This was one of the best chipotle I had in a while. Staff was friendly, and the portion sizes were huge. We had half of my burrito as a leftover for the next day. Everything was correct on my order, and it was ready even before the scheduled pickup time. Everything was well seasoned and fresh. Definetly impressed with this location. read more

I was so pleased to see this after suffering through years of terrible Chipotle experiences in the Detroit area, where employees are rude, stores are under-stocked, food quality is poor, and hours are random. It appears that this place just opened, but wow they need to bring down someone from corporate. It was a $h!tshow. Prep areas were filthy, nearly every ingredient was sitting in buckets for ages, running out of ingredients and giving such small portion sizes since they were so backed up on replenishing what ran out. The guac didn't taste right either, like it was bought from a store rather than the classic Chipotle guacamole we all know and love. My partner got the cauliflower rice snd it just tasted like grease. Over all just a crazy, terrible experience. Yikes. read more

I frequent Chipotle a lot. This store served me and my family extremely over-salted rice in our meals. When I approached the the workers they were dismissive, and the manager at best only gave a nod toward fixing it in the future. Bad experience and I like Chipotle. read more

This Chipotle is honestly a hit or miss, some days the food can be delicious, and others days my stomach feels as if God and Satan are duking it out, with no regards to their surroundings. This was my 1st. time visiting a chipotle. The place was dirty, empty container 's ,and the food they did have out was dry and sticking in pan. Sour Cream was runny and warm. I had a gift card which the girl at register didn't know how to use. I paid for the food and ended up throwing most of it away. Very disappointed. This was in Fremont Ohio. I might try Sandusky to see how Chipotle is supposed to be. read more

The food was good and staff friendly, however the place was a dirty mess. Does no one take pride in their work anymore?! The tables had not been cleaned, but worse was the assembly line counter! Bloody sucked. Out of plenty of basic items, entirely unhelpful, no apologies, poorly made food, uncaring staff, dirty, chips were stale, and entirely incompetent. I've been to plenty of Chipotle's that were better in every way. Just a bad branch and a disappointment. read more
