Great food for a great price. I ordered the chicken & spinach enchiladas and they were great. The spicy margarita could have been spicier but that's just preference. Service was awesome and the place is clean, comfortable temperature, not too noisy, and decorated nicely. The seats at the bar are actually comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

Decent Mexican place. Is it my favorite in the area? No but it hits the spot when you have a craving. Happy Hour is from 4 to 6 PM which includes $2 off all appetizers and margaritas. But don't be fooled, original price of margarita is $18 to $20 a glass but they describe it as a large glass. We sat at the bar. Not sure if the bartender was having a bad day but he was disinterested, almost annoyed we were "bothering" him with our questions and order.

I was in town visiting and this place was highly recommended for its food. First, let's talk about the place. It's very spacious and clean and honestly makes a great first impression as you walk in. Parking can be a bit tricky since there's a small lot at the front or in the appartement complex behind the building. Once inside and seated, we asked to be relocated because our table was very wobbly at the joint. The service was okay. They were quick to tend to us, bring our drinks and foods. They did, however, forget the table's order of queso and we had to remind them of it. They also never came around to check if we had everything or to refill our waters. Finally, the food. Honestly, it was really good. I ordered the carnitas enchiladas and a strawberry mojito. It was all delicious and filling. The meat was tender and the rice was well seasoned. Overall, the place is fine. I have no complaints about the food, but I left with more gripes than praise.

Came here with a party of 12 ladies. A few of them had been before and said it was so good that we had to try it. I can agree and recommend it was great. We did not have reservations, but they were able to seat us quickly. Our waiter was fantastic. (I just can't remember his name). With a large party like that, there are bound to be hiccups, with that said there was one order that they just couldn't get right, and my friend decided to cancel it. Outside of that everything was wonderful. The Cadillac margarita one of the best I've had. The quesadillas, tacos, and taco salad all got rave reviews. If you're in the Jacksonville area, you should try them even if you're not in the downtown area make the drive it's worth it.

3/10 on the tacos, ordered chicken, carnitas, and steak. Chicken over seasoned and dry, Carnitas were decent not dry, and the steak was dry. Big thumbs down on the double tortilla, they were dry. The meat portion size was awful for the price. Rice and beans were good. The location was conveniently located, the atmosphere was very upbeat, large alcoholic selection. Probably a great place for a drink! The service was slow, for a slow afternoon! Will I repeat???....NO!!!!

This spot is my new go to. I am in the area weekly for dance classes and so naturally I have come in and ate a few times but this week I was able to come in for lunch special and it was SO WORTH IT! The staff did mention a menu change, and how other customers miss previous items, however I was pleased with the selection! I'd definitely recommend to any of my friends in the riverside area!

We had the best service - I unfortunately forgot his name :( Would have loved to give him the shout he deserves!!! So I will focus on the food! Delicious food! The chips (which I am trying not to eat so many of them!) Well those chips were too good not to devour! Perfectly cooked, and enough salt to taste, but not overwhelming. I got the Diablo shrimp plate. Unique taste, nice and spicy Large portions, rice is yummy, and the refried beans delish! The hubs got asada Mexican style tacos, very tasty and great price for portions! I didn't get a cocktail (shocking I know) but I saw them, and they looked amazing. Great bar too - will definitely be back! Great area! There is a coffee shop, and Crumble Cookies on either side!

Stopped in for something light after working out. Service was fast and friendly. When the chips and salsa arrived I asked for queso and never got it which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. They have pet friendly outdoor seating for pet parents. Parking was a little hard to get unless you use the parking garage nearby. I may go back in the evening to check out their drink selections.

We walked here after Galentine's at Posting House for a quick bite. It was pretty late but it was on a Thursday night, not very busy. We ordered sangria and a few tacos, everything was great. I'd like to come back and try the full experience.

The quesadilla was good, the dip was a-little greasier than others. Their stuffed jelepeno were HOT with a lot of flavor. The staff was friendly and the restaraunt was pretty with the natural light and modern decor

Update: I took the cerviche home, added it to rice and it was delicious. On its own it was a bit too tangy for me to eat alone but over rice it was perfect. I got the mango ceviche took one fork full and my tongue is still burning! The waiter didn't mention it was hellahot. I told the waiter and they replaced it with a naked cerviche, less spicy. My companions got a taco salad and they said they were delicious.

    Is there a parking lot?

There are some spaces right in front of the restaurant. There is garage parking in the building as the restaurant is located at the bottom of a residential building.

    How is the parking?

It's minimal right in front of the restaurant. It's in Riverside. There is parking garage beneath the apartments (the restaurant is bottom floor retail area of the apartments) that offers public parking. Of course you can always park on the streets…

We went knowing that they would likely be super busy and adjusted our expectations accordingly. The parking lot was full, but their location has several adjacent parking lots that easily accommodate that. Luckily we were sat at a table in less than 30 mins. Service was slower as we expected for the day. We were able to give our food orders with our drink orders. The food was delicious and served nice and hot. They had a chips and salsa runner that was refilling tables pretty consistently. This was both good and bad... Good because chips, bad because I ate too many! I think we had 4 basket refills! They had a DJ in the outside seating area, a FREE photo booth, and several specials on the menu for the day. It was a fun and lively event and at one point they were offering shots to people. Greeted and sat right away- 5 of us. Hostess nice, server nice. Right away had two large bowls of chips and two types of salsa brought to us. Chips were good, just added salt. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. And we were patient, super patient. It was a Friday, but it was not overly crowded, like I said - seated immediately around 7:40. Drinks, took over 30 minutes for a pineapple one and three skinny- we joked the food would arrive first, but we were very wrong. Then, the waitress waited for us to try- I think it was a newer person at the bar. We tried to like it, but somehow it tasted like flat sprite.our server took them away and made us them herself. Now, those were great. Small side of guac was brought after that- meant to go with the meal, but we were so hungry we just ate with the chips. It was very good- fresh tasting. Then we waited. And waited some more. Asked about the food, then waited some more. Finally, we cut our losses and asked for the check minus the food that never came. The band was starting next door and we wanted to celebrate the bday girl. Pic 1, text just after 8pm- shows me joking that I was going to eat my friends food since she was headed over from next door and taking a bit and we had ordered 10 minutes prior. Pic 2, text shows us giving up- 9pm. So over an hour wait on food that never arrived - even if busy that would be a deal breaker. We were excited to try it too- disappointed.

The floors were sticky and our shoes stuck to the floor. The women's restroom was out of order. The kiosks seem like a good idea but nobody there to ask questions or to get your drinks. If you can catch one of the two people working as they bring out orders you are lucky. The menus on the kiosks are pretty informative though and tell the ingredients for each item. Kiosk automatically adds 20% tip unless you change it. Considering you don't have any interaction with employees until they bring out your order other tipping options might apply. They cook to order which is nice except you don't get your drinks or your appetizers until it's your turn. There is a comment section to type no tomatoes or special instructions. Mine still came out with tomatoes but they promptly remade it for me. The food is pretty good. No complaints there other than having to remake one of my tacos. The chips and queso was pretty good. Chips were dusted with spices and served hot. We tried 6 different tacos and they were all very good. The tortillas were toasted on the grill which makes a big difference. You can get flour or corn tortillas. The chicken and steak were marinated before grilling and were big cubes and plentiful. The menu has a pretty big variety including a kids menu with chicken and fries. The last comment is their fountain machine for drinks. The coke tasted off. They may need to recalibrate it. Drinks are served in small clear throw away cups and the lids don't fit very well. Refills are hard to get. You have to wait for someone to come out of the back. If these small complaints don't bother you the food is very good.
