I loved it and the steak was amazing and they gave me extra rice and beans and they didn't say no so 5 stars

If I could give negative stars, I would. As my family of 5 were walking up to this establishment, which was a bit dirty and trashy looking, a gentleman was walking out and very angrily said, "effffff$&@ this place, they were so rude and they don't have anything in stock, I would turn around if I was y'all." Why we didn't listen? Because I'm an idiot, and we were all hangry and had about 45 minutes before everything around us closed for the night. So yes, we were greeted with rolling eyes and huffs and puffs and what do you want?? Mind you, I have 2 smaller children with me. It was the BOGO entree promotion that day, and the two ladies behind the counter said they were out of almost everything. I looked down and the only things they were out of were items that we didn't mind. So that was fine with us, and when we started ordering, the tortilla girl grumbled something in Spanish. Other staff laughed in the back. Anywhoooo, we ordered 4 entrees and extra tortillas, the lady tried to charge me 3 whole entrees plus $5 for queso that was the tiny sour cream/pico to go container. Ummmm, I truly thought I was being pranked and was on a hidden tv show because I have NEVER been treated this way in any restaurant, fast food or not. I explained the BOGO and we should have to only pay for 2. Manager came out, same attitude and they spoke Spanish first, then she said no, there's only 2 on there. I said, very politely, can you please look at it and explain why 3 entrees equal out to $35? This was after I said no to the queso BTW. That would mean each entree is $17. That doesn't math. Manager said, it's correct so you can either pay or leave. Y'all!!! I was FLABBERGASTED!! We paid, and left. I should've walked out. But I'm just too nice and I think I was in shock. Also had my children with me so no way I'm causing a scene with them there. Maybe I had a bad taste in my mouth but the food was not the best, barely had any meat in any of the entrees, the extra tortillas we ordered were completely smashed, like the lady def balled it up. I should've looked at the reviews on Yelp first because a 2.0!!! Never again. No matter how late. I did write a formal complaint to Chipotle customer service and they did nothing to make up for the worst experience I've ever had. Offered me one coupon for an entree. You mean the one your company cheated and stole from me originally? Like...YIKES!! They didn't try harder to remedy my experience. But I might be done with Chipotle as a whole for a while. I do hate leaving bad reviews, but this one is justified, and telling by their score, we all can't be lying. Managers need to do something. How disgusting to keep employees like this around. Hopefully people will read these and be warned!! Stay far away y'all!! read more

Easily the worst chipotle experience I have ever had, I wish I could give 0 stars. I had an online pick up order and stood in line at the register for over 5 minutes just to then be told that pick ups are through some narrow hallway in the back that is not at all marked, not sure why they don't have a pick up shelf like 99% of other chipotle locations. Then I get to the back to their weird pick up counter, and there's no one even there. So me and the other guy who waited in line at the register just had to then wait another 5 minutes until someone finally showed up. By then the line had grown even more, and someone near the back just shouts out their name for the order and the employee lets them cut everyone to grab theirs first?!!?! Then I have to go back into the main restaurant to fill my cup up, and there is 0 ice in the soda machine. Whatever, I fill up my Pibb still and then try it, and it's the worst / weirdest syrupy Pibb I've ever tried. At this point I'm ready to just get out of this mess of a restaurant. I go to the register to ask for a side of the salad dressing, which has never once been an issue at any other Chipotle, and I stand there for like 3 minutes asking employees out loud if I could please have 1 and they just didn't even acknowledge me. And yes, I tried to get some at the actual online order pick up spot and I was told to go back to the main register to be able to get some. After not having anything I was saying out loud be acknowledged by employees, I just gave up and left without getting my delicious dressing for my tortilla, which was quite the damper for my meal along with the horrible soda. I will say the bowls and lime chips were actually well made, but unfortunately that does not override the absolute worst chipotle in store experience I've ever had. In the future I will be driving 20 minutes extra to the next closest chipotle just to avoid this store. I highly recommend not going here unless you want to waste your time and leave annoyed. read more

Ordered two bowls online and when we received them they skimped out on everything. One bowl we ordered extra everything (except rice) and double meat, but they gave us half and half meat and did NOT double the toppings at all. The second bowl had guacamole and they gave us the smallest splat possible. Its not like it fell in the side of the other ingredients and looks small in the photo, it was a flat little splat of guac. We both got the smallest sprinkle of corn and pico on top. The doubled bowl was literally lighter than the plain bowl, the only thing we got a full scoop of was the rice. The steak was also super fatty, half of it was stuck together in my bowl. I got a bite that tasted like straight fish. Usually I haven't had any problems with this Chipotle as they filled my bowls right to the top but this was awful and disgusting. Wish I could give them 0 stars. read more

Saw that this location was open until 11 pm on Friday nights, arrived at 10:02 and they were actively serving a line of 4 to 5 people in front of me, as soon as I got to the front and was ready to order the two workers told me they couldn't serve me and said they had no food available. I could visibly see all the topping station still full and when I pointed this out they proceeded to cover them with lids. There was a youth basketball team coming in the doors behind me and all the workers continued to do was complain and say they weren't serving us any food. Poor experience. Steak burrito - steak was fatty and inedible. $3.45 for a bottle of Coke Zero what a $ripoff. Felt rushed and not human by staff going through line and checkout. Asked for refund afterwards through corporate and they said no! Never to return. Response to Chipotle response: I did reach out to your corporate online customer service per your comment. Their response was an empty apology. They turned down my request for a refund, only offering a BOGO. They never addressed the underlying issue at the restaurant itself by offering to advise the restaurant or better yet offer to take a look at it to see if corrective action needed. It's 10:45 and we are at the door. The door is closed. But 5 employees are looking straight at us while munching on their food without care in the world when they should be opened. I never write negative reviews and this one wouldn't happen if someone would acknowledge our presence and explain why they are not open. What was the problem is that multiple people were looking at us trying to open the door and then standing there without care. We decided to walk away and as we were purchasing the coffee across from Chipotle, the door finally opened at 10:52. All I know is that this location will never have our business. I went in this evening 9/17/24 at 7pm that crew had the place very clean, everything stocked, and even the ice area was clean. I ordered a bowl, Brown rice, No Beans, HALF STEAK , HALF BRISKET, This equals 1 serving. I then asked for double steak. This is known as a double serving. My son went in to the mobile order area and they told him they are working on it upfront. He waited for 20 mins. I finally went in there. I have to say the young guy with the little boy beard is always rude and a smart a**. He said well they are making it now. We ran out of steak. They are always out of steak. Here's a suggestion if you start running low make some more before you run out. Then someone cussed and talk bad about me in Spanish. (I speak Spanish) these employees need some training on how to deal with customers and run this place. I know there is a team lead so why are they not leading. Such a shame. read more

This location is always busy, since it's part of the Legends Outlets. Super easy to get to and even easier to place your order online and pick up on the To-Go shelves if you're trying to avoid people (Covid crazies) or are short on time. The staff is always changing so portion sizes and accuracy can fluctuate. We do love a good burrito and Chipotle has those addictive flavors that have you coming back for more! read more

I don't have one specific order to review. I'm stupid and keep ordering and it's almost always wrong. I have stopped eating at Chipotle altogether because this is usually my only option for delivery and it's rare that my order is correct. I used to eat Chipotle for lunch at least 1-3 times per week (on 95th in Overland Park). Since I started working from home in March 2020 and have to order from this chipotle, I have eaten chipotle a total of 7-8 times. 1) 5 times I have ordered because I had a "free guac" reward in my app. Only once have I actually gotten the guac. I never can get anyone to give my reward back. 2) I always ask for extra rice and get 1/2 what I would for a normal portion 3) I never ask for sour cream. There has always been sour cream 4) if I order for me and my husband we never get his food. Literally never. It's happened 4 times that we don't get his food 5) I go to the website and send a complaint (about 7 times in 3 years). I always check the "please have someone contact me" box and have never been contacted. They are usually on time though. So there's a positive. I haven't eaten at any chipotle in almost a year. A new one just opened closer to my house and I'm going to give them a chance on lunch today. I'm praying it's not just a carbon copy of Legends chipotle. read more

I've never been to a Chipotle, didn't know what to expect. I think because I was expecting a sit down restaurant rather than cafeteria style, I was taken by surprise. Chipotle actually reminded me of the Taco Del Mar restaurants in Hawaii but without the flavor. I got a steak bowl, which tasted bland. The employees weren't helpful at all so I don't know if I just didn't know enough to build the bowl correctly or if all their food is like that. Since I would have to fly in order to get to another Chipotle I don't plan on visiting again. There are just too many restaurants in new cities to go back. read more

Then that would be a hard no to her listening as to my bean and cheese burrito request as she asked what meat. *insert face palm here* I wasn't sure if she was trying to test my patience or something and I said no meat just cheese as I remained calm. I got charged $5 for my bean and cheese burrito under a veggie 3 pointer burrito when usually I just get charged for 2 sides which is less than that. Because if I have beans, cheese....what is my 3rd pointer or well item in my burrito? The 2 $11.5 bowls had LESS meat than the regular bowl... what the actual F... The Chipotle Manager present this afternoon was a shameful representation restaurant food chain. There's always three sides to any story. This one's mine. Today I made an online order totaling $35.21 set to be ready at 13:00 PM as I arrived at 13:12 and checking for my family's food it was not out yet. After informing the cashier reference to my order not being ready I simply inquired about how longer the food shall be. She said, "it'll be out in a minute". I said, "no worries I'd wait. Thank you!" Literally 20 minutes later nothing... I asked to speak with a manager. No one stepped forward. As my 4-year-old son was present with me I asked if I may have a courtesy cup for some water as he was parched. Finally a manager presented herself and asked if I bought the drink. I said, no ma'am, once again I asked for a courtesy cup for water. The manager stated, "Sir your order was done on the fast lane." I kid you, not an easy 25 orders were made before receiving mine. I left a bad review on their survey and even sent an email to the name on the business card the manager gave me. They made it seem as though I was inconveniencing them when I asked a question. On my second visit, the server not only rushed my order but was verbally rude and I demanded to speak to the manager immediately. This Chipolte in the Legends in Kansas City, Kansas is absolutely filthy and is due for a visit from the State oversight of restaurants. If the eating area is this filthy, I cringe to think what the kitchen looks like. The floor is filthy and the tables are not cleaned after use. When a staff member came out to sweep, he had no dustpan and just shoved the waste into piles. People sitting down to eat have to wipe the table with a napkin and hope that they'll escape contamination. I hope someone takes notice of this yelp because this is a serious sanitation issue for this restaurant and needs to be addressed. read more

I arrived at that time and the woman at the window said the food was still cooking and the line was not set up yet to serve food. I sked her to cancel my order since I did not feel I had the time to wait and she said ok. I left and later contacted Chipotle by chat in their app. I explained what happened and the chat cam back to me and said I was wrong and that the app showed the food had been given to me on time. The worst chipotle I've ever been to in my life. My food was supposed to be done at 9:40 and I got my order at 10:30, almost an hour later than expected. The workers were rude and snobby. They did not apologize for the wait or say anything to me at all. The food was disgusting it was soggy, not fresh, and absolutely atrocious. I also got food poisoning. I can't remember the last time an online order was correct from this location. Usually wouldn't care since it's usually just a small issue with one of the three meals we order as a family: wrong rice, a missing tortilla, or a missing juice box in the kids meal. But our most recent order, it's like they didn't even try to get it correct. Fajita quesadilla - no veggies. Chicken bowl - wrong salsa, sour cream added when not ordered, missing two other toppings, portion was half the amount as is usually given. At least we get TWO free drinks as a result. No thanks. Just be better, Chipotle. I like your food too much to walk away. Giving an extra star because the food wasn't terrible, just not what I ordered. read more

This location treats its' employees questionably. They had one employee working her tail off while the others left; leaving her to close by herself. Chipotle treat your employees better or give her a raise. There should be no reason for the unfair amount of workload given to one person.
