I never write bad reviews because I hate hurting businesses, but this is the worst run chipotle I've ever been to. I refuse to go in person and have still ordered delivery a few times and been disappointed every time. The customer service is absolutely awful. Everyone who works there seems like they absolutely hate it. They are always out of things and of the last 5 times I've tried it, only had vinaigrette once, even though I ordered a salad. I don't understand always being out of the same thing other than laziness or lack of planning. The steak is also always full of gristle. The food quality of the other ingredients seems to be okay, but I will not eat here in the future unless management is able to make a change. This particular Chipotle location is located on Brooklyn Place on Riverside Avenue. It is an end unit of the shopping area and fashioned a bit different from other Chipotle locations,more like a "shotgun style" approach (a bit longer and narrower). There was a considerable line when I got there on a rainy Tuesday afternoon about a quarter to one, but the line moved at an appropriate time frame. Service was friendly, though it seemed a bit disorganized. While I opted for the cauliflower rice for a two dollar additional charge, they had no idea and asked if instead I was getting double meat and then tried to hand me a salad dressing meant for the person behind me. They are doing indoor dining, which is a good thing considering dining on the outdoor patio would have been a rather wet and rain soaked experience. This Chipotle is located literally next to a Burrito Gallery, I think this is a poor decision on the shopping plaza's part, but it is certainly not in any way reflective of this Chipotle. You should not have two similar businesses located literally next door to each other. All in all a positive experience despite the little hiccup in the ordering process. read more

You can see that reviews aren't my thing, but Chipotle deserves a review after this experience. Let's just say, if there was a negative 5 stars, that's where I would start with this place. Three things that stood out with my order - 7 pieces of chicken (yes I counted while they were constructing my order in front of me and confirmed the number after I dissected the "mini-burrito" due to biting into a rubbery piece of chicken that took 200 chews to break apart before swallowing), an unwanted charge of $2.25 because I asked for two different kinds of salsa (I got the pico and corn salsa), and finally the burnt-tasting chips.... don't get me started on those chips. For $19 and some change, I got a kid's size burrito with a meager portion of jaw-exercising rubbery meat, overpriced corn salsa with hidden charges, and burnt chips that could have been pulled out of an ashtray. Now mind you, I've been to Chipotle many times.... this is NOT the real Chipotle anymore. Sorry Chipotle, but you've lost your magic touch. Once I read that you took your customers' cries of disappointment to heart, I may give you another chance. Til then, it's Moe's or Sierra Grill for me. read more

I visited on a regular after after placing my order for pick up through the app. I placed it far ahead of time and even chose a later pick up time than the most immediate but guess what? It was not ready. The pick up section was filled with customers who were clearly annoyed that their order wasn't ready. The employees at this location don't even seem to have a sense of urgency. Went to pick up a mobile order during lunch rush, and while there were in fact many people waiting for their food and an extremely long line, the manager was doing a great job communicating with the guests on where their order was. My food was ready only a few moment after I arrived and the portions were great. The only downside was they forgot my chips from the bag.
