Gave this location another try after several previous bad experiences. Tonight it seems things have gone from bad to worse. They were out of lettuce (no excuses as they are next to a grocery store), they serve rice that they forgot to season a none of the food was ready. One person on the line gives giant portions while the other person gives skinny portions. I asked for guac In place of the lettuce they were out of and she insisted they had to charge me so I told her never mind. The chips that accompany the guacamole are consistently stale. I don't know how or why since they make the chips in house. They are probably not being stored properly. The rapid pickup style orders are rarely ready on time and the teenage staff is just icing on the cake. Every time I, or someone else that I know, has ordered online from this specific chipotle the order is always completely wrong. Not wrong as in forgot one or two ingredients. Consistently the worst Chipotle I've been to. Guaranteed to mess up your order every time. I've moved around the last 3 years and have had a couple different Chipotle's I go to over the years, but this one is hands down the worst one. Really a zero - We ordered pickup (using the ap) from chipotle on Indiantown road in Jupiter tonight. I've always enjoyed the food and restaurant and have ordered many many times from this location. However it was awful tonight. It took over an hour to get our food supposed to be ready at 7:40 wasn't ready until 8:40. All 5 of our orders were missing salsa, no salad dressing, burrito that was practically all rice, they didn't have steak and substituted for chicken, they were not wearing gloves while handling burritos and making bowls, food all over counter and floor, staff doing nothing, at least 12 people waiting endlessly in the to-go line and most of staff goes on break, the list goes on. I complained online and they refunded my money. I expected that at a minimum - should have done more IMO. But the store has gone beyond downhill and management change is needed. read more

Excellent healthy fast food option. I typically get the salad bowl. The chicken is my favorite protein - it's spicy and has a great flavor. This is the worst Chipotle in Palm Beach County, and arguably the worst chipotle in the entire state of Florida/United States. I've lived in the Jupiter area for almost two years now, and this Chipotle is the joke of the town. EVERYBODY talks about how bad the staff is, and how gross the food is. My last visit was the final straw. I just finished up a 10/10 beach day and thought a burrito from Chipotle would complete the day. I went in around 4pm (the only customer there) I sat at the counter for 10 minutes and watched the entire staff do nothing. The cashier sat on her phone, one guy was making to go orders, 3 other staff members were in the back laughing at something, and the last staff member was eating a burrito bowl at a table behind me. I actually thought I was being filmed on a reality TV show or something. Finally after 10 minutes waiting there I turned to the cashier and said "excuse me can I order some food?" she responded with "I don't like your tone. We are short staffed." She then turned away and went back to looking at her phone. I then turned around and left. Place is an absolute joke, and the staff is about as useless as they come. So I was in line and wanted white rice, my server said it would be 15 minutes until it's ready. So I said okay and got the brown rice. My friend was in line behind me and asked for white rice and the server gave it to him after he already made my bowl to go and didn't put the lid on it. Horrible service, seems like "friends" are much more important (guy in front of me got the friend special)...and when you are through the line you get to eat the artwork they created for you. So being short on other things...adding extra wet sour cream makes you happy at this site! Must have been some local research. Look at this sad bowl...which I specifically mentioned to the woman who I cashed out with. I said this bowl is "sad", she said "why is it sad", of course she had closed it up and didn't even care as she indicated it was somehow my fault. My son ate the chicken/steak burrito from this Chipotle location on 7-20-19. Hours later he began throwing up and has been very sick all day today as well. He is still throwing up at 9pm on 7-21-19 and I am very upset watching my son suffer because this establishment does not practice proper cleanliness. As a 10 year Chipotle fan this is by far the worst location I have ever experienced. Unfortunately for me it is the closest location to my house but I try to avoid it if I can. Most of the time your online order will not be ready at the pickup time. The staff will then continue to wait on customers in line and I have had to wait 5-10 minutes before they start my order. Multiple times I get home and my order is incorrect. It is very frustrating. I have never had this problem once at any other location and at a minimum I have ate at 30 different locations. I have even went in to order only to be told they were out of chicken and I would have to wait until they cooked some. Lol. Food is still good and comparable to other Chipotles but do yourself a favor and go to one of the Palm Beach Gardens locations which are 5-6 miles south. read more

Walked in to order and 7 employees are standing around the grill having a discussion/argument. The guy in front of me stood there at least five minutes before they even noticed us. One girl left the argument to make his food but the entire rest of the crew just kept discussing and not acknowledging the ever growing line. She made his entire order herself and not a single employee joined in to actually work! She then came back to me while the rest of them still continued on talking about how one of the staff yelled at another and I guess their feelings were hurt. This is work - do your job. The one girl made my entire order and had to ask one of them to ring it up so she could tend to the line that now had 9 people in it! They would not break their discussion for another 12 minutes!!!! When I was rung up I asked if any of them planned on working tonight and I pointed to the line of customers not being helped. When I kindly asked if they could use a bigger foil for my burrito so it wouldn't spill, I was told "no i don't need to". After waiting 1 minute at the cash register waiting for the MANAGER JAMES JOHNSON to acknowledge me while he was standing there he finally asked if the burrito bowl was mine and I said yes asked for chips and medium salsa, and paid. Once another employee slid over the salsa he didn't notice it so I grabbed it. Once I sat down and started eating my food, he accused me of being rude and I said sir you weren't paying attention to me and I just grabbed my food and salsa and he said I was having problems with my employeee and continued then to say we will not serve you in the future based on how rude I was.
