little brown rice (I don't mind rice as much within a burrito)..some cheeses..and some hot sauces. I always like to add a nice crunch to my burritos..but they didn't really have any options for that..bummer. I also tried their queso dip..I'd been interested in that ever since they put in on their menu a while back. The burrito was decent. The items I chose for it combined really nicely..I was happy I added the hot sauces because they gave it a much needed kick. Still..would've been better with an added crunch factor. The queso dip was..very unimpressive. It didn't have much distinguishing taste to it at all. Very bland. And at $3.50 for a small cup of it and a very (very very) small bag of chips..it definitely was not worth it. Honestly, the whole meal was a bit overpriced. For the burrito and the queso (no drink) it came out to almost $13. That 's a lot of money for the amount of food I received..especially at a "fast food" type place. I thought the service here was just fine. There were a lot of complaints about service in previous reviews..but we didn't experience that at all. Everyone was nice and helpful..seeing that I needed things explained to me a bit more because I rarely eat there. So yeah..would I seek this place out on my own? Probably not. But if I were to be coming here with others that really love it..at least I found a burrito combination that I can enjoy. read more

Okay, so first I placed a pick up order. I worked all day and only had a small breakfast at 7:30 this morning. Let me explain my thought process. It's Taco Tuesday, I have to get tacos. There's a Taco Bell by place. There are 2 and a possible chipotle options and 1 Hot Head Burrito within a 10 mile radius. Get chipotle so I can get a bowl because I can't get, or dislike bowls at other places. If I'm going to get tacos I should go to a Mexican restaurant. My coworker recommended Chipotle at this location. (I will be sure to give her a hard time about her recommendation tomorrow) I place the pickup order, get there 5 minutes passed the pickup time and my order isn't out. I wait, patiently and quietly. The store is not busy, there's one person in line maybe waiting longer than necessary. Before he's helped, the worker leaves the line and asks me what I'm waiting for. She goes to the back to get my order and all is well in my world. I get home and I'm pissed. The bowl looks slim. No biggie. I'm hungry. MY FRIGGIN RICE IS HARD! Im very stingy when giving 1-star but this Chipotle's earned it. This is the slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. 25 minute wait and it was just moderately busy. The problem is that they prepare on-line orders in between every in-line order. So if there are 10 people in line it is more like 20 people in line. The workers have NO sense of urgency and move at a snails pace. They are horribly slow. Additionally the workers are messy and take no care in preparing food. The first issue I had with this location is that(what seemed like the manager)the person assembling my bowl towards the end was in an extreme hurry. Not only that she seemed upset and kind of rude. She shut the bowl's lid before I was finished adding what I wanted. Then when I told the lady(manager)that I wanted one more thing, she seemed even more irritated. Before I get to the other issue, I just want to note that customers should be treated with at least a minimal amount of friendly customer service. I'm a manager at a place which has a similar concept, and I would never be impatient and rude to my customers in that way. The other issue I had, may not be an issue to everyone, but to me it is. The issue was that they do not offer military discount. This Chipotle only offers police a discount and no other services. No emergency responders, no fire and rescue, and especially no military! I'm a former Air Force veteran of 7 years and I truly and deeply appreciate it when businesses offer a discount. It's very respectful and I do not take it for granted whatsoever. I moved out of state and used to live in the area around 3 years ago. At the time I was living here, they were amazing and offered a 50% discount! I really don't need that much of a discount, I mean I would even take 5%. It's more of the principal of the matter. I mean why just police?! ....And screw every other service that puts their life on the line so businesses like this can prosper and operate! I love Chipotle, but over the years this place has put me in a negative feeling and when I am out and people want Chipotle, this place haunts me. The food is generally bad. Chicken, rice, veggies have no flavor. It is probably the worst tasting Chipotle I have ever been to. I have a recent found gluten allergy. It's been horrible finding places to eat that can accommodate my food allergies and ensure they take proper precautions to avoid cross contamination. I stopped by this chipotle today with my oldest son and they were very friendly and accommodating as well! Gloves were changed, spoons were swapped out for clean ones. Only one person touched my food and the spoons I was served with. They also got fresh untouched cheese as this is something they reach into while serving food! So mine had not been touched and was kept refrigerated just for people with food allergies. I was very impressed with their willingness and knowledge and prep that was taken to avoid any cross contamination of my food. I'm happy to say we sat inside and ate and I was able to enjoy my food and had no reactions to anything! So thank you everyone that was working today between 5:30pm and 6pm. I'm grateful to Randy that made my food and even took the time to ask about my gluten and grain allergy. Some people don't realize that not only does wheat contain gluten but other grains do as well(oats, amaranth, spelt, millet, einkorn) those are just a few. So if you're truly allergic to gluten like I am than you need to avoid all gluten not just wheat gluten. So again thank you to Randy that took the time to learn some knowledge and ask about my allergy. We actually drove out of our way to eat there simply because after Christmas I stopped in and grabbed a chicken bowl and received the same service. If chipotle couldn't get any better it just topped the charts in my book! read more

I had seen a commercial the night before and the limited time Smoked Brisket looked very tasty. Looked forward to it all day. I was charged $17.50 plus tax and all I got was 6-7 pieces of burnt meat that were each pretty much a 3/16" cube in the Bowl. They all looked like burnt brownies. It was a Burrito Bowl that was basically a salad and some carbohydrates. Just reflects the high quality of the teenage hiring pool we have today.
