Ordered string bean chicken today at 6:30pm. Literally got 4 pieces of chicken. Service was not great either.

Food is always hot and fresh. Downside is I always wait in the drive through for at least 15-20 minutes. When I try to go in I'm still waiting forever. I don't know if they don't have their timings right but seems like they are always running out of chow mein & I have to wait for them to make it if that's what I want (which is fine that's my decision) but I wouldn't ever come here on my lunch break unless I order ahead for pickup. Fresh food like a normal dine in restaurant but I wouldn't say they are fast like a "fast food" restaurant would be. Staff are always wonderful and honest. read more

Attention tourists, ignore the bad reviews on this. After reading the reviews I went here just to be able to set the story straight. I was met with awesome staff, perfect food and a clean dining room and bathrooms. I see a lot of reviews that have no bearing on the food, such as someone complaining they ran out of large containers and gave 2 smalls in place of one large. We had a great experience and Glenn R. did a great job of getting our order together and recommending how to bundle it for optimal pricing (the kids wanted a mix of stuff and he figured out how to make it more of a standard package). However even better, when it came to three of us getting kung pao chicken, instead of giving two of us whatever was left that was old and sitting there, he up front and honestly told us and we all gladly waited for fresh orders and he packed them nicely. One of the few fast food joints that I enjoy getting lunch. Food is always fresh. The customer service is always very friendly and fricken polite! Clean establishment as well. Always busy. When you first drive up, it doesn't look like it's never busy. But I realized today...they get a lot of phone in orders. While we were there 4 people came to pick up their orders. And we were only there maybe about 30 min. If that. Drive thru is always busy as well. Other thing I noticed today, the cook area.. they were cleaning be back. The entire crew here is GREAT!! The Place is super clean. And as soon as you walk through the door you hear a crescendo of HELLO!! & WELCOME!! It made me smile instantly!! Shittiest place I've been to in Havasu. Been sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and I have already placed my order.

So those who eat panda a lot. I assume some people know that the bigger plate is a scam. If you look at the picture is not filled up, I ask why isn't filled up and they said because they only do it on the small side, so if you get a small empty side and add what I got you basically paid for a medium just to get an amount like a small side. Is not a big deal but still I pay for what I want. Is wrong and super obvious that is a scam. I couldn't complain because if they call the cops they gonna make it a big deal about it. Normally it's good food but tonight the chicken in my Orange Chicken (that they just refilled with a freshly cooked batch) was too chewy too eat. Don't know if it was over cooked but hopefully not under cooked. Most of it I had to spit out. Most of the pieces were quite small, like tiny popcorn chicken, like barely the same size as a peanut m&m. This time it wasn't worth the $23 spent on the 2 plates and 1 small coke. I've recently moved to the area and have had Panda Express where I'm from. I was happy to have the same chain here for familiar food. I've gone in the past 4 weeks to get dinner for myself and husband. The first week was great, portions on the smaller side but good flavor. The next visit they were out of the Honey Sesame Chicken, I get it they're busy. Next time I ordered on the app and went to pick it up and somehow my order was lost, so that was frustrating. Now last night we gave them another chance, I was craving Honey Sesame Chicken and they were out of it again. And the portions are small. Not sure why I'm even giving them 2 stars.
