Every time we go to this location, there is something wrong with our order. This time was by far the worst, in that every single thing in our order was incorrect. We also ordered a side of guacamole which was absent. Unfortunately we had it delivered which took 30 minutes so by the time we got the food we made a decision to not waste what was delivered. However we are getting really tired of this location consistently getting our order completely wrong or the guacamole being old, brown and oxidized or the meat being full of fat. It's really sad that we have to be at this place in person watching their every move just so that our order is correct, and even then- we've had items we didn't ask for added or omitted. Time to clean house and get some better employees who actually give the bare minimum of a **** about their job. read more

Ok, Chipotle never disappoints with their food and the quality. But this restaurant is absolutely disgusting. It's sooooo filthy, trash overflowing, food all over the tables and floor, the ice machine must have broke and the ice was spilled out all over the floor and on the drink machine. I was going to take photos but I was too disgusted and embarrassed for the joint. Not to mention it was FREEZING inside - I know that's petty but we literally had to leave because we couldn't eat our food inside. I would never go back to this location. I ordered and instead of the person who was helping me take my husband's order, they started his bowl but then proceeded to take a random woman at the counter who was placing a large order. So I'm waiting at the register for my husband's order so that I could pay, and he was stuck behind the woman who was placing a large order. Finally I asked someone to finish his order so that we could get the hell out of there. By then , the line was to the door. The staff was screaming that they were out of everything. I also want to mention that since I was new to this place, I asked the employee what everything was after he asked me whatI wanted. I had no idea what was available. My boyfriend and I went to chipotle because it was close to his moms, he works at another chipotle. Inside there was food and crumbs all over the floor and bleach stains on the floor by the soda machine. There was water dripping out from underneath the machine and wasn't properly cleaned. I placed an online order at this Chipotle tonight for a pick up time at 7:45. I arrived at 7:40, as I typically arrive early for an online pickup because I understand with the current situation they may experience busy and slow times of orders without any dine in experience and if they make it early at least its not sitting for too long. When I arrived no one acknowledged I was there for 2 to 3 minutes even though I was the only one in the restaurant. Once someone finally did, I told them I was there for my order and it was already complete. They handed me a bag and I told them it came with a drink, they told me the drink was in the bag so I thanked them and left. As I got to the car and decided to check the bag and realized there was no drink just an empty cup so I had to go back in and get my drink. Ok, a bit of a rocky pickup but nothing I couldn't look past. Once I got home, I live 6 minutes away, I opened up the meals and they were sloppily put together, ice cold and the guacamole on the meal as well as the side order I purchased was a grayish brown like it had been left out for days. I tried to reach out to the restaurant to get refund and there was no answer and the voice mail was full. I will not be ordering from this Chipotle again. read more

The worst Chipotle in Monmouth County, at least. I have been going to this location since it opened; on and off. I moved away after it opened so I am in the neighborhood less. However, I have seen the decline in service. I can usually shrug it off. Food service is rough, fast food work is rough/underpaid, etc. I get it. I worked food service but this was a bridge too far. I ordered online since they previously, unlike other locations, took only online orders. I was wrong since they had walk in today. That was my mistake. The rest was not. My meal was promised for 1:30 PM. Knowing it is usually behind, I waited a bit longer entering at about 1:35 PM. No order. I waited, as did another order customer, as walk-ins came and went. After 1:40, I realized my order was sitting dying on a cart to be brought over to the tables. Orders, probably 9 at least, were sitting getting cold while employees on the line itself stood around doing nothing - ignoring the customers who were waiting for our online orders. When I finally got my order, I realized that not only was it cold due to it waiting like that. It was wrong. My request for extra brown rice was, instead, interpretted as less rice than one would get with a standard order. Again, unacceptable. I don't like doing this because I get food service is hard and underpaid. But, there is a line. Next time I am in the Hazlet-Keyport-Holmdel area, I'll drive out of my way to Red Bank and eat in my car before I go to this Chipotle again. read more

The woman working at the counter left to get more lettuce, slammed it on the table, started being annoyed with the other employee, and proceeded to be rude to the rest of the customers.
