I went here for the first time and was a little disappointed. No one told me the food was kinda bland and in need of seasoning I ordered a bowl with double chicken, rice, black beans, and a few other toppings along with a side of steak. I had to get more meat because the first scoop was pathetic. I let them get away with charging extra because I was too tired to put up a fight. The bowl looked and smelled great but the taste was bleh! I'll have to try Qdoba next for the first time and see if that'll be the last time as well read more

This location is consistently disappointing. I stopped in for a burrito bowl, and they were out of almost everything. I waited for a fresh batch of white rice, but the employees were moving very slowly because they were busy talking with each other instead of focusing on customers. The delays caused them to fall behind on orders, and the wait became much longer than it should have been. I was there so long that I ended up leaving without the chips I had already paid for. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Better inventory management, improved customer service, and more attention to preparing orders efficiently would make a big difference. I ordered on the Chipotle app on November 3, 2025 using my rewards for part of the order. I placed the order at approximately 5:43 pm. I chose to pick up the order at 6:10 pm to provide the employees additional time to prepare my order. I checked the status of my order several times and observed at 6:08 pm that the information had not changed from the order being received. Then, two minutes later, the information changed to order ready for pickup. I immediately left my house and upon arrival at Chipotle learned that my order had already been picked up. The manager admitted that no one had confirmed its pickup. Instead of automatically offering to prepare my order anew, I had to request that they do this. To make matters worse, when I arrived home, I discovered that my double order of chicken was not provided. See photo attached. Thankfully Rex, Chipotle's customer service representative was very understanding of my situation and refunded my order. Better customer service from the manager would have prevented my complaint and my giving this Chipotle location a poor rating. read more

For a fast food meal, this is one of the better ones to get I think. Managed to maintain my vegan diet, with a pretty tasty, meal. It wasn't overly salty or oily, which kicked it up from 3 to 4 stars. The fact that they offer Sofritas as a meat substitute makes them better in my opinion than their closest competitor, who seems to be withdrawing from offering a meat substitute. The woman who rang us up must have been having a very bad day. She was blunt, harsh, and seemingly annoyed by us. While I really was disappointed by that, I was more shocked by the number of hickey's on her neck. It's uncomfortable in a family restaurant with preteens and having to explain that. This is legitimately the worst chipotle in the country. I do not say this facetiously. In the past few years, I've lived in California, Arizona, Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, Missouri and Illinois. I have been all over the country for my job, and wherever I go, I find a chipotle and eat there. For the most part, they're about the same. Same menu, same price, same service. That is, until I found this Chipotle. The first day I came in here, I was surprised to see the employees wearing headphones in one ear. They were stunningly having issues hearing peoples orders. From then on, I decided I would order online, just in case i arrived during the next bring your headphones to work day. The delivery time is merely a general suggestion at this location. The meals are regularly half an hour to an hour behind schedule. I have never once picked up an order on time, and it has truly become a game to me to see how late my order can arrive. I suggest to anyone ordering online: bring a book. Now, there is a neat shelf that every chipotle I've ever visited has, where to go orders are arranged alphabetically, to make the experience easier for all. This location, despite having that shelf, does not believe in such things. They stack all of the orders right next to the cashier, so you can enjoy the full ambiance of the Chipotle as you walk through the line and squeeze past someone trying to pay for their meal as you grab your meal. That is, if it is there. On top of the delivery times being completely wrong, the sense of urgency from the employees is crazy. They act genuinely bothered when you ask about your order that was supposed to arrive forty minutes ago. The chips are always very stale, but simply don't order chips unless you want your meal to be at the same level as the service. Whatever food you like, they're likely out of it. Whether it's chicken, beans, rice, guac, or tortillas. They truly do not discriminate and always seem to be out of multiple items. I understand it is likely not a very fun job, but I genuinely believe these employees are being held here against their will. Someone needs to have the authorities look into this, as each employee here acts truly depressed. Every motion to scoop food is accompanied with a look of absolute defeat. I have seen happier people in jail To top it off, the last time I thought I was ahead of the curve. I ordered, showed up forty five minutes later, just as my order was prepared, and sat outside as to avoid the general negative attitude of every employee here. Imagine my surprise when I walk out and the employees are getting high in the back. This location truly made me feel like I was in some sort of insane social engineering experiment where every visit the employees worked together to make the experience somehow worse than the last time. Statistically, there has to be a worst chipotle. Well, congratulations, you've found it. Came here on a Friday night, just after 6. So, just the start of dinner. Most people were getting to-go orders. And still, all the tables were dirty. The line was a little long, but mostly because the workers kept making mistakes. I literally had to tell them "carne asada" three times, for my burrito. Speaking of which, as we were leaving at 6:40, they put up a sign saying that they were out of tortillas!!! Really?! How is a Mexican restaurant out of tortillas early on a Friday night?! Points to terrible management. The only thing that saves this Chipotle from a one-star review is the food itself. The carne asada was tender, and the portions were generous. I totally understand understaffing but not understaffed today. We waited for 20 minutes hoping the guy at the grill would cut up the chicken that everyone was waiting for that was sitting with the plastic over it. Instead I waited , waited good attitude and the 15 people behind was waiting for chicken and changing to steak after waiting 15 minutes. My family of four at least got to eat and I just gave up after 20 minutes but sat and watched others become a little discouraged. It just is not cool trying to be rude to the people waiting as he put on other meat, filled up the rice while the sweet girl kept looking back to see why he wasn't cutting the meat. She said it should be a couple of minutes. Now there is literally a line out the door. I am very sympathetic to these workers but not when you have the help and people are waiting over 30 minutes now. Like I said the girl was being sweet making the bowls. I hate leaving bad reviews but this location needs some help. I should add that my food was actually ok (I only get chipotle on the road when other veggie options are scarce). The service wasn't terrible but they were out of almost everything popular and there were 16 people waiting in the restaurant for orders bought and paid for through, what I'm assuming, an app/online ordering system. I'm vegetarian and always get a bowl so my ingredients were all in stock but I felt bad for all these folks waiting for their items. Don't offer online ordering if you can't truly follow through. This was the absolute worst experience I have had at Chipotle. When we walked in there was only one lady taking orders while the other employee was putting chairs on the top of the tables, with an hour left before closing. After being in line for over 30 minutes, 3 employees finally came to the front and one stated that they have run out of food for inside guests and they are only able to take online orders. How do you run out of food with an hour left before closing? This was a free order from a previous bad catering order. Who ever the manager is at this location should be fired! We had a bad "business" meeting catering order. We received 3 free meals. My husband went in tonight to get free meals and was greeted by a teenager sticking his ear pod in and making a phone call while he walked away from my husband. Leaning against the counter talking on the phone. That would have been the beginning and the end for me. My husband is much more patient. A young girl walked up and asked him his order. He said it was like watching children play in a sand box. Everyone was extremely rude. One employee threw the sauces in the bag. Cashier was even more rude. He got home and our food was ice cold. Bad customer service not good at all would not go if you don't have to and they were out of ice

Every time I come to this location the line is out the door and then by the time I make it to the front they are out of product. The fact that this is the only location to choose from within local distance is ridiculous. I waited in a 20 minute line to be told to get Chicken Al Pastor would be another 10-15 minute way because they ran out and didn't let the person in the grill know. It'd be different if this was a rare occurrence but something similar always seems to be an issue. read more

I've gotten food here a few times, including before the pandemic. Based on my recent experience I won't be going back. I went inside to order (8/11/20). There were a few people in line ahead of me. The staff was completely disorganized and was struggling to fill any orders. They had a stack of online order tickets sitting on the counter and people showing up for their orders. They stopped helping anyone in line for 10 minutes as they made (a few) online orders. Despite there being 5 or 6 employees they could barely manage to make one item every few minutes. The woman who seemed to be somewhat in charge was totally unprofessional. She walked over to the rice area and saw that one was empty. She yanked it out and threw it several feet onto a counter. she then threw a new container into the assembly area rack, causing rice to go all over. People in line in front of me started leaving at that point. Covid Safety: The woman apparently in charge didnt have a mask on at all for most of the time I was in the store or gloves while accepting payments. She eventually put a mask on but it was well below her nose. A man in the back who was cleaning up the grill area had his mask totally under his chin. They also didn't enforce customers being required to wear a mask. This establishment is clearly very poorly managed. Go here at your own peril. read more
