I enjoy coming to a Jersey Mike's. They have great sandwiches. My favorite is #9; The Club Supreme. The combination of both roast beef and turkey on a sandwich is the best. I love Jersey Mike's. The one in Red Bank NJ? Wonderful. This One? Horrific. I'm going to echo what someone else said below. Less than Standard amounts put on the food. I ate a bread sandwich tonight that had a memory of what meat used to taste like. This isn't Subway, I shouldn't be given next to nothing at all. Turns out it's the Franchise owner TELLING the people working here, to give less than normal. Will not be coming back to this one, ever. This is also the 3rd time, in a row. This Holmdel franchise is terrible being that I have ordered delivery/takeout from them numerous times. They have rarely given me a correct order and left chips/beverage, as well as toppings on the sandwhich I ordered a "Number 4/ w everything except salt and pepper" along w a drink and chips and only received the cold cuts and nothing else. (via delivery - so service charge thru ubereats would cost more if I were to send back...) I spoke to some "manager" that day and was told I would get a refund due to wrong sandwhich. After a few days - not receiving any emails I contacted the "manager" again and was told he did not receive the message and would like to see me face to face to give me a refund. No idea why I gave this branch a chance again... and again.... but they continuously fail. Middletown Branch is so much more friendly. I usually avoid chain places if I want a decent meal. I was surprised years ago when I actually got a really good sub sandwich from Jersey Mike's. I still don't frequent Jerseys Mike's for sub sandwiches, but it is definitely an excellent and quality sandwich. My husband and I needed a quick bite for a road trip and stopped in at this location. Let me tell you that this place was about ten people deep, the employees were like the people in the pit of a race car track. They were LIGHTNING fast at taking orders, asking questions, slicing fresh meats and cheese and the slicer for each sandwich and all the while never ever missing a beat and still remaining as courteous as could be. I have slowly become obsessed with this place. This is probably the best sub I've ever had. I started getting the Club sub Mike's Way (this is a must!) but then decided to try the cheese steak, which was also delicious. The people that work there are super friendly and efficient.
