This is for the branch located in Charlotte Hall Maryland since that location will not come up for any type of review. This place is an absolute shit show after standing in line for 25 minutes, before I can place my order, somebody plunged down a lot of receipts to fill orders that are either takeout or drive-through. What idiot plans a restaurant like this doesn't have separate assembly lines for takeout, app orders, drive through. After about four receipts in they ran out of the burnt rice they had, and all the chicken, and still had a handful of receipts to fill before they even started taking orders from the line again inside and from what I could see, there was nothing prepared to replace what they had just run out of, so if I was lucky and stayed, I probably could've gotten a meal in about an hour. Avoid this place like the plague. I don't need some canned bull shit response of empty promises at anyone in this organization, would take responsibility and be motivated enough to make a difference. Chipotle, Mexican girls one of the best places I like their balls like the burritos. I usually get the steak, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream burrito. It's really nice I could chips, guacamole and salsa. One thing is after I have it about 10 or 20 minutes later my stomach hurts a lot. I have to use the bathroom. One time I had food poisoning was the food was undercooked. On the rare occasion your order is both fresh and correct, it'll likely have a hair in it. That was the experience my wife and I had here. They're consistently terrible here, needs new management. So there are always positives and negatives so I'm going to be fair with this review despite my experience. Positives: the location appeared clean, and the staff was nice. Negative: my burrito had a raw piece of chicken in it. I was half way through my chicken burrito when I bit into a raw piece. It was cooked on the outside but pink and fleshy inside. I couldn't believe it, I've never had anything like that happen at chipotle. Additionally, the chips were over cooked and lacked salt. They charged me for a chicken bowl with extra steak instead of a half chicken half steak bowl. This issue was never fixed. I had a guacamole reward and the lady didn't ring it up the first time so I was never charged for it but then rang it up after the order was already paid for so I couldn't get the free guacamole because you have to purchase an entree as well. She asked me if I still wanted it and I had to pay for it and I refused. Then I start to walk out and notice that there were no napkins or a fork in the bag so I had to turn around again to deal with this dumb lady for the second time to get napkins and a fork. I was a little torn about giving this Chipotle location 4 stars. I feel 3.5 would have been better. The place itself is pretty clean and have never seen a build of trash or left behind items sitting out. Bathroom is Hit or Miss on how clean or dirty it may be. The staff is usually friendly, however the 1 complaint I have is that they seem to usually be in a rush and tend to "fling the food" around. Not that I care if its what I ordered but you consistently get corn when you didn't order it because its in the SourCream. I went to chipotle today and the gentleman making my bowl would not do what I was asking him. He barely put any rice in my bowl I asked for more and he ignored me. I asked for double meat half steak half chorizo and pretended like he didn't understand what I was saying. My mother and I got basically the same thing (she had guacamole I did not) and her bowl was twice the size of mine!! Very disappointed. La Plata, MD location- So there must be a shortage on chipotle dressing... that's not even the point. When I asked for an extra cup the rude cashier said we can only give out two so I said I'll pay for it. After rolling her eyes She rang me up for two cups of dressing that came to $2.45. Now I would've been ok if the cups were even half full but absolutely not when you barely get a third of a cup. When I questioned the woman she said well you get half a cup..... I said where's the half cup. The woman checking us out said well it's 2oz. I said a half a cup is different than the third of a cup or less that's in the cup. This of the second time this has happened. Chipotle corporate your stores have to do better with customer service and this dressing issue. Everyone we go to a chipotle the amounts in the cups are ALWAYS DIFFERENT. Just left this location. While ordering my food I happened to see a drop fall into the meat. It was falling directly from the air duct into the food. The staff ignored it and kept serving. I think most of the customers were oblivious but the staff tried to look the other way. I explained the situation to the so called management and the response was, "it's just leaking from the air conditioner." Who wants suspicious condensation leaking from the ceiling in their burrito bowl. No me, no thanks I'll keep my money and pass on the food poisoning. Do not order online! They put chicken on a salad that was supposed to be meatless and you don't know until you get home and open the aluminum top. So I paid for a salad I can't eat.
