Stopped a little after 6pm. Friendly service, it the food was not fresh. The server had to scrape rice from the bottom of the container, steak was dry, tough and overcooked. It was also what was left in the container. At what point are they replacing the scraps with freshly cooked items? The dining area was dirty. Tables needed to be cleared and wiped. The beverage area had lids, straw wrappers and little cups strewn around. Trash needed to be emptied. The entire place needs a good cleaning. read more

I was greeted when I walked in. They put on fresh gloves. I received skimpy portions. I always order the same thing...a veggie bowl with lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole on the side. This time was no different, but the guy tried to charge me for guacamole. He also charged me for a Tortilla and I didn't get one. This Chipotle is great! Always super accommodating and don't wimp out on the ingredients. There is a Chipotle that is closer (12831 Campus Pkwy E, Noblesville) but it is horrible and I have never had a good experience there so I make the extra trip to this one. If they build them, I will eat there. This Chipotle is one of the larger ones that I have been to. There is plenty of sitting and on nicer weather there is a patio outside to eat at. The menu is simple and straight to the point. I love the fact that even though it seems like the menu has few items, the number of yummy Gluten Free options in which I can chose from. This Chipotle also has three adult beverages, beer, patron, and some sort of margarita. All and all, the staff was friendly, the food was good, and I can eat here. I will definitely find my way back here to satisfy my Chipotle fix. read more

I work near a lot of fast-food chain establishments, so if I go out to lunch, I'm typically forced to choose something that isn't local. One of my favorites is Chipotle. This Chipotle in particular can get extremely busy at lunch, and the traffic congestion and limited parking options certainly doesn't make it any easier. If you time just right (which, in my unofficial analysis is anywhere before 11:30 and after 1) you can usually get in and out without too long of a wait or very much of a walk. My "go to" is the veggie burrito bol with brown rice, roasted corn salsa, guacamole (it's free if you order veggie) and cheese. Let's face it; everything tastes better with cheese, right? Once served this huge meal, I immediately half it or I spend the rest of the afternoon feeling miserable. I prefer Chipotle over Qdoba because I think the ingredients taste fresher, and I like the option for brown rice over the traditional white. I also like the iPhone app, allowing me to skip the line and park in the "to go" parking. read more

Ok. I'll start by saying that I LOVE Chipotle. There's not one in Fishers for some crazy reason, so I drove to the 96th Street location (read: totally out of my way) just to get some yummy lunch. I used the Chipotle app to order so it would be ready when I got there. The app tells you to walk straight to the cashier to pick up your food ... that got me a few dirty looks. The cashier didn't know where my food was or how to deal with an online order, so I had to wait a few minutes. Not that big of a deal. But then I drove all the way home and found that my food was wrong (they added a ton of cheese - which isn't cool, because I'm trying to eat vegan) and skipped the lettuce. And then I found a hair in my last soft taco. CRY. I'm a little bummed, but trying to shake it off (tm) Taylor Swift. At least the chips were good. read more

The business is terrible, people are rude. you pay a good amount of money at Chipotle and they never give you the right proportions here. Today... I walked in and stood in line and waiting to be helped. During this there was a lady filling up the queso, no one said a word when I walked in and i could hear and see about 4 others in the back talking and messing around. This is one of the worst Chipotle's I have been in. The dining area looks like a bomb went off with all of the tables in disarray and chairs broken. Food and trash is all over the floor, no employees are attempting to clean it up either. Mind you there are only 3 patrons in here, including myself and no one has ordered at the counter for 5-10 minutes. I am giving it a 2 because the food was decent. My children's school had a silent auction and we bid on and won 3 certificates from the 96th street Chipotle good for 5 meals each. The business donated them to the school for this event. They won't honor the certificates. I'll never again visit this location. I don't regret that my money ultimately benefits the PTO but I'm livid that it had to happen this way. read more

I am a Chipotle addict. Now, this is actually a fairly new development, as I used to be staunchly in the #1 Qdoba fan category, but add a new job in a busy part of the city and a Chipotle a quick jaunt up the road and you've got a recipe for a Chipotle addict who can hardly eat from any other mission-style burrito place. Or maybe I'm just weird (it's totally possible). I frequent this Chipotle a minimum of once a week, so I've gotten a pretty good lay of the land. The people who work here are absolutely fantastic--always friendly and willing to accommodate my requests, including four scoops of black beans sometimes. The restaurant is pretty standard as Chipotle's go, tables and chairs bolted to the floor, a real modern feel to the decor. The staff always keep it clean though, and I regularly see someone out cleaning off previously used tables. The food is great. You'd think that all Chipotle's would be the same, but after a recent visit to a Chipotle in Fort Myers, Florida that left me feeling disappointed and a little upset to the tummy for a day afterward, I no longer believe this. Their ingredients are always fresh and hot, and the food tastes divine. All in all, if you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite, you truly can't go wrong with this particular location of the Chipotle dynasty. read more

I LOVE Chipotle. It's way better than the other "fast casual" Mexican restaurants (ie Qdoba & Moe's). The ingredients are fresher and you can taste a big difference. My only complaint is that there aren't enough locations around town, and I hardly ever make it this far over on the 96th St to enjoy it. :( I always order a burrito with the carnitas... I haven't found any better carnitas in the city than what you'll get at Chipotle. My other favorite burrito element? The cilantro lime rice. It is truly amazing- deliciously seasoned and with the perfect texture for a burrito. Add guacamole and some fresh tomato salsa or roasted chili corn salsa, and you can't go wrong. Plus, these burritos are HUGE. You will never leave here hungry! read more

Pulling up to Chipotle for a long overdue chicken fajita burrito fix at 9pm, I hoped the food wasn't stale with it being late in the evening. Sadly, my worst fears were realized! Edges of the burrito wrap were hardened. Rice wasn't the usual tasty and tender morsels of delicious carbs. Rather it was dry and hard. And most unforgiving, I was searching for the hot salsa like a where's waldo game. The sauce is what makes the burrito for me so this was a let down. Looking over at the second burrito I got for my mom, hers was saucy. She even commented mine looks much tastier (and I got two of the same). Woe is me ha. This is not the burrito I remember. Full tummy but heart is sad. I will be back though for my fix, but I won't make the mistake of going near closing time again. Service was quick and friendly. Went out of our way to come here because the wife loves it and there aren't a ton of these in town. Came in and we got the bottom of both rices, lettuce, and corn salsa. The steak looked like it had been sitting so neither of us got it (our usual go to). Our burrito maker put an insane amount of medium salsa in my wife's bowl to the point she had to scoop half of it out and then our burrito maker ripped my burrito wrapping it up and offered to rewrap it which I appreciated but I got less than half of the burrito I ordered. The rest was thrown out. First time I've ever left chipotle hungry and certainly going to keep going back to qdoba after this experience. read more

Customize your burrito with the type of beans, meat, and salsa to be added to your 13" flour tortilla on a bed of their perfectly seasoned cilantro-lime rice. I usually cycle through the different burrito meat choices (chicken, steak, pork, shredded beef) because each is so good. The resulting burritos are incredibly massive, but reasonably priced. This particular location is one of our favorites! The restaurant always appears neat and clean. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. Aside from the food, one of the best part is the service here. Management did a good job in hiring and training very professional staff. They are always friendly and welcoming and from my personal experience, there is hardly ever a wait. They work very efficiently and it shows. Thanks for the continued good experience. My wife and I stopped in to Chipotle the other day for something quick and family friendly. The food was great for a chain and the room was loud (a plus with two small kids that make their fair share of noise). Service was decent but I can't complain. I feel more than compelled to include this update and give a 1 star rating. Perhaps I am being a bit biased here but, take it for what it's worth folks. Today (I was at Chipotle yesterday mind you) I received 4 phone calls throughout the day, on my personal phone, from a number I did not recognize. As usual, I let it go and wait to see if they will leave a voicemail. While I'm waiting I quickly do a reverse lookup on the phone number. What I found shocked me, and I rarely can say I'm shocked. The person calling me, or at least who the number belonged to, was listed as (for the sake of privacy) John Smith, additional details being the Manager of Chipotle Mexican Grill, and specifically listing THIS location... the one I visited yesterday. Perturbed as I was, I thought what are the chances of this being a coincidental wrong number? I thought about it for awhile and eventually let it go until the number appeared again a couple hours later. Again, no voicemail left, which usually means it's not important or they want to get you on the phone so they can put you on the spot for whatever reason they are calling. Since I have made orders online I decided to check to see if I managed to put my phone number on the account (something I never do). Nope... and 2 more calls came through during the day. I went as far as to read the full terms of service contract that they put up when I created my account, in spite of the fact that I never gave a phone number to begin with. I saw nothing about calling customers, unless I missed it. So... all that ramble being said... while it's not exactly related to my experience here, I felt it necessary to include. If I find out my suspicions are completely off base I will gladly retract this update. But for now as it stands, it's a bit odd. Borderline creepy. read more

The staff here was SO RUDE!!! My husband and I decided to stop in for lunch. I have celiac disease so sensitive that if my husband eats gluten and then kisses me, I'll get sick. He informed the worker that I have celiac disease and both our bowels would need to be gluten free. She VERY rudely said, "like that's an allergy?" And rolled her eyes. We explained no, it's an autoimmune disease. She changed her gloves but didn't wipe the countertop or change serving utensils. Then another worker asked what I wanted after running her hands along the prep area. I asked her to change her gloves and she refused. Instead she took orders for the people behind me. Behind her, two other workers kept looking at me and giggling. I finally spoke up and explained the seriousness of my AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE to which they responded with eye rolls. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I live in Ohio and the chipotle workers there are fantastic!!!! All I have to do is say I have celiac disease and everyone stops what they're doing, washes hands, wipes the prep area, uses fresh utensils, and changes gloves without me even having to ask or feel bad. The workers at this store have serious "better than thou" attitudes and obviously couldn't be bothered to actually DO THEIR JOB. I will NEVER eat here again. read more

They SKIMP very hard with the protein. When I asked to add just a little bit more because there was probably 6-7 little pieces of steak, they told me I had to get double. It's just sad, I pay $9 to them almost everyday and they are forcing you to spend more money to even get a decent serving of protein... also, with multiple orders they have forgot to include the tortilla. I order from the same place everyday, maybe their management at this particular spot is bad? I don't really have problems at other Chipotles, at this particular one they cheat you out of your meal. Highly dissatisfied. We'll be letting work colleagues and others to go eat at another Chipotle or even support Piada, a way better chipotle. read more

I eat at Chipotle almost every day, and I live just down the street from this location. Do your research: Chipotle uses all natural ingredients, free-range pork, beef, and chicken! Yes, the burritos are big and full of calories, but as long as you fit it into your daily caloric intake range, this is healthy food that's fast, and delicious! The staff at this location is always very friendly, and most of them already know what I want when I walk in the door, because I get the same thing every time!
