Ordered through the app and arrived about 10 minutes later, as instructed. One burrito bowl took a total of 25 minutes to prepare -- an additional 15 minutes after I was already stuck in the drive-thru. I'm not exaggerating; I was on my lunch break and paying attention to the time. When I arrived, no one explained the delay or told me how long it would be. I was just told to "hang on" and left sitting in the drive-thru with cars stacked up behind me. Eventually, a different employee came to the window, apologized, and explained they were waiting on steak. He was polite. The employee who initially addressed me never bothered to explain anything. Because of this, I was late getting back to work. The food itself is fine, but this level of delay and lack of communication is unreasonable. I won't be back. I took my mother to Chipotle in Little Rock, AR when my father had to have surgery. She absolutely loved the fresh delicious steak (Carne Asada) burrito and the men serving went above and beyond to give my mother a great service. Unfortunately, when she and my father returned to Van Buren, the only Chipotle restaurant was the poorly rated one in Fort Smith, Arkansas. These people were not friendly or helpful at all. When she asked for the carne dish, they lied and told her they only have pork. Then when they finally gave her steak, she said they refused to give her the chips that go with every burrito and that she must pay for it separately. They didn't offer her any sauce or sour cream while making her burrito. I couldn't believe this was her experience with Chipotle. I've never heard of this before. I live in Atlanta, GA and I plan to tell everyone I know. Also, since I used to fly for the airlines, I know people all over, I will make sure to let them know as well. Even with the poor service, my mother said the food was delicious. However, struggling with the difficult servers may not be worth the hassle. I ordered online and got a salad and they didn't give me my vinaigrette. Went back and they said they "ran out". That was the whole reason why I ordered the salad. Why didn't they say something when I first pulled up to get my food? The employee also had an attitude when we first pulled up. The second girl ( the second time we pulled around) was nice. The food looks old and dried out, there is food trash everywhere and regular trash everywhere behind the counter. this is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I had a new $20 gift card. I also had one woth a remaining balance of $5.86. You can only add one card at a time to the APP. Every other APP I have allows me to add multiple cards. At any rate, neither card would load to the app. I am a trashman and had just got off work, so I certainly didn't want to go inside. I went through the drove thru to explain my situation, but the drive thru ID digital pickup only and I was told to come inside. I went inside with my phone and the girl/manager at the register couldn't get it to work either. She said to get in line and order and she would just run it through at the register. So, I then wait in line, with trash juice all over me. I was extra juicy because it had rained this day. I wanted a quesadilla. I was told that I couldn't order a quesadila in the line but could digitally. So in summary, I tried to use the gift cards that my daughter had purchased at this store. I tried to use the app to order through the drive thru because it is digital pickup only. I tried to order a quesadila. I'm not sure what else to do. Truly amazing. Why would a restaurant have only digital pickup? WHT would a restaurant only have items in their store but you can order only online. I tried to play these insane games of theirs but couldn't get any of it to work. My mind is truly blown that some corporation can be this ignorant. read more

Ordered DoorDash today. Unbeknownst to me, this is a new Chipotle, just opened. Which a certain amount of grace could be offered for. HOWEVER what is completely unacceptable is holding all of us hostage for 3 hours. They wouldn't cancel the order, and I couldn't cancel without being charged, it was like the twilight zone. If you can't handle orders, then turn off the system and stop accepting online orders. I ended up just going to the store and grabbing a pizza. It'll be hilarious if my food ever shows up, because it's still acting like it's going to be delivered. I hope they lose a lot of money tonight from Everyone requesting chargebacks. read more

I have been to a lot of chipotle and never had any problem. Employee only put half portion for each items. when complain was made to Manager she even refused to deal with us and told to be out from the store without food.This chipotle is cheating employees on portion but taking money for full plate. we were 8 people in the group and will never go to chipotle anymore. I just experienced the worst lunch of my entire life. This has got to be the dirtiest restaurant in the river valley. They haven't cleaned, swept, mopped or wiped down a table since they've been open. They double charged me for chicken even though I didn't order it. There was no carbonation in the drink machine. Went here two days after they opened and it was terrible and slow, so we gave it another shot and this time the girl didn't even spread the ingredients all over the bowl and the same with my friends burrito which had a dollop of sour cream right at the end with nothing else on it. Understandably grand opening day is busy. I placed an order at 620 pm and the app said pick up time 650 pm. Order not ready until 710 pm. I talked with the manager who was very kind and informed me the wait time on pick up orders is lagging behind by an hour. I asked if I can rather stand in the line as it seemed faster and she said sure. After placing my order at the counter in the line when I reached billing, another manager (I assume she took over for the previous one who just left the store) says I will have to pay for the new order (despite the payment I made online) which was ridiculous. After some back and forth she says "this time we'll let it happen but next time we won't allow it" like she was doing me a favor !! The audacity!! While I appreciated the efforts of the manager who left for the day (which is the only reason for the one star, otherwise I would have given 0), this woman who took over obviously has no idea what she is doing and shouldn't be working there. read more

I've heard alot of things about how their recent opening has had some issues. There's usually a few things that take a little time to get worked out when a new place opens. Being one of my favorite places to eat when I'm out of town, I was excited to see Fort Smith get one. Well, they have been super busy so I have waited for things to calm down before indulging. I thought today was the day. Well, they say they open at 10:45 am. It says it on google and it says it on their front door. At 10:47 this morning, they weren't open. I waited outside in the cold wind until 10:50. I could see an occasional worker sprint by in the back ground in the dark tinted windows but we had to get to work so we couldn't wait any longer for the possibility they may open soon so I had to leave, disappointed. Super disappointed. My son that was with me has only heard from his friends that's it's expensive and overpriced. He was not disappointed. He was joyous with glee that he would be eating Burger King. Yes, excited about Birger King instead of Chipotle. The only food I can review is the Kings chicken nugget style chicken sandwich that was made on dry bread with a touch too much mayo. I think I could have converted him or at least introduced him to a fresh made Tex Mex but he and I were denied the opportunity. I've decided he won't get another opportunity for a while either. There's nothing like talking up something just to be proven wrong. Dead wrong. He didn't feel the need to hold back the way he felt about it. I'll tell you, it can make a person angry. only had one complaint I wouldn't even mention it. But everything to do with this meal needed help. I'll start from the top. When I got there, there was five people in line, which isn't that much. But the guy making the food was about as fast as paint drying. While he struggled to get food out, 2 other workers just swept the floor around him. And it looked like they swept the same area over and over again. Finally, after the line grew to over 10 people, someone else came over to help. He was fast, but his shirt was unbuttoned and his hat was on backwards. I wouldn't care about the hat, but the thought of his chest hair getting into my food was disgusting. I asked for extra hot sauce and the slow one put all of the hot sauce in one spot, not on the whole burrito. I ordered 1 drink, and got charged for 2. I got chips and salsa, but the chips were stale and way over salted. The burrito was bland, and cold. And I didn't see one person wash there hands. Needless to say I won't be back, and would recommend you eat somewhere else. Taco bell would be a better choice read more
