Giving this location 3 stars because the experience was really mixed. The good: they are definitely generous with portions here. My barbacoa burrito bowl was loaded and actually felt worth the money. Everything in my bowl tasted fresh and satisfying. The bad: my wife's carnitas tacos were honestly terrible. The meat was extremely dry, lacked flavor, and tasted like it had been sitting around for a day or two. Huge difference compared to the quality of the barbacoa. So while I enjoyed my food because of the portion size and fresh ingredients, the inconsistency between our meals makes it hard to rate this place any higher. read more

Wed. 11/03/2025... 5:40 PM Chipotle Mexican Grill. The place had a good group of people when we walked in. Now at the counter for a first time ever at Chipotle, we ordered 2-Bowls, it was hard to make a decision as all the meats were at the bottom of their containers and they did not look inviting. The Steak looked dry and Chicken is not our favorite choice for Mexican Food, We chose the Carnitas. Your in a Smorgasbord line where everything is served. The 1st thing they put in the bowl is 2-full scoops of rice that's cooked with Cilantro. I did not know this as I cannot stand the taste of Cilantro and it mixes in the bowl after Beans, Carnitas, Lettuce, Salsa and Guacamole are added on top of the rice. I thought the Guacamole was included in the price but a extra charge of $2.95 was added for one bowl for a total $27.10 with tax. One Big Problem, The Hot Food Is In Containers and Sitting in Hot Water, you have to wonder how hot is the water because the Food Was Not Very Hot (Temperature-Wise) and the food needed salt and you have to ask for it. Opens officially on January 17, 2025. Went today for friends and family event. Clean, open concept location with drive-thru window. Next to Dave's Hot Kitchen. Service was great, and food was great (had lots of spice). Hope they maintain quality as they open. Quantity was average, same as every other Chipotle now (shrink-flation). Other than that, great! I went to this location today for lunch and ordered online and picked up through the drive up window. This chipotle is the closest to my job and I usually go here once every other week for convenience but today was my LAST time. I ordered a bowl and it had literally half a scoop of chicken. 10 pieces of chicken to be exact. Looked like someone just dumped the chicken out of the bowl. Whoever was working on my online order tonight for pickup through the drive thru really skimped us out. Barely had much. Barely any rice, chicken, and didn't put extra veggies like I asked. This chipotle is by far the worst location ever. The workers are rude, not welcoming, and stingy. The portion sizes would not even be enough for my toddler. When we asked for more, there was no communication and a rude stare and attitude that was given. They act like it comes out of their paycheck or as if we weren't going to pay? I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Daniel for making our dinner such a special experience! My daughter has some dietary limitations and often gets sad when she can't eat certain foods. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure she had plenty of options she could enjoy. He took extra care to fill her kids' plate with items she was able to eat, and as we sat down, she was dancing in her chair with excitement over the foods she picked out herself. You have no idea how much that meant to us -- it was such a big deal for her to be able to choose her own food and feel included. Daniel even took her order directly from her and topped it off with a fun elbow "high five." Thank you, Daniel, for making her night so special. Usually have a great experience here. Typically come during lunch times when Chris is serving, came in today around 5:45pm when it was relatively empty. No one in line. Asked for double rice, probably received less than a serving n a half. Ordered chicken on my burrito and he literally shook chicken off of the spoon, to the point it looked like it was less than a serving (keep in mind the chicken container was nearly full). Did the same for the kids quesadilla side that I ordered (paid extra for too). Between family n friends, we all agree this chipotle beats others nearby by not being weird with portions. Notice how it says they close at 11... I show up at 10:30 and the doors are locked, all the employees are inside looking at us like it's already 11, not even bothering to open the door and try to help us out. The hours aren't tentative either, it's right there on the door that they close at 11?? Not only that but I tried calling beforehand to see JUST IN CASE that they had what I wanted and the line didn't work all 5 times that I called. Listen to these reviews, the workers suck. My husband and I love Chipotle. We were very much looking forward to this new Highland location. Him and I have visited twice and the store was clean, staff was courteous, helpful, and patient. We went there when they first opened.We ordered 3 burrito bowls, 2 with guacamole.They scooped the spoon but put 80 %back in their container ,but the worst part was we had to throw them out because they were soooo salty.I know it wasn't just the salsa because 2 bowls had it on the side .It was a to go order ,so when we got home and tasted the food I called and called and called for over two hours no one ever picked up the phone to let them know their food was way tooooo salty .Haven't been back and it's a family favorite. read more

We experienced the new Highland Green spot Chipotle restaurant this weekend. I generally frequent the one on Hospitality. The ambience in and outside of the one on Greenspot is nice and clean. The employees on the serving line and cashiering were polite, good customer service. Was offered a sample of the new Brisket when I inquired. I saw an employee doing temp checks on the food serving line. Also I thought the drive thru window was for food orders but the staff said its only a pickup window.. so they shared information about things..appreciated We ordered a quesadilla w/ brisket which was a good flavor if you like spicy food.. I also ordered a dbl chicken bowl, no beans w/ bag of chips.. The chips did not taste crisp and fresh, a bit stale..also was not a hearty Amt in the bag.. I've had many Chipotle chicken bowls, however there was gristle Attached to some of the chicken chunks and the flavor was not quite on point compared to the other restaurant location. Perhaps the restaurant is still too new, and cooks do vary.. but chipotle bowls and chips should not have that kind of variation.. The reason for 3 stars.. the staff did that part.. perhaps in the future we will try a comparison again but for us, if you like Chipotle, was disappointing & won't be revisiting soon..sometimes you're not in position to drive back to return for redos ..The cost of food when eating out now days is significant and not to be taken lightly.. the same can be said for the costs now days at Chipotle restaurants sooo we hope this is a growing pain of this particular food venue & do better in the future..
