I have been to this location several times and they always seem to be out of steak and chicken, yes today they did have a big order But then the cook should of pre-planned and had backup made. The business itself was not busy. They had probably 5 customers sitting at tables And four people in line waiting for steak and chicken, maybe better training of the people who takes the order to advise the cook to prepare more meats. Dirty food prep area. It was 3pm on a Saturday, they had no hot salsa and none of the fajita veggies. Not an option to have that made fresh. The 3 ladies that helped me were AMAZING. When I got up to the cashier to pay their system went down and they did tell me a few times that it will take about 2-3 mins and I was ok with that so I will wait. Then the system came up but the card reader wouldn't work and the cashier tried and tired and you can tell she felt bad. So for me not to wait anymore she told me that I was fine and I can go. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes so I told her that I will be eating there and to let me know when it's working and to come get me and she said no you are fine enjoy. She did not have to do that but she did. That is excellent customer services because she saw the situation and made a decision for her customer. The food was perfect. The only consistency here is its horribleness with customer service. Walked in and asked for a burrito bowl. They were out of the grilled veggies. We were told they would not make anymore and didn't have plans to. It was an hour before closing. Ridiculous way to run a business. Nothings changed, a year ago there was standing water on the floor, which ran the entire distance of the food preparation area. The sewage and dirty water smell permeated the air. read more

And they don't tell you the soda machine is broken until your food order is complete. And the people, even the manager, are rude about their shortcomings. We will not go back. The food is always really good here. No complaints on the food. My complaint is with the employees I asked for my burrito double wrap today and when I asked for the tortillas to be laid next to each other, the employee with the lava lamp tattoo on her forearm seem to be annoyed with that, and continued to make the burrito on one single tortilla, and then wrap it a second time once it was finished. I'm not sure the correct way a double wrapped burrito should be made but it's inconsistent how they do it here. And she was annoyed I asked for the tortillas to be layed next to each other not wrapped twice read more

Well I have always had minor issues at this Chipotle I. lake Havasu but nothing like I had tonight 6/8/24 @ 7:49 pm. First I ordered a Burrito Bowl and started to order the ingredients as I ordered, Beef, no Beef, Al Pastor Chicken, no Al Pastor Chicken. Then no lettuce, only one kind of beans no bplain white rice actually no white rice what so ever. I was going to also add a burrito but since most of the ingredients I like were not available I decided not to order one. I paid for the Burrito Bowl (with no lettuce) walked out to my car and the person I order it for didn't want it (really no lettuce)! I immediately went back inside and asked for a refund..The manager came out from the back and told me NO REFUNDS! Really? No one very friendly or helpful. Most customers in line not happy. I travel to get my Chipotle salad and have frequented this location. I'm unimpressed compared to other Chipotle's but this is the only one where I'm visiting. Got my usual salad, asked for the vinaigrette, got down the line to add guacamole and it was BROWN. I asked the server for a fresher guacamole option, she said she had to use this before bringing out fresh. She said it was because the avocados were overly ripe but it tastes the same. So, I said ok but it looked disgusting. Got home, opened my bag, they forgot my vinaigrette!!! (it's not the same without it). Took one bite of the salad and spit it out. Oh hell no!!! Tasted exactly how it looked! Disgusting! For that price Chipotle/this location has some training to do among their derelict staff. Do better and include the vinaigrette. I arrived at the store to pick up a to go order and there were no customers at all. i saw two employees standing on the main line and told them the Name for my order. They pointed to a third girl in the back room & said she does the "to go orders" . she had red hair in a braid and spent 5 minutes doing side jobs (wiping counter, stacking red chip baskets, replacing trash liner) I finally asked her, excuse me: is anyone starting my order? there are 3 emplpyres here and nobody is starting my order? immedirately, she started an argument by saying "i have 7 minutes to prepare that order and have other things to do" then the other 2 girls said "we can't leave our post" she said she was the store manager ‍ they were rude, argumentative & did not help the ONE customer that was in the store! I don't know what it is about this food but I came away feeling so 'bloated' I felt uncomfortable the entire night. All the bad reviews here are 9/10 the own persons fault, I come here multiple times a week and all these bad reviews definitely have never happened to me and I consistently see the same staff. It was only 7 pm when we went to chipotle. There was barely any Barbacoa and rice. The lady with the red hair had an attitude the whole time. I love Chipotle, but this location is the worst. I keep coming back like a bad habit hoping it will be better each time. It's not. So it's time to write the review. You can't really complain about the taste of the food.. I mean it's Chipotle. BUT the SERVICE.... It's like their mom is away and the kids are at play. The veggies were almost completely burnt, and they still served it. Not only did they deserve them to me, but the guy behind me asked if there were any better since they were all burnt... the server said "oh sure, over here!" Really.... That's not even a big deal... but after our food was boxed up we waited..... and waited.... And waited.... Just to pay. One person was on their break - no biggie. One was packaging up to go orders - no biggie. One person making food for the other 5 people in line... no biggie.. Four people were in the back talkin it up... So we wait. The lady doing Togo orders looks at us and says nothing. The guy making the food says nothing. The lady coming back from her break says nothing... The people in back come up front... wash their hands while talking to each other and still say nothing to us. It was the most bizarre experience, I felt like clapping my hands loudly to get everyone's attention. After literally 8 mins of waiting to pay for my food, the Togo order lady comes over says.... you guessed it... NOTHING and just tells us "I gave you the tortilla for free for the wait....." Needless to say, if you're looking for a quick lunch DO NOT stop here. If you're looking for food made by adult children who have no sense of customer service OR basic human decency.... The service here on the evening of Wed December 4th 2024 was outstanding! I was offered a sample of the steak to check the level of spice, stacked too (too bad it was too spicy for my weak mouth). Another staff member had me a water cup super quick, again before I could even ask. It amazes me how the chipotle workers at this location can be okay with working so slow, a Thursday night with the line going out the door, one working slowly making the food, another watching at the cash register, one just walking around acting like she is cleaning things, and another just sitting on her phone. You would think when there is a massive line that all the workers would get together to clear up the "rush". This location needs to be fixed. This place never fails to disappoint. There are ALWAYS out of something no matter the time of day. Already ordered my bowl and they were running out of black beans. They were scraping the bottom of the dish trying to get out and beans left. There was maybe a total of 15 beans in the bowl. I am so confused how this place can never keep anything in stock. This is my first time visiting this chain. The smell from outside was wonderful so we decided to try it. Service was good, food was good. Portions gargantuan! But it did seem a bit pricey---$2.65 for adding guacamole--- making our lunch $30 for two people. Restaurant was clean. I'd go again--but maybe next time skip the guacamole! read more

Went there at 8:30 PM they close at 10 PM. There's no chicken no queso no guac no brown rice. He was cooking chicken on the grill so it would be 20 to 30 minutes before it's ready. Everything empty and dirty, and the lettuce was brown that they put on our two steak bowls. This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to and it's really unfortunate. $24 for two steak bowls that neither of us wanted. read more
