Chipotle in general and this one especially has really gone downhill. Came to pick up an order last night at 8:00 and the worker was ranting about how they are running out of everything. We specifically asked if they had everything for our order, 2 bowls & chips and queso and she assured us she did. Get home open the bag, missing a bowl and the other bowl was missing sour cream and beans and if there were 6-7 pieces of chicken I'd be surprised. What the heck? I just walked out of this chipotle livid. The lady at the cash register, Brittney, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I overheard her treating a seemingly-new employee poorly. She literally raised her voice at him because he wasn't passing the entrees down enough. Then, she was throwing customers' food into the bag with no regard. Honestly, Chipotle hasn't been doing it for me like it used to, so I haven't been to one in quite some time. If you've been on hiatus from Chipotle and decide to visit this location, this will be the one to probably turn you off completely. When I arrived, they already had a pretty long line. When I got up to the front to place my order, it was okay, but the employee making my bowls was rushing. He added something to one of the bowls that I didn't want. This particular bowl was for my mom. He added spicy salsa to the bowl, and my mom doesn't do spicy. He kept it moving without offering to remake it. Also, the food prep area was a mess! I feel like there were more ingredients all over the counter and in bins they weren't supposed to be in than anything else. I silently prayed for anyone that has a food allergy because you might be running a risk coming here. As for me, I don't see myself coming back. The last time I ordered takeout from this location I ordered a quesadilla. No lie when I tell you when I opened the packaging the only thing in the container was the sides, pico, rice and beans. How they could have forgotten the main part of the meal is just beyond me. Omg is all I could say! It's Saturday night 6/24/23 and my teenager has a craving for Chipotle, we walk in at around 9pm so an hour to closing and when I tell you I almost threw up right in the store. It was the filthiest place I have EVER seen in all my life. Completely accurate 1.5 star rated establishment. When I entered the facility at 9:30pm, the staff had already removed all food trays and were busy making their own burritos. Our office used doordash yesterday to have a lunch delivery from here. Given various dietary issues, ie one being gluten free and another being allergic to dairy, beyond being careful in placing the order we still called to emphasize attention to these details. Despite this, the order was still screwed up. The dairy free order of steak tacos with rice and corn salsa came with steak rice and cheese. Who knew that cheese and corn were the same thing? While I thought they forgot my husbands tacos I was on the phone trying to call and let them know by the way very difficult to do all you get is a recorded message telling you to contact on line. Which didnt matter my daughter did find two small balls of foil that contained three tacos. If you want to call them that. which it wouldnt fill my dog which is a chihuahua. We've ordered here 3x in the past 6 weeks, and every single time, there is something wrong with our order. Today, my steak burrito had no steak in it. In these covid times, we aren't exactly eating out a whole lot, so ordering something as straightforward as Chipotle is something we actually get excited about - except what we pick up is never correct. Last time, they failed to give us not only the queso we ordered, but also the chips. And the time before that? ALSO THE CHIPS. The incredible thing is, the full order is printed on the receipt that's stapled to the pickup bag. How is there zero quality control? Incredibly, when I came here to write my review, I see that the past several reviews all reference the same thing. Wrong orders. Bummer. In all my years of life I have never once reviewed a restaurant on Yelp. But I created this account just for the sole purpose of reviewing this brain dead excuse of a dining establishment. It is by light years far, the worst Chipotle, maybe the worst building that offers semi-edible food I have ever stepped into. The people making your burrito/bowls don't listen. The cashier actually stepped out from behind the counter to dap up his buddy while I was standing there like a hermit just waiting to pay. I sat there for about 45 seconds before the neurons in his brain started firing again and realized that he was actually at work and had to take my money. That was interesting I once ordered a bowl for pickup and when I opened it, it looked like someone stuck one of those oversized spoons in it to take enough of my food to fill a dog bowl. So I got charged for 100% of the bowl and only got fed 60% of the portion. Fair trade - thanks 2 different times I barely finished my food only to feel like I had a rock sitting in my stomach for the next 2 days. Seeing the lack of awareness from cashiers and the kids who make the burritos leads me to believe that the chefs cook their chicken just enough so they're no longer clucking or making noise - but not long enough so just the right amount of bacteria and salmonella is left to make you sick.
