Went in in with great expectations... only to be disappointed by one of my absolute favorite chains. Recently relocated to the area for work. Figured I'd grab a late dinner to go. Was greeted by the manager and the rest went down hill.... girl at the counter made no attempt to greet me upon walking up and stood there with a glare!? I said hello and off we went. No verbal interaction whatsoever as I inquired why the steak (bottom) of pan was cut so small and dried out!! I asked for fresh steak and was told no we can't do that till it's all gone!?!?? We've patronized this location at least three times since it opened and the customer service has been poor EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Y'all watch out with this location, I came in around 6pm for a bowl and went home to eat and after a few bites in I started chewing on something really crunchy and hard with a bitter taste, I thought it was some type of pepper but I spat out my food to found shards of glass in it! Literally several pieces of glass were in my rice, I called the store and they admitted to breaking something and that they didn't know how far the glass spread or what food it got into. I go in for a refund and the staff and ,manager Angela are annoyed with several dirty looks as if I were in the wrong. On top of that they refused to refund the entire meal! I am a huge fan of Chipotle, I typically visit 2-3 times a week. Unfortunately every time I visit this particular location, there is an issue. The last visit, before today, there was someone with very long hair behind the line preparing the guacamole, no gloves, no hair net and her purse on her shoulder as if she was leaving. I'm not quite sure why she was in the vicinity of the food and that is unacceptable. The last two visits they were out of the vinaigrette and this is before 8:30pm. 3 visits ago they were out of chicken, so a line formed as we waited over 15 mins for the chicken. I do not know the processes, I am unsure how much food is prepped, but this location seem to have consistent business and should be prepared. There was a long line as I walked in I wonder why it wasn't moving soon I'd begin to find out they were out of everything. Do not order mobile! Most restaurants have a side area and person that handles just online orders. They wait until the last minute to handle mobile/online orders so there's usually 5-6 people sitting at tables waiting on their online orders after the pickup time. They will also definitely short your meat servings. You will have ALOT of rice. But compared to the other chipotles you will not get meet.
