I came in to pick up my online order, but it had not been started yet. As I watched the sandwich get made, I noticed she was not toasting the bread. Once I saw her add avocado, I asked if she could toast the bread. I stated I requested toasting in the special instructions because toast was not an option when ordering. She immediately and visibly got upset, argued that the note was not listed, and then became condescending when I asked again if she could toast it. Because of her rude response, I requested a refund. She was upset by this and, even though this was my first face-to-face interaction with her since I normally order online, she stated I had complained three times. This was incorrect. Back on 4/24/26, I placed an online order where special instructions again requested toast, but it was not done. I requested a refund at that time as well due to the attitude of the employee on the phone. At the time, I did not realize the woman on the phone was the same person I dealt with today. I asked for a receipt confirming the refund, but she refused to provide anything, including her name, even though she claimed to be the manager. I asked for her name so I could reference her if there was an issue with my refund. She does not look taller than 5ft, Hispanic/Latin, with unnatural red hair. I left with no guarantee of my refund. Managers exact words were "you got your refund last time, you will this time" I have now filed a complaint with Subway and am looking for the franchise owner information to escalate further. I will not be returning here. I may only be one customer, but I will be sure to share this experience with my dozen of coworkers who normally go to this location and others in the community. read more

I went to subway for dinner and had an excellent experience. A young woman with nose piercings on both sides was very amicable and patient. I was placing an order for my grandfather who can take a moment to hear and verbalize what he wants. She did not rush us and gave us her complete attention. It means the world to me when people can recognize certain situations and spread a little compassion my way. The subway menu changed, but majority of the sandwiches are the same under a new name. The meatball marinara is always a classic! I also tried the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with jalapeño bread. They remodeled the inside of the restaurant, so it's very nice and appealing. The prices aren't the $5 subs my grandpa remembers, but paying $12 for a sandwich is crazy. I rather pay an extra couple bucks and get a full entree with two sides at a restaurant. Three 6 inch subs & three drinks came out to around $36. No avocado was added. No cookies or chips. The customer service was the main thing that made me overlook the price! Friendly atmosphere from everyone that works here at different hours of the day that I have visited. Open later than most, I believe it's a 24 hr operation and you'll never find yourself feeling like you're unwelcomed here. Tables are always clean and bathrooms seem to never need extra attention. This is hands down my favorite subway store. They always put in a lot of care and effort when making their sandwiches and seem like they put in a lot of pride into their work. At other locations I've had workers cut my bread horribly uneven and slop together a mess of a sandwich :( but never at this subway! They completely deserve the 4.5 rating they currently have. I'm always so impressed by the service I get here. Also if you bring in your receipt from previous purchase, you get 10% off your order. 24/7 location!! Reason why it's 4 stars! Whenever I come here it's always at night. Usually I get the Veggie sandwich. I'm not too fond of all the other ones. Veggie sub - I add sweet onion sauce that's meant for the teriyaki chicken to my veggie sub w/ no extra costs. It's so good. It makes the sub much better tasting than it would be regularly. I came in here after driving down all the way from L.A. to visit family, and finding everything else was closed around the area. The sandwich artist working the graveyard shift, Vanessa, was super polite and went above and beyond when I happened to mention that the meatballs in my sub always had a tendency to fly out of the flatbread.
