I choose to go here quite often considering it's on my way home from work. Every. Single. Time I get a chicken quesadilla I find something in it that doesn't belong. I've found onions, tomatoes, lettuce and many more things. If you cannot teach your employees not to cross contaminate food and keep their space clean, you need to find a new job. Extremely disappointed every time I order from here. Maybe listen to the negative reviews and do better, instead of hiring people to write five star reviews for you. read more

Order was wrong ( again ) I ordered a #10 ( beef and cheese burrito and got a ?cheese/?steak quesadilla that was mostly bread. I went in and told them and they replied we cant take food back. Ok hear me out the employees were nice but i ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito not a bean burrito And i also ordered a baja blast and pepsi with 2 chalupas and they were just way too small to be 18 dollars and also i ordered one of every sauce not 40 of each but if you are looking for a decent meal come here but would not recommend if you wanna eat somewhere with a good price read more

Just had a late lunch and this Taco Bell is wonderful. Expect to order from the kiosk. The food was hot and properly made. Unlike some where they fold them incorrectly and you have stages of burrito. The outdoor seating was especially nice. Staff was friendly and order was done right the first time. Wish I could replace my local one with this one. read more

I went there to pick up 2 doordash orders that should have been ready at 6:41 p.m. I told them the names and they said they were working on it. 15 minutes later I asked about it again and was told I GUESS they are making it. After 24 minutes I was told one of the orders doesn't exist. When I showed them the order they said it doesn't matter they weren't making it. The other order just wasn't done even though it had been almost 30 minutes. They got offended when I told them they were doing a terrible job as if I offended their work ethic which they clearly didn't have. Half the employees were just standing around doing nothing but they acted like they were very busy when I complained. Like most other customers that were there I walked out. I have never in my 48 years witnesses such a lazy, ineffective crew, I couldn't tell you who was the boss and who just started that day. They all looked like they didn't care one single but about anything except for the young girl at the counter who just sounded defeated. Zero stars will never go again even for somebody else's food read more

I am aware that restaurants are shortstaffed since the pandemic, but there is no excuse for my having waited in line for 25 minutes for an order I placed online and paid for online. Otherwise I would've left. There were only three cars in the drive-thru and no one inside the restaurant. And each car was waiting at least 10 minutes. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking that there was probably only one person working. They did not acknowledge people when you pull up to the drive-through, even to ask them to wait. But then when I pulled up to the drive-through window to pick up my food I saw that there were four employees inside there is no excuse for cold food and waiting that long a period of time and not getting any condiments or asking if any condiments are needed. Worst Taco Bell ever. My order that I made on their kiosk came out wrong. There's a handwritten sign that says no cherry Pepsi on the soda machine. Out of chicken for quesadillas. Waited in the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes around 4:45 pm on a Tuesday and I was only the 4th car in line. I ordered the 10 pack of tacos--5 hard and 5 soft. Tacos were terrible and there was hardly any meat in them at all, mostly wilted lettuce--ick. With all the decent Mexican places in the area, I'd rather spend my money someplace else....very disappointed. read more

I used to like going there but never had time or anything else to go here. I had a three to four star but the last time it has really downhill. The one cashier messed up and didn't listen right with the order and the manager refund but when they did the order they left out one thing and the cashier just ignore me and I was hangry so I just left. I didn't have my receipt because of the money back. I don't think I would go back it is officially I'm sad about that. read more

Look, I get it, it's Taco Bell. I don't expect top notch dining, or even friendly service. However, what I do expect is when my drunk ass makes the decision to go to Taco Bell (when I'm in the passenger seat and not driving) I expect to make two trips through the Drive-Thru. Once for the first part of my order, and again to get the shit they forgot. But!...but....when my drunken, lazy-ass decides to use Grub Hub for Taco Bell, I expect those people to provide 100% accuracy for my order. None of this 80% shit like their meat. Then when I call you on it and you tell me too bad call Grub Hub....no. That's on you. You sealed the bag and neglected to check the thing. Don't advertise that you are going to do delivery if you aren't going to deliver 100% of the food. I paid 100% of the money, you deliver 100% of the food! That's how it works! It's what I get for not driving my drunk ass over there and ensuring the food was in the bag. read more

They do have all kinda of funny commercials and stuff, but when it comes down to it, the service can be slow and they never include any fire sauce unless you ask for it before hand. The stuff usually tastes pretty good, I tried the chili cheese nachos bell grande the other day, and it was kinda soggy after I got home, but well that's my fault. Their fountain sodas always taste good though, a rush of sugar will make up for anything. read more

Sometimes when I'm in the mood for cheap "Mexican" food I stop in at the Taco Bell. When it comes Taco Bell this one is above and beyond its peers - the staff is always friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is prepared quickly and accurately. Of course when going to any fast food chain it is important to keep in mind you get what you pay for. Is the food anything special? No. But it cheap and the staff does the best they can. Again, of all the Taco Bell's in the area I have to believe this is the best one around. read more

I understand that during Covid Resturant workers are very stressed and busy. Ive ordered from this location 2 or 3 times and everytime i get the crunch wrap its horrible. There is literally nothing inside of my wrap. There might have been two table spoons full of ingredients... Thats it! I gave a few chances but i wont be returning costumer anymore. I really love Taco Bell but its not worth it anymore. Sorry Guys! read more

I believe they were short staffed today with the snow and just reopening but my wife and I had some of the best Taco Bell of our lives! The lady working the drive thru/cash register and the younger gentleman working the 2nd pick up window were very professional and so kind. Keep up the great work!!! read more

This Taco Bell is the Okayest Taco Bell in Harrisburg. My friend and I got there and placed our orders. It took about the same amount of time as average for the chain, but for once the food was nice and hot. I got my usual Quesaritto with some Nachos and Cinnamon Twists. Though I have eaten here before and the service and timing are ok. I will come to this one again when I'm in the area. read more

Girlfriend and I came here for a quick bite to eat, she ordered a 5 layer burrito and it came out fine, I ordered a cheese quesadilla and bean burrito specifically since I'm vegetarian. Bean burrito looked like slop and was falling apart in my hands compared to the 5 layer burrito and my "cheese quesadilla" was actually chicken, I already had taken a bite but thankfully didn't eat any meat. No rating. I love Taco Bell but those who were working today on shift at the drive thru. Worst service ever. No chips and when we ordered 6 tacos, 2 beefy 5 layer burritos and a steak quesadilla the food given was not even pleasing. First of all the tacos were drippy with grease. The quesadilla was rolled up. Was told all our food was in the bag of 6 tacos...not the rest of the ordered. Waited while the woman at the window gave us attitude. Hanging out the window saying "it's all there..." insisted it was not...waited 3 mins to get the rest of the order. Even how we were offered Diablo instead of hot or fire sauce. Swear I work my ass off for the money I make. To have someone asking for a hiring minimum wage should at least provide better better and service for the pre packaged food they make ... read more

we got the wrong order.. no big deal. But the way it was handled is why I gave 2 stars. First of all the order that wasnt even ours was packaged messy as hell, as pictured. The white female manager was snappy, raised her voice, and honestly just had a stick up her ass. She tried to tell my friends and I that we were wrong and claimed we didnt know what we ordered. Nothing wrong with a little taco bell from time to time. Its certainly not authentic Mexican food but its a cuisine all its own. A cuisine I call taco bell. Sometimes its just what you need to get through the day. I think the $5 box meals are always a good deal, however I don't always love everything in them. But for $5 what are you going to do? They are plenty of food and include a drink! As far as service goes, I've never had any issue with this particular location. So if I am in need of a taco bell fix I am happy this is here. read more

Since you have re opened your wait times are terrible. Don't get the orders on time. Don't add any sauces into my order i selected. Cant remember my drink, the tacos are literally cold. I love seeing the terrible reviews on this place. Only once have I got a completely wrong order and it was because my drunk friends and myself came through 5 minutes before they closed. We deserved whatever random food we got and we still didn't complain. You want "authentic" Mexican. Go to a Mexican restaurant and spend 5-8 times as much then. read more

I must say this review can probably apply to any fast food joint because I know the food never looks like it does in the ads but this place has to be the worse. Their hard shell taco's have maybe a teaspoon of meat, hardly any cheese and lettuce and no tomatoes. I need about 12 of them to feel full. The other items were the same way, hardly any filling in them whatsover. Taste was just so so but thats because there were hardly any ingredients to taste. read more

What makes this place stand out in my opinion is the " tostada ceviche de camaron " or lime marinaded seafood salad on a deep fried corn tortilla. I parked the car around the corner, carried the two year old, and ordered three carnitas tacos. In a matter of minutes (for the incredibly awesome price of about $4.25) they were handed to me in a plastic bag. They were perfectly cooked. The meat fell apart and had just the right amount of those succulent, chewy fatty pieces for which carnitas is famous. Each taco had two soft white corn tortillas which was good because the meat and toppings were so juicy a single layer taco would have fallen apart in mere minutes. Each taco had a nice amount of meat (not like the mere implication of meat you get at taco bell). The tacos were topped with a lovely pico de gallo which had a nice kick of cilantro and some zing from the onions. It was super, super fresh. It must have been made that day. I also ordered hot sauce on all of them. My two year old ate the hot sauce so you can rest assured that it isn't too spicy . . . but it did add a nice flavor. Yum-o to quote that Rachel lady. We will absolutely be back! I can't wait! My only complaint is that 15th street has one ways. Head up Market and you can't go wrong.

We wouldn't have minded a little more chorizo, but overall the balance still worked. We also loved the double tortilla, and these tacos were STUFFED -- no skimping here. There were lots of onions and lots of lime crema already on the tacos, which we greatly appreciated. The crema was a clutch move and kept the double-tortilla noms from getting too dry. Good call, Mid St8 Taco. Flavor-wise, they really delivered. Super tasty, filling, and exactly what we wanted on a busy, chilly December morning. One of our favorite parts of the experience was the self-service condiment bar. Instead of being put on the spot to choose toppings, you get to customize your tacos with crema, pico de gallo, fire-roasted jalapeños, pickled onions, limes, pickled jalapeños, salsa picosa, and salsa verde. It was great being able to sample a few without committing to a giant scoop of anything we might not love. (Spoiler alert: the lime crema and pickled onions were our winners.) These breakfast tacos really hit the spot, and despite the crowds, the experience was smooth and satisfying. We will happily be back for more.
