The profile picture on my Yelp profile is of the very first time I had a Chipotle burrito. It was actually in Las Vegas. At the time, Chipotle did not exist in our area. Thankfully, that has been rectified. I love Chipotle. There's just no getting around it. I love the quality of their ingredients. I have no fear of E. coli. In some ways the E. coli scare has been great for me, as it is scared off other customers and made their lines shorter. So that's been a bit of a silver lining for me. In a perfect world, their hot salsa would be a little less hot. The flavor is amazing, but the heat is a little rough on me. Also, the chip portions are a joke. But just so you know I can be somewhat objective here, I will admit on the record that Chipotle's queso is absolutely disgusting. That stuff should be banned by the government. read more

very unprofessional, ringing people out is not that hard. the older women ( michelle ) at the register was very rude. tossing food ( chips ) cutting us off when we was speaking to help other customers and overall displayed poor customer service. management should look into it. seems she's a repeat offender with poor service. the rest of the staff was great. read more

I've never been a big fan of this place, but I thought I'd give them another chance. I just don't understand why people like it. The price is not worth the product, but I went ahead and got a burrito. I ordered some chips and salsa, they were gonna give me a 4 ounce salsa, who only uses 4 ounces of salsa for a bag of chips? I asked if I get a refill of salsa when I finish led and the employees kind of stared at me like I had two heads. I told him to keep the chips and salsa. Then they try to charge me for just a bag of chips, I had to reiterate, but I was gonna pass on the chips and salsa. I just don't get, I've never understood why people like this restaurant. It's probably the number five burrito restaurant in town and I think there are only four here. Taco Bell is a better value than this. Besides the food being great (as usual) I was totally impressed that the GM was cleaning tables and ensuring plenty of social distancing. While eating I also noticed that he wiped down the drink machine and monitored the dining room area. I am impressed with how seriously this place is taking the new restrictions. I've been eating here for close to 10 years and I've always been satisfied. I've never had less than a 4 star experience. But I gotta give a 5 for this place. When we walked in the place was slammed, but we moved from the back of the line very quickly to the make table. The staff was very efficient and didn't sacrifice quality for speed! Now I'm a person that takes burritos very seriously lol. I love burritos. Sorry, side note. That being said, I get mine stacked heavy! Chicken and Steak Double Meat. After everything else I add it becomes no easy feat for even the most skilled chef to roll. So naturally there was a small rip in the outer skin. I was offered a rewrap to which I said with a chuckle "nah man its all good, I'm gunna chew all that up anyway. It don't have to look pretty for long. lol" I didn't acually say "lol" they found amusement in it. I know it can be tough dealing with dissatisfied customers, I've done it. But these people took steps to prevent anyone from being not happy, he even marked the wrapper so I'd know where it was. I'll of course come back! read more

Not a good experience at this location. I should have known when the guy folding the burrito couldn't get it closed. He said, just don't open the wrapper all the way and you'll be good. SERIOUSLY!!! It didn't get much better when I started feeling sick about 45 minutes after I ate the burrito. Spent all night throwing up. It was my first time in this Chipotle. Also, my first time trying the Sofritas. I was reluctant as I'm not really a fan of tofu even though I'm a vegetarian (moving rapidly toward vegan). But holy Hell, this stuff is awesome!!! I had it on my salad, with black beans, pico, and other veggies. It was so good!!!! Not to mention, the cashier, Joey, was very kind to explain exactly what it was- as he is a vegan. Cute as can be, he did me a real favor and I sincerely thank him for it. I used to eat here all the time. Good flavors, absurdly generous portions, all that. Not necessarily the best, but good enough. Chipotle was my go-to place if I wanted a burrito a step up from Taco Bell. But the last two times I was here, I got food poisoning. One time is potentially a coincidence. A second occurrence of the same GI distress an hour after eating Chipotle is a sign just to not bother coming back. I'm not the only person that's had issues with this Chipotle location; about half the people I've talked to have had various gastrointestinal issues after eating food from here. I love there tender marinated steak with heavy on the white rice, added with extra sour cream, corn, tomatoes green pepper with onions wrapped around soft heated flour tortia. Chipotle is a good, fast, "Subway" restaurant-style Tex-Mex chain, a la Qdoba and the like. It's pretty good, serving American-sized portions of wannabe-Mexican food. The best thing about Chipotle as a chain is that they use non-GMO, cage-free meat, dairy, and poultry. This specific location is no different than others I've been to - staff is friendly and the food is quickly prepared. The thing that is really strange and frustrating is that the tables are bolted to the floor, so if you come with a group larger than 4, you will have to sit at separate tables! read more

It's Chipotle. This location doesn't have anything different than the others. Plenty of seats despite how busy it gets. The parking lot is fairly large but at peak times you may have to wait a minute or two. The staff is friendly and the burritos are delicious as always. But no matter how many knock off Chipotle restaurants start up, Chipotle will always be number one in my book! read more

One could never go wrong with Chipotle. It's simply amazing. I get the same thing everytime, a chicken burrito. I've tried other things by sampling my family's burrito... but in my opinion the chicken burrito is the best. You can choose any variety of toppings. A coworker of mine once ordered a chicken burrito with both types of beans, extra rice, extra sour cream, cheese, regular salsa, corn salsa, and lettuce. I might even be forgetting something. But basically she chose every topping and extras, they had to use to tortillas to keep her burrito from bursting because it was so huge, and it was no extra charge! The only thing that costs extra is guacamole. It doesn't matter how long a line there is, it always moves fast. One tip I can add that most people aren't aware of, is to have them mix it up before closing the burrito. It makes a world of difference. I can always tell when I have someone pick me one up and they forget to ask them to mix it. They don't look at you weird or anything. They have a cup of forks sitting there. Sure it take a few extra seconds, but the line still moves fast and it's worth it. I have had so many people behind me in line tell me that was a really good idea, and they would have never thought of it. Just writing this has made me want Chipotle now! This is the best burrito joint out there. read more

Even though this location is extremely busy at times, it's my favorite because the customer service we receive is always excellent! Food is always pretty fresh and dining room is clean almost always. Only issue is the restrooms, last time we went I used the restroom and the stall door was just barely hanging on. Maybe they need to be replaced? I normally have nothing but a great experience here, however I am very disappointed in my service this time. The young lady taking my order at the front of the line was rude and short with me. I asked for a bowl to go and 3 tacos to go, she started the bowl and then went off and talked to another employee without explaining to me that she would be back. About 4-5 minutes go by and the other young lady behind the counter took over completely and got the rest of my bowl taken care of and got my tacos done. The original girl taking my order never came back to the counter, even though there was a large line of people waiting for food. The guy at the register who rang up my food was kind, but very slow and unorganized. Just overall seemed like a poorly organized and poorly trained staff. read more

This location is the worst. Chicken is always overly salty. Today, I ordered a bowl and asked for the cheese, hot and mild salsa, and sour cream on the side (I think it reheats better this way if I don't finish it all). Anyway, I also ordered chips and was told that since I got two types of salsa and also chips, that they would have to charge me for chips and salsa instead of just chips and a burrito bowl. Umm what? Since when are you not allowed to get two types of salsa? The salsa was for the bowl, not to dip the chips. Nickel and diming is what that's called, and it's ridiculous. Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I would much rather drive completely out of my way to go to the Erlanger, Buttermilk, or Clifton locations. Don't get me wrong, the food is always delicious no matter what location, but I hate being skimped. I don't ask for much. Double corn and a side of sour cream is all that is "special" about my bowl. Instead, when I asked for double corn I got what would have been one scoop at any of the other three locations I go to. And the sour cream side cup was filled about a quarter of the way. Chipotle has been one of my faves since I got hooked in '04. Lately it seems the quality of the steak has gone down. It could be that whoever they have trimming the steak doesn't know what they are doing. The last steak burrito I got was full of fat and gristle. It grossed me out and I couldn't finish the burrito. If i hadn't already been at home, I would have politely returned it. That's not the Chipitle I'm used to. Anyway, you can't go wrong with the barbacoa (shredded beef) if you're craving beef. There's something to be said for the chicken and carnitas (pork) too. You always get a generous portion at Chipotle too, unlike some of these new wannabe places. read more

This location always gets my order just right. My bowl order is pretty simple so it's apparent when the balance of rice to chicken to salsa isn't just right. I never have that problem here. It's made to perfection and the scoops are generous. The service is fast and friendly and the dining room is typically pretty clean. I also get a kick out of their tea labels "sweet" "not sweetened". I've never understood how you can unsweeten tea. My family eats Chipolte at least once a week. We've made this location our exclusive spot. read more

Worst Chipotle ever! Got carry out and guacamole was brownish and steak was full of fat. Forgave the meat but called about the guacamole cause i paid almost $6 extra for it. The guy i talked to was friendly enough....said it was a bad batch but only offered to replace it with apparently tje same crap i had if i drove back there from Covington during rush hour traffic...no credit for a later date. Quite frankly i will never go back again to that location. Crescent Springs location is so much better! Love the food here. Went in with the family after church. Wife had soft tacos, I had a steak burrito bowl and the kids got kids meals. Food quality is great, as always. Ice tea tasted a little "funny" though. I echo the other review who mentions the tables being bolted down. We're a family of five, so we have to sit at a four-person table and drag over an extra chair. It works. We like the healthy nature of the food, too. Haven't researched it extensively on how Chipotle operates but the marketing message was received by us. A good visit overall. read more
