Quite literally the worst chipotle known to man kind every time I go here it's one terrible experience after another. They're lucky all the other food in Harrison sucks so people are forced to go here. They refuse to give you more than a scoop of rice and half a scoop of beans. I ordered 8 meals and found pieces of plastic in 2 of them. Literal garbage in our food. I took them back to the store and the manager(Austin) said he would refund the meal. He did not refund the meal... I asked multiple times for a manager to contact me. After 2 reviews and 3 contact me forms, I was offered reward points to cash in for free entrees that expire in 30 days. It would seem that Chipotle doesn't care that there was garbage in their food and are fine to lie about refunds and management is fine with this and isn't interested enough to contact me about the problem. The place was actually very filthy . Staff just standing around. The guy that did my food was on top of things and nice. My chicken was cold. I hope I don't get sick. I should have left when I noticed the filthy door glass on my way in. Once inside the floors were also very dirty but I still didn't leave. As I approached the counter I noticed the messy bins and food everywhere. A young man took my order, not once smiling or showing any personality that would welcome a customer. There were at least six or eight people behind the counter. None of them friendly or smiling. I ordered salad. The portion was decent, the meat (carnitas) portion was also sufficient. With no extras I was charged over ten dollars for my salad. Once I sat down and started eating I noticed how ... wet ... it was. I tipped my bowl and could actually pour water out of my bowl. Upon going back to the counter it appeared to have come from the lettuce container. I attempted to bring it to the attention of a staff person and was told to "hold on" more than once. The cashier was completely inept, I had to tell her how much change to give me. Chipotle used to be one of my go to places. They declined over the past couple of years and this location is a bust. Buckle up. I agree with the other negative reviewers. This Chipotle sucks in every way imaginable, especially in kindness and portion size. Today, however, was the last straw for me, and I'll NEVER be back. I walked into Chipotle at 11:30am, and I was told I wasn't allowed to order. I was told to "order online" (for this store) if I wanted food. Weird. Odd. Confusing. Why I went back to my car and placed an online order, I'll never know--but I did. I guess I just really wanted guac. Either way, I returned inside to pick up my online order at the designated time 15 minutes later... only to find my food wasn't there. There wasn't food there for anyone. Zero bags on the shelf. 10 people waiting. Now it was noon-ish... and 10 people waiting for online orders turned into 30. Not only that, but they were now, all of a sudden like magic, taking walk-ins. I watched 50-75 walk-ins get served in the hour plus, I waited (and 30+ others) waited for their online order. Why did I wait that long for crappy Chipotle? Two reasons: #1. The employees can't stop, pause, or refund online orders. (What bozo green lighted that?!) If I paid $20+ for tacos--I want my effing food. #2. When I asked the manager why he was serving people live (when he turned me away) he got snotty stating, "I'll lose my job if I don't take walkins." I said, "What about me? I didn't get served as a walk-in ." His reply, "We weren't serving food then." *Insert any meme you want here.* Make it make sense. So! I got his name (if he didn't lie about it) and stayed out of pure spite. What I saw was maddening: People abandoning orders. People stealing orders. People waiting for their online orders got in line, got served, paid (again... so twice now) and left before their first (online) order was even made. A pregnant woman waited an hour for her food. They didn't even bump her to the front of the line or try to help remedy the situation for her. Oh, and there were no apologies, no explainations, no empathy, and of course, no refunds. In fact, they kept that online ordering ON. (I kept checking from the app.) However, the manager did boomingly yell at the top of his lungs on three different occasions that there was now no steak, guac, or fajitas--but never an I'm sorry. Buyer beware: If place any type of online order, whether for delivery or pick up, it WILL be late, possibly cold, and/or wrong. It's unbelievable how many times they mess up our order. Today, my delivery order was placed at 6:12pm, with a 60 minute estimated delivery. Then I got an update that the order would be late (7:38-7:48). Then it was pushed back to 7:58-8:08. Then it was pushed back AGAIN to 8:58-9:08, and it was finally delivered at 8:45. Two and a half HOURS after I ordered it. This happens almost EVERY TIME. Buyer beware! read more

Location: It's located in Harrison next to Sports Clip. There is tons of parking and a few parking right in front of Chipotle. Service: Service was fast but no one smiled at me on this cold rainy day. I would have appreciate a bubbly hello and smile to brighten up such a dreary day. Food: It's the same at all Chipotle restaurants. I noticed many of the foods were not restocked like the brown rice, peppers and barbacoa. I literally got the bottom bits of peppers and barbacoa. The serving size was generous. I got globs of sour cream and guacamole on my bowl. I did have to ask for more lettuce since they only added a little to my bowl. Price: It's also the same price as other Chipotle restaurant at less than $7 for a bowl. Overall, it's hard to be disappointed because the food is on point and the price is reasonable. read more

I love Chipotle and this is the closest one to where I live so I come frequently. Somehow this Chipotle manages to have the smallest servings in the history of the chain and are frequently out of random things. Harrison OH Chipotle is hands down the worst. The staff was incompetent and rude! They were put off by us daring to have the audacity to even ask a question. We asked if we could get double meat. Which we've done before. Her response was "No." When asked why we couldn't have double meat, she said and I quote, "It would be too hard to figure out." When reminded that all it involves is simply adding more meat, she turned from being the world's most incompetent employee to being the world's most disrespectful and rude employee. To the point we ultimately just canceled our order and went somewhere else to eat. We would have spoke to a manager, but they had NO manager on staff. My review is similar to all the others I've read over. It may feel like why continue posting the same review, I think bc Corporate needs to step in and help this location. One time we were going through the line, and they did not let us know they were out of cheese until we asked for cheese. We asked if they'd at least substitute the Queso (which we had not previously asked for) and were told No. Who wants a burrito or bowl without the cheese. I informed them they need to let others know ahead of ordering that they were out of cheese. The biggest and most frequent complaint is with online ordering. The order is always wrong, the portion is very very small, and when you call to mention this, you are not offered a credit. You are told to bring the item back. I placed an order for pickup. I arrived a few minutes before the pickup time and my order was not there. I waited around a while until one of the employees noticed me, then said my order wasn't there. "Oh. It must have been stolen." My response "okay...that is not my fault." Eventually, she decides to go in the back to see about getting it remade. I've waited 15 mins at this point. Meanwhile, I have a husband waiting in the car with a crying baby. And I watch numerous people in line get there food made. Eventually, an employee comes up with bags of food to put in the to-go area. I look at the names, and mine is not there. Again. We are running late for an appointment at this time, and so I leave. I had been waiting for 40 mins for mediocre food to begin with. I call the store to ask about a refund and here "oh.
