8:15 pm 3/8 arrived and immediately someone from behind the counter, "if you are waiting to order stand up against the wall!" It was forceful and was not welcoming. No hello or welcome just a bark for the bar. Apparently this particular store does not have a good layout, and when you come in the door, it's easy to queue up in the far end of where the tables are. Curiously, there was no one seated tonight, but we were still told to corral ourselves against the wall. Given this rudeness and that they were out of white Rice we left and drove toward home going to our regular location instead. This chipotle is genuinely awful. Every single time I order food here they're either out of everything or take forever. This particular visit I ordered ahead online because I was getting a quesadilla (you have to order quesadillas online for some reason). I walk in 5 minutes after my order is supposed to be done and there are 10 people waiting for their mobile orders. Now i have been waiting 20 minutes and still have yet to get my food. I don't know if the management is the problem but it's always something when I'm here. I would rather drive the extra ten minutes to a location that actually knows what's going on. read more

Hands down, worst Chipoltle I have ever been to. I created a yelp account solely because of this one location in particular. You need a keen sense of hand/eye coordination just to get in line. As soon as you walk through the door you will be put to the test with obstacles such as empty food baskets on the ground, straw wrappers literally everywhere , chairs in the middle of the line area not even remotely close to a table. Once you survive the treacherous journey to get in line, I hope you're not in a hurry and I hope you know they most likely won't have at least two of the ingredients you wanted in your meal. Side note we can all understand running out of ingredients once in awhile but every time I go? 6pm?? (At least twice a month). Furthermore, portions are never consistent in size. Yes, different associates scoop the ingredients slightly differently but serving a regular size portion as "double" and having the audacity to still charge me for it? Seriously?? After almost yelling your order, yes yelling your order, you will probably need to repeat yourself as well. It is not because of the fact that the younger workers are quiet and can barely be heard in the first place, it's the fact that some of them seriously have Airpods (Bluetooth earpieces) in while taking your order. Finally, I hope you aren't too observant when watching the workers prepare your food. If you pay any attention in the slightest bit, you will question the many food grade gloves littering the food preparing surfaces as they never change the gloves in the first place! Where do they keep magically coming from? I felt extremely sorry for the gentleman behind me. I handed the single worker cash as payment. All while operating the register, handling cash and coins, I watched her start preparing the next customers meal! Yes I know the gloves never really touch your food, the scoop does. I could only imagine what they consider "clean" or "washing the dishes" If you want a food born illness or the the runs the next morning then look no further. you've came to the right spot. Nothing fancy about this chipotle but one thing unique is their portions are huge! When I say their portions are huge , they add more of hot sauce or more of cream cheese or anything. So be careful while ordering and make sure you ask them to not add too much hot sauce or salsa if you don't want it. I think by the time I reached the payment counter I had more than the double burrito bowl which I usually get in NYC or NJ. Girls never changed gloves even after going in back, using pens or even cash register. Drink machines empty and running. Fountain drinks machine, straw holder and lid holder stick and dirty. This Chipotle is always busy, which makes sense being that they are right across from Hershey-park. To beat the line I normally mobile order ahead. I have never had an issue with my food and the portion sizes are always what you'd expect or above and beyond. I've never felt like I've been gypped at this location. When a customer ask for assistance they said, "We don't have time for this" and asked them to leave and figure it out. Please someone else buy this franchise because the present owners do not know how to run a restaurant; the customer service is poor; they always have excuses for not having some of the food prepared, last visit on 4/6/21 the food was almost inedible as it was way over salted; ran out of cauliflower rice and onions and peppers. Terrible service, I ordered and the worker that assisted me didn't even say a word. I asked for cheese, sour cream and lettuce and I had to repeat that 3 times to her, like she didn't understand me or something. I went there and had to order via the app even though there were multiple employees, two of which were on their cell phones sitting when I walked in after ordering my food. Then I was told there were no veggies available. When I questioned it as there were plenty of meat option but no fajitas veggies I was told that it was either they make veggies or guacamole. They choose guacamole because it is an up-charge! So crazy. How about make less meat options and give non meat eaters some hearty veggies. Not to mention the guacamole was terrible! Chipolte is a bare knuckles kind of place. You enter it the music is loud, the decor is wood and steel! There is more comfort in a prison dining room. This is definitely a place where if you want to eat it you would be better off sitting in your car. I had a Steak Burrito here with brown rice and black beans. Even though it was stuffed really well and a sufficient to fill me size I found the steak tough and chewy also the brown rice was under cooked and had some crunchy pieces in it. The flavor of their product was pretty good. First time I ate here probably the last eating inside this joint too loud,noisy and uncomfortable to enjoy a meal. I will give their burrito another try just because of the size. This is an eat on the fly place. Good if your in a hurry. read more

I never really get the hype of Chipotle. Its okay. I mean it is a chain so there is that consistency factor. But its never really cravable for me and that's important when choosing a dining location. Today I had a BOGO coupon so I decided to take my friend and have lunch. I ordered the steak bowl. It was, again, okay. Some of the pieces of steak were tender and flavorful; others were tough and gristly. The rice and beans are good. I am not sure I enjoy the watery sour cream but that's not a deal breaker for me. Guacamole costs extra. We got a side of it to dip our chips, which are also extra. The chips are SO salty. Like uncomfortable salty. They're always that way. I guess people like that. Overview: I have a strange and unhealthy love of Chipotle! Salad, bowls, burritos--all served hot with a great assortment of condiments. Not the greatest of locations to visit, but the only in the immediate area. Food: The food at this particular Chipotle has always been quite fresh. That's probably because they're always packed, but it's definitely a great side effect. I inevitably get a bowl with chicken or steak, black beans, fajita veggies, mild salsa, corn salsa, and guacamole. Recommend: Love their bowls! Atmosphere: This Chipotle is nearly always packed. I've been many times (I'm way too addicted) and it's almost always had a line to the door. The lines moves fairly quickly, but more than once it's been held up because they're waiting for more food to cook. Service: The service here can be very hit or miss. I understand they're busy, but I feel it leads them to neglecting the cleanliness of the restaurants. More often than not, the floors are dirty, the tables aren't cleaned, the return tray areas are overly full, and the soda station is a complete mess. Additionally, the portions can be all over the map as well. Sometimes my bowl is practically overflowing. Othertimes, it's barely half full. I always get pretty much exactly the same bowl each time I go, so the difference is really annoying. Also, knowing how busy they are and that I would be going after work during peak dinner hours, I placed an online order for pick up that morning. OK so overall, Chipotle to me has great food, However, The staff here get on my damn nerves. Especially the guy with the short red hair, I guess he is a manger or something now, anyways when i order my food I love cheese, I can never have too much. So when I go down the line, I ask for extra cheese, This guy tells me that I am going to have to pay for extra cheese. But that's not even the worst part. The worst part about it is, I asked for chicken. When I got my bowl (with my extra cheese) I took a bite of it and realized that my chicken was not thoroughly cooked. So I returned it and asked for a new bowl, Then he still had the audacity to tell me that he was going to charge me extra. When I was working here, The managers told me that the customer could ave as much as they would like because it was only based off of portions for the taste. Expect this place to get backed up during lunch and dinner rushes, especially during the weekends. That being said they get you through the line pretty fast, especially if you know what you want. I think the maximum amount of time I waited was maybe 5-10 minutes? Never had a problem with portions at this location which is a huge plus. Many times I have enough if not more than enough food in my bowl. They had some issues keeping ingredients stocked a while back but that seems to not be the case anymore as they're constantly refreshing the serving line. Staff is hit or miss but most of the time they're pretty friendly. Love the location as its close to Target and several other stores so you can stop in to eat before or after shopping. I usually get take out but I like that this location does have tables to sit at if you choose to eat in. They also have seating outside if the weather is nice and you dont want to listen to the hustle and bustle of the restaurant. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. While my burrito was quite yummy, I can get something bigger and even more delicious at Neato Burrito (for a similar price). In a pinch, this will do. The line was long (Friday at dinner time) but it moved fast. My only gripe about the service was that the people working there seemed like they could be doing better things. I was craving their chicken quesadilla, waited in line, and when I got up to the "girl" she would not make it for me. She said, "You have to order the quesadilla on the app or online." Her hand was literally 3 inches from that massive tortilla that is bigger than my head used to make it. I politely asked, "Why, when all the stuff to make it is directly in front of you?" She said, "The machine to make them is down there at the other end of the line, which means I would have to walk all the way down there. Then all the way back. And if too many people come in person & order quesadillas in a row, then it would be way too much." Wow, just WOW! My husband and I were baffled at this. He asked to speak to the manager, and she went in the back for about 10 seconds. Came back to the front and said, "Next person in line!" Again, just WOW! I have no words. I don't know what happened to this place. My family has been coming here at least weekly for a few years and it used to be, except for the occasional skimping on double meat, spot on. In the last 6-12 months this location has turned into a shit show. Frequently the line is long and the pace is very slow. Employees are anywhere from rude to spacey and not engaged. The food used to be hot and fresh and served quickly even when there was a ton of people here. Now they're almost always out of at least a few things. We have to ask multiple times for extra lettuce in the salad, otherwise it's a small handful. We used to often get double meat, but they started consistently skimping on the addition meat you pay for. Now even the single serving meat is carefully measured out to be sure it's embarrassingly small on top of the small pile of lettuce. No veggies the last three times we've been here. All the meats today are almost empty and looking a bit worn at 1pm. The trash cans are overflowing, the condiment bar is a mess, the men's room is out of order, and the staff, with few exceptions, are rude. This is our last visit for a while and we'll drive to the next one down for our weekly treat. Hoping this place can get its act together! read more
