I asked for three sides of guac and three sides of queso and one each of their side sauces. The brisket container was almost empty so the woman making my order informed the guy behind her that she needed more, and she didn't ask again. I watched him chop more brisket. He never brought it to her. The burritos had little brisket compared to the massive amount of rice, tomatoes and beans. The tacos had NO brisket and were listed on the receipt as veggie tacos! I am a regular chipotle customer but have never been to this location, from the initial bite I had an extremely salty taste and tried to continue to eat my bowl thinking maybe it was just that specific bite how ever it was throughout my entire bowl. In two of those bites I had pieces that were un chewable so I pulled the pieces out of my mouth and realized it was a piece of avocado skin. Still not trying to waste the food I continued to eat, and in the next bite found an even larger piece of avocado skin and at this point deemed in inedible and wasted half of my bowl. It's always low and DRY. They can never tell you if or when new meats are coming out if you ask. We asked tonight the guy immediately said "don't know" without checking and then right as our order was getting bagged fresh carnitas we asked for came out. So we ask the manager if it can be remade and explained the situation (the carnitas we got was dry and the scrapings from the bottom of the tin). The manager was extremely rude, scoffed, was clearly bothered we even asked. Would only remake the one meal that wasn't already closed (we only had 2). The employee working the toppings station did not say a word, flattest RBF I've ever seen and painted the picture of everything to not do working in customer service industry. Leadership comes from the top though, and with what I saw of the manager I'm not surprised the staff doesn't give a shit and treats customers like trash. 5/19/22 @ 830pm-ish By far the WORST Chipotle I've ever experienced. COVID is not to blame for the lack of concern for providing good service. This is the very last time I spend money and receive trash ass service. We have given the benefit of the doubt too many times. Never again!!! Let's start with being greeted by Lola Lashes who nonchalantly acknowledged our presence. Staring is not how you greet customers. If you're wearing a face mask you should speak loud so you're heard!!! Repeating everything is ridiculous. Before taking our order she stands and watches the other young lady on the line as she's preparing 3 bowls, instead of helping her so they could move the line. TRASH ASS SERVICE!!! She puts1/2 spoonful of rice in the bowl, plops beans on top and just stares at me. Had to ask for more rice. Clearly there isn't enough meat in the pan but she proceeds to scrape the pork out of the container instead of getting more. Nah I'm good. Give me another meat. She reluctantly scooped chicken and plopped it in the bowl. Get further down the line and she sloppily throws pico, Corn salsa (full of cheese because they don't bother to neatly do anything) and I asked for a little cheese and she grabs a handful and plops it on top. Reminded me of a school cafeteria lady just throwing shit in a bowl. TRASH ASS SERVICE!!! Move on down to the "closer" whose job must've been on lettuce and sauces because sour cream and lettuce was all over the place. Mixed in with the guac and the cheese. Super messy!!! Gloves were also messy as she's closing the lids. TRASH ASS SERVICE!!! Next stop is the cashier.... But hold on, the counter is so freaking filthy that as the "closer" closes the tops of the bowls she's adding sour cream, cheese and other juices from the counter to our bowls. Now the cashier, who is more concerned with her phone than ringing us up as if we can't see the phone right by the register , is so disconnected from her job that she's really not paying us any attention until we're staring at her waiting for a total. TRASH ASS SERVICE These young workers need some hard training. As an owner they all needed to be fired tonight. The guy washing dishes and the guy wearing a red shirt (I'm assuming a manager) were the only 2 bussing their assess. Meanwhile Lola Lashes was just pretty much in the way; the "closer" was closing every damn thing up in everybody's order whether they asked for it or not; and Tina the texting cashier was focusing on her phone. To the manager: There is no team work or concern for customer service from your crew. I have yet to see a good review for this Chipotle. That's a serious sign that things have got to change. You can't keep making excuses and letting things continue to drag the business down. I'd rather see 2 hard working individuals with great customer service and a line out the door than to see 5 TRASH ASS workers holding up the line because they don't have their shit together.
