It has been quite some time since we last stopped in here to grab a burger and fries and yesterday was the perfect day to stop. Soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by the manager and we processed our order and sat down and grabbed a few peanuts which I'm glad to see you're still there. Plenty of open seating and all the table tops were clean and everything looked really good. Our burgers were done to perfection and they were full flavor and very juicy, and the fries were over abundant and outstanding. Despite the price, this is still one heck of a great burger and fries. The employees working on the evening of April 2 were unbelievable. After spending 5 hours with our infant in the Emergency room we stopped here for dinner. We arrived at 9:25pm and received our food. At 9:48pm when we were just about finished eating, one of the employees turned the music up as loud as they could. Of course waking up our sleeping baby who was exhausted after being put through several different test while at the hospital. I just can't believe how rude the employees were. The two guys behind the counter were laughing as this was happening. Definitely not a good look for a business. Your hours are 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. If I could give this place zero stars I would. read more

First off, horrible service. From the looks of it, the restaurant was ran by all teenagers!! My order was taken by a blonde haired teenage boy, who was rushing me and made me repeat my order numerous times! Then the food was just so bland and the fries were soggy. Every worker had attitude and the same blonde boy had his hair pulled back very poorly. What a health hazard. Luckily I didn't find any hair in my food but it's still disgusting! I will not be returning to this location due to how snooty their underage staff was and the quality of the food. Haven't eaten at this Five Guys for awhile and could not recall if my last time there about 2-3? years ago was enjoyable of not....so I tried it again on Black Saturday. Ordered a Cheeseburger and a large Diet Coke to go. Service was fast....probably only about 5-7 minutes. The restaurant was clean and neat and the employee at the register was friendly and efficient. Regrettably the burger was not very good. It's a good size with two patties but it was very greasy and not very flavorful. Each bite was like taking a big bite of unseasoned mushy relatively tasteless meat loaf. I couldn't finish it and only ate about 2/3 of it. The Diet Coke was excellent and it was served out of one of those new electronic touch screen Coke products machines...very easy to use with intuitive touch screen ordering. Cost was $16.76 including tax and tip....not exactly inexpensive for a burger and a Coke....but I guess it's a sign of our inflationary times! Those who follow me know that the majority of my reviews are 4 and 5 stars so it's difficult for me to give this restaurant only two stars.....as well as to say I will not be back and cannot I recommend it to other Yelpers. read more

If I had to rate this place on first Impressions it would not fair out so well. Customer service was very poor. I had a very large phone in order. Very hard to Communicate my order. They blamed me for everything. To the point I felt that they were rude. At one point I felt that they hung up on me. But they said we got cut off. When I went to pick up my order I felt mixed Attitudes.some were just has short and rude. Others were nice and at least trying. The food I ordered I have no problems with. And I do believe all of the orders were correct .Most visits my orders are right at any location. The place was clean. This place is not cheap and I never see any coupons out there. Their burgers are some of of best in their class. But too expensive to be a regular treat. I do not recommend this place for a large order. They may belittle you. We love five guys but this is not our regular location. The small fry order was less than half of what our other store gives, the peanuts were black and moldy inside, my bacon burger had one 2 inch long slice of bacon on it and they forgot the fried onions, and they gave us mayonnaise that had gone rancid. Almost every drink on the machine was out of syrup and they wouldn't refill any of them. When I asked for different mayonnaise the worker rolled her eyes at me and I told her the one she gave me was rancid and she said "well it's delivered daily". I said that doesn't mean it can't have gone bad. read more

Food tasted fine and service was friendly but for whatever reason they seem to have stopped putting the extra scoop of fries in the bag. Didn't notice until I got home or I would have asked why at the location. Also not a fan of the card readers asking you to apply a tip...for what?...it's fast food...overall the tipping is getting out of control. read more

Couldn't have said it better, Five Guys is simply a "euphoric experience". Great burgers and fries, a bit pricey though. The music played at this establishment (classic rock) fits perfectly with the overall atmosphere of fat white Americans shoving their facing full of sweet sweet American goodness. Tonight I stopped in with my two year old son for a burger which he has been craving. All in all the food is rather good and I love the fact they have malt vinegar for the fries, but for regular cheese burger, a kids burger, one regular fry, and regular drink the bill is $17.13. Baseball season doesn't start for a few months and I already feel like I'm hitting the concession stands! The food is good, but not that good. Love the burgers and fries but paid almost $6 for a milkshake- thinking if they charge that much, they must be great! They're not even close! Don't think it's made with either ice cream or milk. Had a gritty texture and tasted terrible! My husband took about two sips and threw it away. Our wait for food was about 15 minutes. We were the only people in there initially and we did not see any pickups while we waited so not sure why it took so long. read more

Food was great, for what I received. Spent $50 on lunch for the fam, only to get home to a double bacon cheeseburger (with an extra ordered patty) with exactly ZERO meat on it, just bread and toppings. Five guys has great food don't get me wrong but this one happens to be the worst managed and worst employed store I have ever been to. First I got a bacon cheeseburger one day which they seemed to think was only worthy of 1 piece of bacon. So then I go back another day to get my free burger from the other burger they messed up, then I ate this one in the restaurant because I had learned my lesson, then they forgot my bacon completely and when I went back to get a new one instead they basically told me that was a waste of there time and handed me a tray of cold bacon to put on my burger. read more

Two cheese burgers, one regular fries and two regular drinks for $28 is too much. The price would be justified if the burgers were tasty but they tasted like home cooked burgers which is not a compliment. In my opinion, Five Guys are way overrated. I could have Burger King's Whopper for two for ten dollars less with coupons! Money wouldn't have been mentioned if the food was good. Shake Shack burgers, however, were on par with them as far as price but theirs tasted good, so I didn't feel like I over spent money on theirs. Since there is no Shake Shack nearby I am going back to Burger King and never go back to Five Guys. Way overrated. read more

I have been to many Five guys for years and this was the worst burger ever. I ordered the little bacon cheddar burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mushrooms, jalapenos, ketchup, mustard and mayo. I guess they were overwhelm by the order because they decided to leave out the bacon, ketchup, mustard and most of the lettuce. I don't usually have a bad experience with this place but tonight my family and I needed something fast and easy so we decided to order ahead. When we ordered it estimated the time it would be ready to be 6:15. Knowing this is the time we would need to be there we planned the rest of our night around going to pick up our food. We show up at 6:16 and wait in line to get to the front. When we get there they say it's gonna be just 3-4 extra minutes. Okay, no big deal. I look around the restaurant and see that there's maybe three small groups of people eating. So not a busy night at all. However, they managed to stretch that 3-4 minutes to an extra ten minutes and by the time we actually got our food it was already 6:30. Keep in mind we also order an hour before pick up. For a fast food place, it was not fast. If it was a busy night I would understand but it was not so needless to say I'm just a little upset with this inconvenience. read more
