today 8/22/23 at around 4:15 The young indian woman working here, i didn't catch her name, she has consistently demolished my burrito every single time that i have come here, drenching it in loads of sour cream when i SPECIFICALLY ask for a TINY TINY BIT. If you plan on coming here and eating a burrito, i suggest you get a pair of cloves, considering it will be drenched making a mess. I have eaten chipotle over a decade now. Never not once have i ever been so irritated with an employee. you have ONE job. This is just beyond ridiculous. I will NOT be returning. Pretty disappointed with this chipotle today, came in and they say they don't have any rice ready, no problem I don't mind waiting a few minutes. Get down to the register and get a drink and chips and there's no mention that the ice machine isn't working so everything is warm and they don't have any of the limeades or lemonades they usually do so I paid for warm water and stale chips to go with my meal. I don't know if there's just not a competent manager at this store anymore or if I've just not been paying attention every other time I've come here. Also when you have 5 people working there shouldn't be one on the line with three others just talking in the online area while the guy in the kitchen is working his butt off, guy in the kitchen you're the reason this isn't a one star review btw cause your food still tasted good. read more

Ordered a bowl with sofritas, no beans, no rice, extra pico, corn hot salsa, sour cream and extra lettuce. Whoever was working the to go orders around 4pm on 9/4/23 must have not been able to process the words on the order as there was only cheese, lettuce and sour cream in my bowl. I'm not sure how someone could even put together a bowl with only 3 ingredients and think that's what someone ordered. Brutal showing on a day where we are supposed to be able to celebrate workers. Tough to do when the worker in the instance might need to be retrained on reading. Maybe mixing in a double check process to make sure the bowl is put together correctly could help out. read more

I picked up a chipotlane order. They got my order mixed up with a "Steven S." That's not the issue. It happens. It was a short drive back to the restaurant for me. They apologized and fixed the order. I could see they were frazzled so I let them know it was no big deal. Here's the problem: they took the food I brought back and placed it on the shelf just in case Steven S. returned to pick it up. Are you kidding me? I opened it to check the food and everything. I asked, "Shouldn't you throw that away?" The young man working the drive through quipped, "Theoretically." I told him, "You don't know where I took that or if I opened it." Begrudgingly, he threw it out. If thi is what they do in front of the customers, I can't imagine what they do behind the scenes. read more

Just picked up a order from this new location and it was cold. Not room temp cold but nearly refrigerator cold. . We place the order and we're there 15min later at the exact pickup time we put in the app. Not sure why they are serving food this cold but it's definitely unacceptable and probably dangerous. Filing a complaint with the health department also. read more

I love chipotle I get it often so when this one opened up right down the street from my house I was so excited! I've been there multiple times at this point for it to be good. I meat is always tough and dry and cold like it was cooked yesterday. And everything else is bland. read more

first time trying this location. HORRIBLE. food seemed to be sitting there for awhile. Not accommodating to the fact that I WANTED plant based protein. Closes at 10, walked in at 8:57PM, more than an hour till close and were not willing to make a fresh batch of plant based protein. This place was was not great on presentation, there was 4 workers with none to clean or prepare food. This chipotle is anything but convenient for people who go there on their lunch break. I ordered a chicken bowl with quite a few ingredients to be picked up through the chipotlane, however the line was quite long and hadn't moved in 5-10 minutes. I decided to back up out of the lane to park and walk inside to get some assistance since it was 1:20 and my food was ready to be picked up at 1. When I walked inside 2 ladies that worked the chipotlane line we're dealing with their orders but occasionally looked over to offer assistance-I got no acknowledgment. I walked over to the order line to ask for assistance and the employee working said since I ordered it through the drive thru I would have to go through the drive through basically saying there could be no accommodations to receive my order. I ended up talking to the manager and she said I would have to talk to the ladies that were running the chipotlane to see if I could receive my order. As I was waiting there to speak to someone the customer in front of me was being helped. When he left I was completely ignored and felt disrespected that she did not want to deal with me. I waited for some kind of acknowledgment from her but she just turned around and put on her gloves and made no attempt to talk to me about my order. I ended up walking back out to my car to go through the lane since I couldn't not receive help inside. When I received my food, it was completely cold. I'm not a satisfied customer. Great place! Very welcoming, I would recommend the portion size to be a bit larger but everything else seems to be okay!

This was my first time going to this location. I ordered online for pickup at 3:20pm. I got my order at 3:40pm, waiting inside for 25 minutes. I understand restaurants get busy and I have grace for that. However, everyone who was in line waiting when I got there, and people who came in after me, including drive-thru guests, all received their orders before me. I finally asked about my order and it was on a shelf in the back, instead of the front pick up window. I'm not sure why it was there. Either way, I saw the employee put it on the shelf and it was probably about five minutes before I asked. There should be a better system where online orders aren't last priority. Disappointing, especially since I had my 3 young kids waiting too. read more

Im a big fan of chipotle and have never had any issues with them but recently at this location i have had to wait 15-20 minutes for steak and many items from the menu have not been available. I come in to the store and get to order and steak is not available and i notice that they dont have none on the grill. I would understand if some different type of meat was on there cooking but the grill is empty. read more

I usually love Chipotle but I've ordered from this location twice and both times I wished I hadn't. It seems like they have zero training on how to put together burritos/tacos. It's all way overstuffed and it ends up a big, sloppy, soggy mess. Not only that, but it's like they don't pay attention to your ingredient specifications at all. 10/10/2022 (11:30am - 1pm) Pretty bad. The Manager Lady served us food from a cold stove in the to-go line twice. The first was a door dash delivery so we just figured there was a delay in the delivery. I did attempt to heat it up for 11/2mins and it was still cold! So now I'm eating soggy lettuce and still cold steak! No thanks. We went to the store to have our order corrected and that's where we met The Manager Lady. She claimed she made our order correctly, they were close enough for me not to really care about what was in it, but she was still wrong. I mainly just wanted the protein to be fresh and hot. She argued a little, but remade our order in the end. We arrive home and start diggin into some MORE STILL COLD STEAK! Now, I could easily heat it up in the microwave, again, but all of our orders were cold BOTH TIMES! so the stove probably doesn't work or isn't on and I have no idea how long the foods been sitting there COLD. I guess all of those reasons of having to close never really sat in. I can see it closing in a month if this food has in fact been sitting there cold for a while. That's gross chipotle!
