If I could give this business a zero 0, I would certainly do so!!! My husband and I ran a few errands and we decided to just go home and enjoy a sandwich. My husband then said "hey, do you want to stop into Chipotle and get a bowl?" So, we did. What a mistake! First, we looked for somewhere to sit that looked clean, then noticed the soda machine had a handwritten sign "not working". We initially thought it was the entire machine, but there was ice everywhere and determined it was the ice machine that was not working. Ok, no big deal, these things happen. BUT then we headed to order our bowls.....this establishment was disgusting! I first noticed the counter area by the grill and it had pieces of meat laying all over (not cleaned up and wiped down). Then the actual "ingredient bar" that you select the items you would like was totally disgusting, food everywhere, nothing cleaned up or refilled with fresh ingredients. I immediately told my husband I wasn't eating here and he agreed. We walked out and went home and enjoyed a sandwich. I try really hard not to come here, but I wanted qdoba and there isn't one around - so I had to settle for this since it's open today but they should have just closed. They told me they didn't have white rice, but had it at their to go station. Ordered a large queso, told me they were out of large cups so they would give me two HALF FILLED small cups, they also didn't have vinaigrette, & the customer service was trash. It's very rare that I write reviews, let alone bad ones but this was completely warranted. Do not, I repeat, do NOT order online at this restaurant. I've been going to chipotle for a few years now at a couple dozen different stores. Couple of issues here and there but nothing major. My online order at this location was the worst portions i've ever received! I've gotten smaller proportions before, but nothing like this. Again, i've never had an issue where I feel like I haven't received a lot of food, generally most chipotles do well, but this was the absolute worst by miles. Last week my family decided to order Chipotle. Lately it seems that every time we order from here there's a problem. Yes, I agree it's better to order in person but they offer online and phone in. They all should offer a consistent experience. Every time I've tried to use the website there's an issue or I have to refresh several times. The last time we ordered by phone. Upon pickup..the barbacoa was like beef jerky. The fajita veggies were raw. I chatted with customer service online and received 4 free meals. We reordered today and things seemed better. The place was absolutely disgusting, messy, dirty, and unkept everywhere. The area that you add your ingredients covered in ingredients. The floor a mess. Even the people in line ahead of me asked to talk to the manager because of the attitude and cleanliness of the restaurant. All of the employees seemed to have no care at all. I know working especially at food places are not the best job but rule #1 at least put on a fake front. They were throwing food bins, rolling eyes, and giving attitude. If zero stars was an option I'd choose that. Decided to stop in for a bite to eat with my husband. Stood in line for almost 5 mins, with ONE person a head of us, of who which was an EMPLOYEE. Customer/employee was leaning over the glass, laughing who seemed to be intoxicated, while the employee serving him repeatedly put the wrong food into the bowl and would dump it out thinking they were being funny. The customer/employee then asked for steak, the server then proceeded to pick up a whole steak that hadn't been cut up yet, put it on top of the food already in the bowl, then put the steak back in the warming container. All while this was occurring no one was there to manage the behavior of these immature employees who were playing with food. I feel bad for any customer who may have come in after we walked away, knowing their food had been inappropriately mishandled. Very disappointing as I love this restaurant chain. Unless you're going to the store to order your food and pick it up don't bother. I used their app to order dinner for my family after being on the road all day. Literally everything arrived wrong. Incorrect ingredients. Either missing or things we didn't order. Not the first time this has happened. Burritos were also pretty skimpy. Try calling the store they won't pick up the phone. Try using the app to correct it, good luck. I've never had problems with taste, service, correctness, etc at any other Chipotle location. I mean literally right over our open food and drink containers! disgusting!! Never ordering from this location again. Ordered double order of burrito bowl, so I would have extra for lunch tomorrow. So double meat, double portion. If what they delivered is double, that means single portion would be child's size. Also ordered the kids' size taco thing, because that seems to be the only order option that gets delivery to you without tacos being mush. The kids' option puts taco and toppings as separate items you put together yourself. Only: The toppings weren't in the box. Just the tacos. Since this order item is $7.50+, this was expensive mistake on the part of the store. Finally, I called the store to try to get credit. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Goes to automated service that says you can only place complaints in response to emailed receipt. Only I didn't get an emailed receipt. So how am I supposed to get credit for this partially unfulfilled order? They're now blackballed when I need meal delivered. See photo. At least I got the queso and guacamole I ordered. Just not the *meal*. Edited to add: Had to use the queso as part of burrito bowl, because horribly dry. Then, burrito bowl chicken had clearly sat out for too long, also dry. Hoping I don't get sick. In the past this location was great. Now it's a Not To Go To location. Did an online order, picked it up, got home no toppings as ordered. Took the food back, had a paper sign on the door limited toppings available. Told the manager I want a refund and was questioned why ? Well obviously because the order was incomplete. I'm not normally one to write bad reviews, but I felt I had to say something. My brother both ordered sofrita burrito bowls as we are both vegetarian. We ended up picking out multiple significant chunks of beef from our food. I understand cross contamination happens occasionally but this was particularly egregious. This Chipotle needs to be shut down...AGAIN. The food, service, and cleanliness of this place is down right the worst! There is no way they are meeting the health inspection requirements. I could see trash all over the floor in the kitchen, workers were preparing food and cutting chicken over an open trash can with dirty gloves. The employees appeared sweaty, unbathed and gross. Quite frankly, I lost my appetite knowing one of them prepared my food. There is no system in place for online orders. Items are almost always missing or wrong. Sometimes the orders are on a pickup shelf, other times they are behind the register. Never are the orders ready at their scheduled pickup time. Some employees are just walking around the restaurant when customers clearly are waiting to be helped. No one addresses a customer when approaching the register to pickup the online order, instead employees just pace back and forth. I assume because they have no social skills. It is definitely a different world these days. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and stay as far away from this restaurant as you can. Other Chipotle restaurants I've visited seem to operate similarly. My true star rating is a "0" read more

Don't even get me started with this place. First of all, they are understaffed which creates major problems for them. The line was long which is understandable as it is a busy hour (5:30). The woman at the cashier seemed frazzled and confused. We ordered multiple bags of chips even though they had none left. She told us they would be ready soon. Twenty five minutes later we go back up and they had just started making them, telling us that it'll be 10 more minutes. This is unacceptable as we wasted time to not get any chips. Sunday 1/17/2021 at 6 pm. Were do I start. I have never been at a Chipotles that I felt like I was unwelcome. My wife is a vegetarian so she ask for peppers and onions and got like 3 of each vegetable in her bowl just as well as cauliflower rice. The ladies behind the counter seemed to not want to be there or even want to help. They were extremely rude and cranky. I believe that my number one complaint is that the second server had gloves on which is good but before serving my food into the bowl she put her finger into her the corner of her eye and then served my food without change a glove or missing a beat. She finished and then cleaned up dirty pans and the counter and taking them to the kitchen returning without change a glove started the serve the next customer. The floors were covered with food and no one was attempting to clean anything up at all. The restaurant was extremely filthy and the food was cold. The sad thing was that the best part of the meal was the prepackage nacho chips and queso. I would not suggest going to this location at all. I will travel to another one further away because of the serve and food quality. My suggestion is to get staff who want to work and improve the food quality and quantity. I am not looking for free food from this review just want the restaurant to improve so I can feel comfortable to go in and purchase food again.
