There is barely any parking because of all the nearby businesses, so you must park in the back and walk way around in the heat. A Chipotle door in the back will taunt you, but don't get excited; she locked. Next, go inside and if you ordered ahead, your order will not be waiting on the shelf, even if it's been a while. You must ask for it for some reason. Now sit at a dirty tiny table and realize the burrito is like 90% rice and the cilantro sauce for which you paid $1 extra seems absent. Where are the beans? Horrible management at this location! I love Chipotle, but this location has been consistently awful. My daughter and I visited on the day they were offering a buy-one-get-one-free promotion. When we arrived, they were out of steak, but we said we were willing to wait. They also told us they were out of brown rice and would not be making more--even though it was only 6:00 PM. They said they were only serving white rice for the rest of the night. My daughter has an allergy to white rice, and I explained this to the staff, but they showed no concern. I asked if they could get brown rice from the "to-go" side, and they refused. They told me the only way to get brown rice was to place an online order. I explained that ordering online would mean missing out on the promotion, and the employee had no response. I asked how to make a complaint, and they told me to call the management number. I've called for three days, and the line is always busy. No one ever answers. This is not the first bad experience I've had here. Another time, I tried to order a quesadilla online (since that's the only way to order one), but the online system was down. I went inside to explain, and they acknowledged the website issue--but still refused to make a quesadilla for my son because "it can only be ordered online." Everytime I order online they mess it up!!! Yesterday my sister ordered 4 chipotle bowls n gave her 1 vinaigrette sauce.. she asked for 3 more and they told her she had to come inside to get it. My sister declined to go inside and sat in the line telling them how that doesn't make sense if she placed an online order then they called the police on her for something so small that could have been handled in a professional manner. With everything going on, we all accept shortages in supplies, work staff, and reduced hours. That being said, I have to say, what the heck! Items advertised are unavailable, the staff could care less if you are here or not, and the dining room is a disaster. Seriously will not go here ever again. Our burritos were cold. They didn't hear the tortillas before making them. They can't roll a burrito to save their life. Also, new policy that you can only get a one vinaigrette per entree even if you are willing to pay for the extras. Then the ones they do give you have about a tablespoon of vinaigrette each. The people when asked about the policy were also rude to my husband. Will definitely go elsewhere and I can see why this location is rated so low. Wow!!! A mobile order drive thru for pickup? Yyyyaaasss. I am all about convenience and this was awesome. We came here to Chipotle and I knew for sure with a fussy toddler there was no way I was getting out of the car. I placed my order in the mobile app. You have two options to pick up. Either park in one of the pickup parking spots and walk Inside to get it or drive in the drive thru. I opted for the drive thru. It didn't take long at all to pick up my order. I ordered the lifestyle salad bowl (Whole 30). I always want something spicy so I added the red chili salsa. Yummy. The food was fresh and my belly was happy. If you plan on going to this location go in to order. Do not do curbside and save your money on delivery! It's not often that my curbside/delivery orders are correct. One time I ordered a chicken bowl but there was no chicken. Another time I paid the extra for guac and queso and they filled it half way. My family ate at Chipotle in Hutto last night and the restaurant was filthy! There wasn't a clean table anywhere - I finally got some napkins and water and wiped down 2 tables for us. All the tables had left over food on them from prior customers and food and used napkins on the floor. When I spoke to the young man that was the manager about the mess, he just nodded his head. Finally, after 20 minutes one of the employees swept the floor. The trash bins will piled high with Chipotle sacks and there was no room for more trash. I didn't notice that all the employees were terribly busy as they seemed to have time to visit with each other. If you are in the area don't waste your time going to this location. The food is so bland in taste. So many young kids working there and never did I see a manager. The rice had no taste, chicken Al pastor had no flavor either. They didn't have kids chip bags nor fruit. My order consisted of two kids meals. So when time came to get the kids chips, cashier said they didn't have any. Then I asked what is another option, she goes to tell me fruit. But that they didn't have any either! Every time I come here is worst than the last. Not coming back again. Some part of my meal is almost always undercooked (rice isn't supposed to be crunchy, chips are supposed to). There is a parking lot in back but they leave the door locked, against fire code btw, so good luck with that when it's 102. I love Chipotle. Apparently according to their marketing email I am in the top 1% of customers? But I have been continuously beyond disappointed with my experience here. The portions are SO SO skimpy compared to other locations and the food is always cold! They give maybe an ounce of protein if you are lucky and it's always burnt small pieces. Beyond that, they have gotten my order incorrect on several of these occasions. There was black beans when I asked for none and no corn. There were three little pieces of chicken. I placed an order on DoorDash for pickup to this location, as verified on DoorDash. When I get to the store they say that they don't have my order ready because their systems are down, refuse to make the order because they can't see it in their system (as their systems are down), despite me showing them my phone with the order on it. They then lock the doors, refuse to issue a refund and walk away so I can't communicate with anyone or speak to a manager about my issue. Horrible customer service and literal theft. I really love Chipotle overall. This location just has a few things to work through as they are newer and adjusting. We have ordered from this location about 10 times now. Multiple times things have been missing from our orders (queso, salad dressing, etc.) We usually order through the Chipotle app and pick it up in the drive thru available. In addition, the rice at this location is hardly cooked properly. It's undercooked, which makes it hard to chew and therefore has no flavor. It was as if we are chewing on tiny rocks in our salads and burritos. Hopefully management sees this review and addresses the rice issue. We would love to try this location again in the future, but will wait awhile to see if a change occurs. read more
