Chipotle Mexican Grill is pretty much my go-to when it comes to fast food. While I would never call Chipotle Mexican Grill anything even remotely close to authentic Mexican food (it is, after all fast-food), it is still pretty tasty and a great meal to grab if you are in a hurry. It is also relatively healthy, even more admirable when you take into consideration that it is fast-food and when you compare it to those huge fast-food burger chains. I most often get a burrito bowl when I am at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I change the proteins up, but I most often get either chicken or steak (or sometimes half and half). I have been getting the carnitas a bit more lately. The service here was friendly enough and I was in and out in a relatively quick amount of time. I do know how and why they able to get away with it? Also, the burrito is tasteless, bland. Now I like their cheese sauce and Avocados. That's about the only thing good. Food is OK, I mean it's a Chipotle same as all the others. I would suggest someone to pick up a broom and dust pan and someone else get a cleaning solution and paper towels for the tables. We placed an order through the app to be picked up at 7:30. I arrived at 7:30 and waited till 7:45. Lady asked me for my order name and I told her it was two orders. She bagged them right in front of me. When I got home 20 minutes away my wife noticed that the order was completely wrong, even wrong names on the individual items, bag had correct label, but everything inside was wrong. I went back and told them calmly to please re-do the order. And to also re-do the second order because I did not want to eat cold food and I would like to eat with my family. Manager refused to make the second order. Stating that they had done the one item correctly. I sternly expressed that it wasn't fair for me to eat cold food because of their mistake. She refused, I asked for the manager, she said she was, I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name so I took my phone out to document her identity since she did not want to identity herself by name and she said that now she would not make any of the food. And that to get a refund I would have to contact corporate. This supposed "manager" has no business being a manager. In the real world, making an additional meal for having messed up three other ones and keeping a customer happy is the proper way to deal with the situation. Yelp needs a 0 stars option cause that's what this chipotle deserves. For starters, the restaurant is always disgusting. Messy, dirty, smelly. Forks? None. Spoons? None. Soda machine? Always flat. The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumer's mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. We were visiting Everglades and wanted to do a quick grab for our lunch and we stopped by this place in the morning. They looked quite busy and had customers completely buzzing in and out. Luckily, both the staff and customers were still maintaining social distancing and wearing masks and there were no in-house eating but the outdoor dining was open. In my 6 years of eating at Chipotles across the US, I've never seen a Chipotle kitchen packed with staff like this location was. We got ourselves two boxes and were our way out after a quick checkout. The food was good and was to the standard of a typical Chipotle but the packaging was bit loose on one of the boxes that we had some sauce leaking out of it, by the time we opened it for lunch. read more

Arrived at this location at 9:30, they close at 11pm. I waited in line for 20 mins to be told when I reached the front of the line that they were out of all proteins except carnitas and barbacoa. They were out of everything with a full house of customers and an hour and a half left till closing. I did not see staff cooking any steaks or replenishing any of the items they were out of. Not sure if they were short staffed or not but based on these reviews this location needs some improvements. At least put up a sign letting the customers know you're out of ingredients. :/ read more

When you go to get your condiments, none of the drinks are fooled up all the forks with a spoon, supposed to be the spoon supposed to be what a forks are, the garbage was over full flowingand I just feel like all the workers was in La La Land. Ordered online a couple of time since they opened in Homestead, little by little the service has gotten worse and worse for pickup orders. Love the homestead pavilion but yesterday I was very disappointed by this chipotle location. I walk in at 11am which this location opens at 10:45, there's no line or wait to get my food and when I begin my order a bowl with white rice before i can say anything else I'm shocked to see that the tin of white rice is empty and I'm served the scraps on the bottom. I ask if i can get double rice because it didn't look satisfactory and to my surprise the employee tells me that i can't do that because they are all out of white rice that they need to make some. After getting food from this chipotle on many occasions, I am starting to believe the other reviews. I've placed one online order, but because it was all wrong, I will not do so again. My niece is a vegan and ordered vegan food and asked for a salad dressing. She was told they were all out of salad dressing. Ashe sat there, eating her meal, she saw somebody another customer that was paying for his food asked for a salad dressing, he was given a salad dressing. Needless to say, my niece was livid. She lives within walking distance, but now drives to the other Chipotle on De Anza. I think this store (on Homestead and De Anza) needs new management. read more

Pretty sure none of the employees here have worked at chipotle longer than 6 months because everyone moves slow and acts like they just started. Not sure if corporate training is a thing here but let me just say the service is terrible. 3 out of 3 times after placing an online order the wait time has been 30-40 minutes after the initial ready time. And every time I go to pick it up other frustrated customers are sharing the same experience and verbally expressed their discontent to me while waiting in the store. 2 out of the 3 times I've ordered from here my order had to be remade and they still f#cked it up. I think this last time hot salsa was put in my burrito out of spite 2/13/22. I can sympathize for the employees but there's no excuse to be so tardy. Lack of proper management has led this place to fall short of the margin. Having lived across the country in many different states I can safely say this is the worst chipotle I've ever been too. It's a common theme for the restaurant industry in the homestead area to so terrible so what can I say. People are on island time out here and most of the employees hate their lives and jobs. My advice if you order online give it 30 to 40 mins after said "ready time" to actually pick up your order. Also double check it before you leave the store. If I could give it 0 stars I would. My family and I are absolutely obsessed with chipotle. I was so disappointed with the customer service and rude experience from the employees. On 09/02/22 at around 9ish I went to pick up an online order for my family . They were out of almost everything (no a big deal as I understood it was late), the manager came to where the pick up stations was and the lady who was making the online orders calmly said there a f****** roach on your head. I honestly wish I could not give any stars, this location is just TRASH! The last experience I had at this location was terrible but it had been some time and this is the closest location to me so I decided to give it another try. It was last Friday, I placed my order online since I ordered a quesadilla and that item can only ordered online well they made that incorrectly, I also had ordered a side of queso and chips and was informed when I picked up my order that they had run of both since the early afternoon. How can an establishment run out of these two items such early on in the day!!!!!! Plus there was trash all over the restaurant, and all the tables were dirty and left with trays! We walked in to chipotle in homestead right off Campbell drive, and ran into the most ridiculous policy at chipotle. We wanted to order a quesadilla with only cheese jn store but we're told they were not allowed to make it unless it was an online order ?? What!!!!? But my kid all she eats is the quesadilla from chipotle, which I told them and they couldn't even make the kids one because they had no small tortillas and couldn't even make an exception for being out of the small ones to use the big ones. For claiming to be a kid friendly brand they sure couldn't make my kid a kid quesadilla, having the ability to do so in front of me.
