The food is delicious. But beyond that, The staff is always so understanding with all the modifications that we put on our order. And also, being 32 weeks pregnant and nervous about going into restaurants where people are not wearing masks, they are also great about doing curbside pick up so we do not have to go into the store, even though that is not something that they advertise. I should have checked yelp first. . .Love the Chipotle in WPB and suggested it for dinner. Developed on line profile and placed on line order. Love the guac! Wish I would have received it since I paid an extra $2.05 for it. Called the store and informed them of their error after I checked "recent order" to ensure I had ordered it. It was there along with the charge. I requested they credit my card back the $2.05 and the clerk told me that wasn't possible but when I come in next time they will give me my guac for "free". No. That's not free. I already paid for it. And there won't be a next time. Come on Jupiter Chipotle ~ you can do better! I love getting soggy unmelted cheese folds. The good thing though I found a bird with an injured wing so I simply taped the floppy A** "quesadilla" to the wing and he flew away just fine. I used the other cheese fold to fan myself off because it gets really hot around this time of year I give it half a star for that because it wasn't stiff enough to really use as a fan but I also ran out of gas trying to get home after spending the last of my money on this "food" so I hoisted the cheese fold up on a pole out of my sun roof and before you know it I was going faster than anyone else on the road. Very skimpy on proportion size especially if you're a vegetarian !!! When you ask for a little more of what little vegetables they do have you're met with grimacing faces or some sort sigh or grunt . It's only when you offer to pay more they will oblige and for me it was an extra 2.00 . So in conclusion I payed almost $10 for a little rice , cheese , lettuce and guacamole . read more

I only can give this location a one star because their morning staff is amazing once the shift Change comes in after lunch for the evening AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Don't waste your money they don't give you the correct amount of food versus every other location the staff goofs off and hangs around when the line is almost out the door instead of offering to help they all are carrying side conversations I've never been so upset after leaving one of these before in my life. Its been over 8 months since my last visit and they get worse and worse.Everytime I go in to order they are out of at least two or three items steak,chicken and mostly lettuce....how pathetic when you have Publix in the same shopping plaza....that is pure millennial laziness.Most of these kids don't belong in customer service and they would be best sitting in front of a flat screen t.v. watching Mickey Mouse or Nickelodeon.Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to Moe's they are way better than this place. read more

I really hate to say this, but this Chipotle is awful compared to many other locations in South Florida. Being that my husband and I used to eat Chipotle several times per month, I've had a lot of burrito bowls in my days! When we moved from Boynton Beach (which has one of the best Chipotles IMO) to Jupiter we were so happy to see that a Chipotle would be opening just around the corner from our house. Since it's opening in August, we have been to this location no less than 10 times: 1. because we hope it gets better and 2. because it's so dang close. Service - When it first opened they were soooooooooo stingy on the portions. I don't ask for overload, but if I only get lettuce and cheese, I think you can give a little more than normal so that there's substance. On one occasion, I watched one of the employees literally counting out the kernels of corn. I would guess that this was due to the location being new. You could see the managers standing behind each of the counter workers and critiquing them on everything. I would also assume that this is one of the reasons why I've seen such high turnover in their employees. We've also placed several orders online to avoid waiting in lines. Every time we've ordered online, the order either isn't ready on time, or they mess up the order, or they give you teeny tiny portions of everything. We've given up on ordering online. I will admit that they have loosened up a bit on the portions, but not much. I also don't notice managers standing over each employee, but there's still usually 2 managers there and the rest of the employees look miserable. Quality - As for the food, they use the same ingredients, which taste great, but I've noticed differences. For example, my husband stopped ordering burritos because he found that they aren't heating up the tortillas enough. This didn't happen once or twice, but three times on different days/times. Also, there was a time we went there, ordered to-go, only to later find that the corn was so cold that it kind of ruined the taste of everything (yes I know this sounds weird. try it and tell me it did not ruin your burrito bowl). It's been over 6 months now, so it's beyond working out the kinks of a new location. We really love Chipotle, so we hope it'll maybe go under new management or something. In the meantime, we'll continue to try to go to the PGA location whenever possible. read more

This location is very skimpy on portion size. The last couple times I've went they literally put 6 pieces of chicken on my burrito. If you want a bean burrito garnished with chicken for $10, then this Chipotle is for you. Another thing that sets this location apartment from other Chipotles is that the guacamole has no taste, it's completely bland. read more

By far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to! I go in person and they do everything rushed, they serve the smallest portions of food. I went and asked for a wrap on the side and I waited 15 minutes standing at the register waiting for them to give me a hot tortilla wrapped in a foil. It's ridiculous! I ordered today on the chipotle app from this location and I was served 7 tiny pieces of chicken, which got me so mad I had to write this review on how awful they are. I've always enjoyed to chipotle out on 441 in Wellington... I stopped here to the Jupiter location for the first time and two things really popped out to me. I ordered a chicken bowl and it was about as skimp as a meal can be prepared you would've thought they were going to sparingly in fear of running out of food. This place when you walk in is never clean. The staff doesn't greet anyone and are extremely rude. The managers at this establishment are also very rude and too young to be running the place. Every time I place an order online and come to pick it up, my order is never correct so I had to speak to the person in charge at the time, and she was no help, didn't offer an apology, even though I was being very calm and tried to explain that I ordered and paid for extra, but didn't receive the extras I paid for. I'd rather make the far drive to other Chipotle. Never experience this before other Chipotles. Read the reviews and I completely agree that this one is going downhill fast. read more

I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw the others. When I went to order my food I was THE ONLY person in line. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged..which is fine. I waited 7-10 minutes before I was actually helped while staff members stood around doing other things. My husband and I LOVE chipotle, usually go once a week in Orlando. We were excited to come here while on vacation and try the chorizo, which was horrible and dry. All of our food seemed old and it's run by a bunch of high school kids who don't seem to care about anything except the party they were going to that night. Glad to see I'm not the only person who has had problems with this location. We were so excited when this location opened because it was So close to our house. After our fourth bad experience I decided to finally write a review. It clearly shows that nobody at this location cares about their job or the food they are presenting. The last three times we have gone they have been out of just about half of the menu items. Last time no guacamole no barbacoa and no corn salsa and no carnitas. The chips were so disgusting and stale we threw them out. If you don't want to serve food past 9 pm then don't stay open. The staff is rude and has made rude comments to me and my fiancé as well as cracking jokes about us while we are there eating our food. Wake up call ......people in the restaurant can hear you. It's amazing that people at corporate chipotle allow this type of poor service and poor food quality and terrible service to continue going on. I will drive the extra fifteen minutes next time I want chipotle rather than deal with this horrible location. Whoever owns this location or manages it should be ashamed of themselves. Since my last visit to Chipotle being a 1 star visit. I noticed the staff has changed, for the better. Haven't had a single problem since.

I've been going here since they opened. This being the only Chipotle I've ever been too with nothing to compare so my opinion was fair. But since my last 2 visits WOW was a difference. The food is so much more delicious, the service although always satisfactory was above and beyond friendly and accommodating. The food was ok before but OMG that steak was melting in our mouths and my husband (Who was born and raised in Mexico AND IS ALSO has worked as a professional Sous Chef at many 4&5 star restaurants in town (Started off at Capital Grille) anyhow, the past 2 visits he has raved about the Guacamole so much it's like watch a little boy on Christmas Morning. He claims it's the best he's ever has (next to his mothers of course). The manager is hands-on and checks in on you and makes sure you are happy even if your getting a to-go order. I have no idea if she is new or not but I just noticed it the past 2 visits. She is very friendly and professional will make sure you are 100% satisfied before you walk out that door. I read the past reviews and honestly, I thought it was unfair even for the past. I felt compelled to write one myself. I thought maybe this was a one time isolated incident so I waited to go again before I officially wrote my review but now that I have Im confident. I have no idea what occurred to cause these changes but for me it went from OK to an extortionate experience across the board. read more
